The reception staff were very kind and professional and the hotel is in a great location and very clean.
We asked for two rollaway beds in each of our rooms. They did supply them without a problem but both of them were of such terrible quality, it was impossible to sleep. One of them was actually a foldout chair. It was awful and my children were exhausted after two nights of not sleeping. It's is unfair to sell rooms with that feature when they are of such poor quality.
The bathrooms are tiny and there isn't enough room for toiletries.

Great stay, very quiet room although very central location. Also, the humidity in the room was very low and it was quite stuffy which made it a lil uncomfortable to sleep. But overall it was a good stay

Great hotel in central but quiet location. Helpful and friendly staff. Room on small side but perfect for business trip, and the shower was good. Food is restaurant great for vegetarians. Overall not luxury but good

I happened to get sick the day after arrival. They were super attentive, managed to extend our stay, and inquired about my health with discretion. Great location and superior customer service.

Flooring is Dirty, AC was not working properly, It feels damp and without Air at night.

I've stayed at this hotel before. Excellent location, close to most amenities and public transport. Friendly service. Complimentary still and sparkling water in fridge in room. Room clean and quiet. Lots of eating options nearby.

Hotel is tucked away in a bit of a side street so it was very quiet during the night. Felt very safe. Staff were particularly helpful. Ive stayed here before and will stay here again when im next in vienna.

Hotel really well located, in city center, close to shops.
Staff was friendly and check-in process was fast.
However, we expected more from a 4-star hotel: room was nicely decorated but quite small and windows not that big, making the room a bit dark. However, bathroom was good and new.
In terms of comfort, noise isolation is not good and pillows were too thin.
I would classify it as an average hotel but would not recommend it since I have been to much better 4-star hotels in Vienna also centrally located.

Great area to stay in Vienna. Vibrant & Bussy. Lots of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops and a walkable distance from transport and main attractions. Only down (for us though) is that the A/C wasn’t very strong and we struggled with the heat sleeping but maybe it was just us used to colder weather.

Our room was really lovely, and the staff even put a sweet honeymoon surprise in our room for us. The location is also stellar. We recommend!

Great location and great service. This a wonderful option at a very good price.
The only one suggestion I would make is to add a toaster to toast the bread. Compared to other hotels around the Worl any breakfast in Vienna has the highest standards. But compared with other breakfasts in the city I would suggest to add warm meals.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The room and bathroom are a bit small, but we had no problems. Friendly staff and great wifi. This is a good place to stay.

The hotel is being renovated on the 3rd, 4th and 8th floors. From 8am until 6pm each day (including weekends) there is incessant banging and drilling, meaning that having some chill time in the afternoon just wasn’t possible. Had we been informed prior to our trip that this work was happening, we would have gone elsewhere. Poor show by Hotel MERCURE Wien Zentrum by not informing us of this work before our stay. Not an enjoyable holiday at all.

Always lovely to stay at a Mercure hotel. This is the 3rd one in as many cities that I’ve stayed in. Paris, Amsterdam and now Vienna. Staff are always super helpful and the team photos behind the desk were especially reassuring. It seemed like a lot of effort to go to which wouldn’t be done in a place where they thought the staff were going to leave. This suggested you me that the staff were happy there, loved their jobs and we’re likely to be around for the next few years.
