It wasn't what i expected. I booked for a family double room balcony but instead l was given only a single room with sofa bed. When we got there to check in we were told we wily be given only a room double beds because they overbooked. I didn't accept it i settled for a single room such is not what i originally booked. They are prioritizing other customers over us for reasons i don't know.

Im disgusted with the customer service. Cameras are fake. They do not work. One of our rooms got broken into in the middle of the night. They did not care. Nothing was done.

Took my son to the Vancouver Canucks hockey game we decided to stay at this hotel. He absolutely loved it. I liked it. Staff was very friendly quick and easy. Check in if you check in the day before when they email you, I would totally stay here again.

Very clean throughout even though renovations are in progress. Everything in the room was new - the only hitch was the bathroom vanity light fixture had not been installed yet. Breakfast menu assortment for the 2 mornings we stayed were very good. Location was perfect for our needs to easily access the destinations we needed to get to. Staff was exemplary at every turn. Secure covered parking was very important to us as was elevator access. Pricing is very fair for value received.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay, would like to stay again on our next trip and highly recommend Atrium Inn.

Room was overall quite clean but the curtains could use a change. Quite old and basically impossible to close all the way. They also felt a little sticky, probably due to the old material breaking down after so many years. Very friendly and helpful staff, good location and the complementary breakfast was one of the better ones I've had from a hotel. Overall quite a pleasant stay.

The staff is fantastic, very friendly. The Inn is undergoing much needed renovations and will be great once they're complete. Room heaters are very noisy.

I stayed in a hotel for two weeks. The next morning was a noisy construction next unit, which made me couldn't sleep the whole day. After a week and two days of electric outages, at the end of the week, there were two days of no hot water. The heater was very noisy too. When I checked out, the staff told me they were renovating. I think they should close the whole hotel instead of letting customers stay here. It was a terrible experience.

I’ve stayed before. Pleasant place. The breakfast is not served early enough as I usually have to be at work before 7am (I travel for business).

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is not central but it’s close to a small plaza where you can find some restaurants. U regroup parking is convenient and the neighborhood is quiet. Breakfast is the same every day though.

Did an overnight stay. Staff (Sofia and Emmanual(?) were very friendly and quick with check in. Room was good. AC was good, TV worked, comfy beds. The only improvements needed were that the water in the shower would only go so warm and the bathroom sink leaked a little bit (not concerning, but noticeable). Otherwise, not bad area. Would stay again.

Vehicles noisy affected my staying there.

Still waiting for a refund for x2 nights as there was no power, and we had to find new accommodation which was very inconvenient as we are not familiar with Vancouver, travelling from Australia.

The place was clean and staff were kind. Only thing is windows are single paned so if you’re on the hasting side of the building you can hear traffic throughout the night

I'd only stay here for a bed, that's close the highway and the safe underground parking, which they do not charge you for. So that I did appreciate .
Smears on the wall, especially in the bathroom which was kind of gross...furniture looked shabby and beat up. Overall the room was sort of clean. Pulled an extra blanket out of the closet ( there was only 1 extra blanket for 2 beds) it was covered in someones dark hair, like it had not been cleaned from the previous guest.
I was told I could pay for a late check out up until I went to the hotel to check in...i called the morning of the said I could extend my check out no problem ...then I was told they did not offer a late check out at all, but I could stay until noon.free of charge, but I would've paid extra to stay later than 12 noon.
At 11am housekeeping was banging on my door, even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door, I had to explain I was previously told I was allowed to stay until noon. Again it's a cheaper place to stay with secure parking and sort of clean. Honestly, next time I come to Vancouver, I will look for another hotel and pay the extra for something a little bit nicer that offers an extended check out.
