The Atlantis Hotel and casino is a nice place. The issue we had is at 12:30 am, the very loud emergency alarm went off and woke everyone up, as we all got dressed and headed out to the hall, the staff said no worries, false alarm. Stay put allmis safe.
Yhey made an announcement over the intercoms saying it was a false alarm and they are lioking into the issue. Instead of turning the alarm off, it continued for another 20 minutes! It was only a select set of floors. The hotel offered no compensation for the incident. They just said it was not their fault. That does not matthet, they can control the alarm once they said it was a false alarm.

We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, which was beautiful. It was obvious the whole floor was being renovated with new carpet in the halls, etc. Maybe we were the first in this room, but when we tried to use the shower, the handle was impossible to move! The hotel mechanic was there really quick though and fixed it right away so that was awesome. Overall we were very happy.

This hotel is amazing. It has excellent restaurants, coffe shops, heated pools, and one of the biggest Casinos which includes all the newest slot machines. Rooms are very clean, and super comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel in Reno. Friendly srvices and the atmosphere makes you fell like you are at home. Loved it!

Very Friendly and helpful at the front desk.

Very nice room which was recently updated. So convenient using the Skybridge to get to the convention center. We had a great time and a successful volleyball tournament!

The hot tub was broken and there was no communication from the staff on it. Otherwise, it was fine. Comfortable enough and not too expensive. Good restaurants within driving distance. Very close to airport.

We went to spend Easter weekend to relax. They closed the pool at 3pm and opened it at 9pm at night for only one hour. They kicked us all out with the pretext that someone had vomited in the pool. and they told us that they were not going to open it until the next morning. I couldn't enjoy the hot tub because it was closed all the time, even though it wasn't raining, no one vomited inside. I think it was a pretext. We have visited this hotel for the last ten years in cold weather because it is the way to escape and enjoy the pool and relax.

It was Spring Break and the indoor pool was hopping with families who wanted a way to let kids swim despite the cold weather. Because of the number of people, the indoor pool closed for an hour for maintenance, which left a lot of impatient kids milling about the atrium. The staff was nice, but a text message letting guests know would have let us take our kids to the arcade to kill time. Still, nicely remodeled room, big shower, good experience overall. I wish the room service menu featured more signature dishes from the restaurants on property (deli, sushi bar, etc) because it was pretty generic. Delivery was fast though! Overall a good stay-cation.

Perfect friendly check in, Casino really smoky, rooms very comfy

I have stayed at the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa several times. I have always enjoyed our time there. However, this time I was given a room that had a view out the window of a concrete block wall. I do not feel that when paying the same rate as other patrons that I should have a room with that type of view while someone else has a a view of at least anything but a blank wall. In my opinion it is a poor design choice that the hotel has ANY rooms that have a view of a blank wall. Don't get me wrong, the room itself was very nice as always, but come on, a concrete block wall! I felt like I was in a prison. Atlantis, you can do better!

We love staying here and we stay here every year when we ski in Tahoe. They love the arcade. The pool is nice and clean, we love that it is heated. The staff is very attentive.

I had an excellamt mud-week stay. Check-in was easy. They offered to upgrade my stay for a small upgrade fee, which seemed reasonable to me. Beautiful king size room, with a snowy mountain view. Very clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

The room was great, people were friendly, my only complaint is they charged me an additional $40 resort fee and then TAXED the resort fee another $5. Bottom line, YOU WILL PAY $45 more than the amount shown on your booking bill.
Question: since you're required to pay the $45 why isn't it included in the initial bill? This is a JUNK FEE.

It was an easy and pleasant stay. Everything went well and the room was clean. After hour hallway was noisy with people but not a big deal.

We chose Atlantis because we wanted to stay close to the airport. It’s welcoming, great and speedy check in, rooms were spacious and comfortable. The restaurants were amazing. Negatives, no live entertainment and Smokey casino

Was good in general
Only thing that I didn’t like was smoking smelling in air duct

As a local I am frustrated with the “resort fee”. Its just frustrating to know that we pay taxes that support our gaming industry and then we have to pay ontop of it and being that I used to be able to stay at the hotels for way less before the “resort fee” was a thing.
