Small things: there's no trash can in the bathroom. There's no decaf coffee in the breakfast room. There's no coffee maker in the room.

The motel has gone downhill since it was a Comfort Suites.dirty outside, rooms in poor condition, poor breakfast. Would not stay there again.

Older property that is in need of repair and updating. Front desk staff were professional and friendly. Shuttle service and drivers were fantastic. Requested extra pillows and toilet paper, never got them. Breakfast was forgettable. Room keys didn't work on multiple occasions. All in all the price was good but the Comfort left with the Comfort Inn.

I booked your room online and when I checked in, I wasn’t able to look at the room right away and when I returned later, it was the wrong room. I wanted a jet tub in the room, and there wasn’t one and when I called, I was told to talk with the manager in the morning and then in the morning I talk to the manager. I told her there was nothing we can do is probably a mistake made by Expedia not. They say the least I left pissed.

It was the worst experience ever!

We were traveling with 47 teenager to the state championship Debate finals. The staff was patient, kind and funny. The rooms were very comfortable, the beds were very comfortable. The pool was unheated, but none of the kids minded, they had a blast playing in the pool. The breakfast was great, the staff worked really hard to keep up with all the kids, making sure there was plenty fo food and things were clean and orderly. Several Parent chaperones walked into town early to get coffee and breakfast, it's not close, but it's a good walk early in the morning, maybe 0.5 miles to the heart of downtown. there were a number of homeless camps near the downtown area, but not close to the hotel itself. We had a view of Ship Creek right out our window.

Great spot, clean comfy rooms

Great value with the rooms being updated. I will definitely book again.

The pictures are very out dated. The room was run down, not clean, and the hotel was smelly. The pool was super cold and there was a meth head that crawled through one of the windows in the middle of the night. The staff did bring something to make sure the window couldn’t open for us while we stayed. Very scary. The pictures are very deceiving. Definitely read the reviews, if you are willing to stay in a scary dirty place it’s perfect for you.

This hotel was disgusting. The first room we were put in had what I hope was mud made into the bed. After complaining about that, we were moved to a second room that they hadn't even pretended to clean with the beds unmade and beer bottles and cigarettes everywhere. The third room we tried wasn't any better than the first one with the bed having piss stains on the sheets, but at this point it was 3am and we were exhausted so we just asked for new sheets for the bed. They gave us king sheets for a full bed, but we made it work so we could just go to sleep. Needless to say, we canceled our second night and went and found a better hotel for the rest of our stay. They said we wouldn't be charged for the second night (shouldn't have even charged us for the first), but we were.

Lobby was nice looking, room was not so good. Smelled of body odor. Floors were filthy and appeared to have not been vacuumed or cleaned. Found remnants from previous tenants. No soap for handwashing in bathroom or for use in shower. One of the sheet sets for queen beds had appeared to be blood stains and hairs, other appeared clean. AC filter had never been cleaned and was barely functioning.

4 people shared 2 towels for 2 days. Asked for more towels. Was told they were out of towels.

The only bad part of the stay was the parking lot. The hard pack was horrible and hard to negotiate. I thought our car was going to get stuck. Anchorage had lots of snow so the broken snow pack is at least six inches and melting making islands.
As far as front desk and manger they were super nice and helpful.

NO insulation and people walking around the floors above you sound VERY LOUD even if just walking.

The staff were wonderful, price was great and was clean. However the rooms were run down, the pool heater was not working and there were people smoking Marijuana in there room and was coming into ours, and we have children.

Shuttle drivers were fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable rooms that could use some repairs. The breakfast situation is a disaster. Always out of everything and a mess.

The hotel & room felt clean and felt safe but the bathroom door was rickety & required slamming to shut it, the thermostat was broken & didn't get warm until the middle of the night & then got way too hot, there was only 1 tiny bar of soap to be shared between the shower & the sink. When we went downstairs to get coffee in the morning a bunch of hotel guests were waiting in line for someone to come refill the coffee carafe. I gave up & went back to our room where I realized there was there was only 1 regular coffee pod & 1 decaf coffee pod. I had to go to the front desk to get more. There were no instructions in the room as to where we might find an ice machine or how to call the front desk. On the plus side, the front desk attendants were very nice & attentive when went in person to ask questions.

On one of the nights, the fire-alarm went off throughout the complex for no apparent reason. We were settling in when it happened. The parking area was covered in hard packed snow and ice and that is unacceptable. In Alaska, all the businesses that I know, remove it and pile it off the main area for their patrons.

