Old hotel. Needs updating. Fridge barely cool. Bed uncomfortable and cracks. No view out window.

Clean rooms, the Staff was friendly, and the breakfast was the best I've seen at a hotel since COVID started. Overall, the stay was great BUT the beds were very uncomfortable. Everyone had back pain by the time we left. Don't let that stop you from staying here. It was all good but the beds (I hope it was just that room). Great location, clean, friendly, good food.. evening cookies
The outdoor pool not open yet but really truly we would of never had time to use it. So that was not a factor.

This was a wonderful place to stay! It felt like we were staying at a lodge. It was super clean, roomy, updated, and comfortable. And, we enjoyed the freshly baked cookies and great breakfast!

FRONT DESK STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THE ISSUE WE HAD WAS THAT WE REQUESTED TWICE TO HAVE ROOM CLEANED AND WERE IGNORED.

The location was convenient for the places we wanted to see. The beds were comfortable. Easy access to a small workout room. There is an area with a lodge look that’s quite comfortable: fireplace, sofa, chairs, etc. Breakfast was good & included mutiple items to choose from. Staff was friendly. Our only complaint was shape of the closet. It was difficult to hang items & you couldn’t close it all the way due to the hangars. The door covered the light switch. The staff was very helpful. Despite the closet, we would definitely stay here again.

My wife found her queen-size bed too hard and didn't get much sleep. The breakfast room was overcrowded and we could not find a table. The arrangements for luggage transfer could use some improvement because the loading/unloading area is too small, easily blocked and there are few parking spaces close to the entrance.

An old-fashioned feel and look. Room is sizable and bed very comfortable. Clean and front desk staff is nice. Great living room/lobby with a fireplace. it felt like a lodge. Minor complaints: they use ant-theft hangers which are impossible to use and offer plastic stirs which are outdated and arguably hazardous.

It was great. We came in the evening and left first thing in the morning for Sedona

Very polite and nice people. Willing to help with anything. Would like to see more effort in cleaning the entire bathrooms, not just the main parts. Otherwise, this motel is a great place for a jumping off point!

This was a very nice place to stay with our dog for one night:
Pros: safe, clean, comfortable.
There was only one issue through no fault of the hotel - the room across from our room had a mid size dog that began barking at 5pm, 8:30pm, 11pm, 2 am and 5am. It was a non stop bark from 2-5 minutes long.
We work up at 6:30 am and that dog started barking. We went to breakfast and upon our way back we could hear the barking. The people inside left their door open and were inside with the barking dog. How rude!
Other than that we met other people with their very friendly and quiet dogs.

this hotel is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. The check-in process was flawless. There are two fireplaces to sit and enjoy. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had. I will stay here again and again.

Hotel and rooms are nice. Finding offical enterance is little weird first time. Recommend adding some more signs to help with first time guests. Overal happy with the stay.

Best hotel lobby

Nice hotel, once we found it. There is no sign for the lobby nor any single sign indicating where the lobby might be hidden. Not even an entrance light for the lobby. There are two motels here and everyone goes to the first one, in fact we had to go back here twice to identify where the entrance might be to the Comfort Inn. This motel is way up a steep hill of a driveway, the sign for the motel is at the foot of hill but after that the guests embark on a driveay that has no lights and no entrance signs. Complained to the desk clerk and she informed us that the city does not allow them to put up a lobby or entrance sign. Seems absurd - even painting lines on the impossibly steep and dark driveway might be helpful. After a long day of driving one does not expect to spend another hour locating a motel.

I have stayed here before and will continue to do so.

It was an easy process to check in and the property was clean and quiet. I would suggest that during the winter season for the front desk to have some kind of tools to lend to their guest to be able to clean off their vehicles during a snow storm.

This is our second stay at this location. Everything we expected. Clean facility, a great breakfast, and a great location. We will stay again whenever we travel to Flagstaff.

Stayed here for an overnight during our cross country trip. The check in was great and fast but the road leading up to the property was extremely icy. Once checked in and went to our room, the room was dirty and the blinds looked like it had dirt or dried blood on them. We tried getting water out of the faucet for our dogs and had to throw it out because the water was all cloudy with an oily film on it. My wife and I couldn’t wait to get the over night finished so we could leave. Unfortunate this happened because the other comfort inn hotels we've stayed at before were wonderful and extremely clean.

There was lots of noise and we could hear dogs both nights.
Breakfast had expired food
There was hair in bathroom and shower

Wonderful property, very comfortable and safe-great for travelers unfamiliar with area.

My only 2 complaints is that 1, the bathroom was tooooo small compared to the size of the room! And the second is that there are NO USB outlets ANYWHERE in the room to recharge your phones, etc. What year are we living in???
The best part of the stay was the breakfast in the morning. It was a very nice selection and the food tasted great!

Such a cozy and comfortable stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I love staying here.