Hotel room was ice cold. Maintenance came and did a quick fix but temp only came up about 3 degrees. Slept in sweat shirts and pants. Much to cold to use the shower when checking out asked to speak to mgr but unavailable and have not called me 7 hours later

Was a little worried after reading some reviews, but we had a great stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and breakfast was good (cereals, yogurt, toast, eggs/bacon). We were there during Rondy, so there were lots of families at the hotel and people walking to/from downtown.

Customer service was fantastic, rooms are old but clean.

Room was acceptable but extremely warm in the room. The ceiling fan was on but no help. Even though it’s winter we had to open the window to control the heat

Our toilet almost overflowed. My brother went and got a plunger. He told staff and was informed maintenance would come. We returned to the room to see the plunger exactly were we placed it. Thank goodness the toilet flushed without issue.

The room was extremely cold the entire night. There were no extra blankets anywhere in the room. Only one of the remotes worked and that was after we put the batteries in correctly. There was dangerous icicles hanging from the roof of the building over every entrance/exit and all walkways were very icy. The fan in the bathroom was falling from the ceiling and one of the hand towels had black smudges on it. There were also strange noises, like doors opening and closing, all through the night which made it difficult to sleep.

Waited over an hour for a shuttle in the - degrees weather because the desk clerk told us 20 minutes but the van driver told her 45. Then we were given a fairly large room but the heat never kicked on. It was warmer in the hallway. Our plane was leaving late, so I asked for an extension and was told I would have to pay a full price rate to stay. Left for a different hotel.

I initially received a room that hadn't been cleaned (poor record keeping), got changed to a room where the key didn't work (ancient card keys), and the second room had a luggage item left from a previous guest sitting on a chair, which tells me the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was no soap in the bathroom and there was no shower curtain. Paint was peeling in my room. The property appears to be understaffed and not maintained.

I was told would be 25 minutes to get shuttle to airport 50 minutes later keep in min its a 15 minute trip dry roads so snowing ok double that but over triple it not on any peak time either.. and my room was about 35 degrees couldn't turn up the heat. Average place other than that

Well when I got there to check in they told me that there wasn’t any rooms available. Had to wait almost an hr for the room to get clean. Got coffee and there was no cream.

The prices were good. The property is covered with snow

They had a nice pool area. Rooms were clean. Key didn't work in the door properly and the exterior door didn't secure on the east side because of the snow.

Upon arrival, we were directed to a room that was already occupied. The subsequent room lacked essential amenities like bath towels and soap. The breakfast staff was inefficient in replenishing food, requiring us to request restocking on both mornings. The pool area was inadequately heated and the water temperature was freezing. Additionally, there were no towels provided in that area, and at one point we were informed that clean towels were unavailable. Consequently, I have decided that I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

We stayed there for a total of six nights and did not get our room made-up once while we were there. We asked to have the room cleaned many times, and the house cleaning staff continued to skip our room every day. We were not the only guests having this issue, and some even checked out early due to the condition of the hotel. Upon our arrival, the sheets and towels were stained and the heat was turned off in the room, despite the outside temperatures being 10 below zero. We cranked the heat all the way up and it never warmed up in the room. The first night we slept in our coats and winter hats. Maintenance was never sent to check to see if the heater was working or attempt to fix it. We had to purchase space heaters to keep warm. The smoke detector was missing in the room, and apparently the manager was aware that many rooms were missing smoke detectors. The room keys would stop working all the time and we had to walk back down to the front desk at least once a day to have them reactivated. We absolutely will never stay here again. The saving grace was the night front desk worker, J (with the red hair) who went above and beyond to help us and honestly was the best customer service we have ever had at a hotel. She worked her hardest with the resources available to her to address the issues. I sincerely hope the management of this hotel gets their act together for the sake of future guests, but they will not be getting my money again…

It is a bit old but is clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The beds are pretty bouncy and worn down especially when you sit on the edges, but they're still comfy. Breakfast was a little weird. It wasn't stocked well and they only brought out one or two milk at a time and two or four pieces of bacon at a time instead of just having it stocked. The scrambled eggs were overdone. Definitely trying to be very sparse.

First time here. Feels rather cozy. Large, comfortable rooms. Clean. Thank you.

The walls and ceiling are very dirty and towels were stained.
