The hotel was under renovation and we weren't informed. WIFI not working. Breakfast area too small so no tables available for all guests.

The hotel is located close to the old city and close to public transportation. The room was minimal from the room facilities' point of view.
When arrived we received a room with many defects; the drain in the shower was blocked, the soap/shampoo containers were empty, and part of the lights in the room did not turn on. The room was replaced with a better one on the next day

A nice hotel that is 10 mins walk from St Stephens Cathedral. The rooms are very clean with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff are very friendly, efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

I stayed here last year and chose to stay again this year. Never again! Immediately after booking I was informed by automatic email that there would renovation work ongoing between 9-5. What they did nit say is that they would be unloading construction vehicles and transpiring skips in and out every day from 6am. They did nit inform me of the mess in the corridors. The trip hazards. The paint fumes. The dust everywhere. Etc.

Fantastic hotel great value and good location. Breakfast was good, room service and fresh water every day, staff all very friendly. Chocolates on arrival for my husbands birthday, lovely touch. Warm room, quiet, very comfy bed. Location good for centre, walk in 10/15 mins, or use an electric scooter :) would definitely stay again!

We book 2 rooms for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year. We paid exactly the same price, and booked the rooms together. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room but also not advertised just would have been a plus I wouldnt mark the hotel down for this.
The rooms were clean but both completely different sizes for the same price. The rooms were extremly hot and there was no way of turning the heating down. We could open the window in the larger of the two rooms but not the smaller one. The smaller room had no safe either.
The hotel on entrance has a nice reception but the corridors and rooms are very tired. At some point the main reception has been moved as the stairwell is an emergency exit and the lift next to reception is an old service lift whilst the back entrance has a nuch nicer stairwell and lift that is hardly used. Although we didn't have breakfast there, it always looked very busy, with some tables quite a distance from the serving area and quite close to reception. The hotel is in walking distance to lots of restaurants and public transport. I don’t think this was good value for money and wouldn't stay here again

Good experience overall, the hotel looked a bit old but the staff was really nice. Location was very convenient. Breakfast had a good offer of food but not a lot of space so it could get really crowded on Saturday and Sunday.

Ideally located within a walking distance of the city historic centre, we had an overall good experience at this hotel. It could use some renovations both in the corridors and rooms. One of the biggest issue during our stay was the heat in the room is not controllable, we had to open windows/turn on the A/C in early January so it was not too warm in the room. Breakfast is a decent buffet with salty and sweet products.

Our main concern was the ability to be within walking distance of centercity, or old part of the city. It was within walking distance. The neighborhood was safe and very quiet. Staff very helpful. they could add a free cup of coffee and this was only negative.

Really good location, felt relaxed there and staff were nice. They were renovating during my stay though and didn't say so beforehand- didn't appreciate scaffolders and noise outside my hotel room window! Room service also took an hour longer than stated.

Overall this hotel was very good and excellent for easy access to Vienna. Staff were very pleasant but we had several teabags left for us each day but most were herbal of green. In regards to English breakfast tea we usual received one or none and had to ask for more. The same applied to the milk.

Water bottle was put out in such a way to suggest it was free but had price tag on it. I watched at least one person at checkout be confused with that. I had a non-smoking room that was obviously occupied by a smoker who smoked out an open window. Every time the curtains were rustled, you could smell the smoke. (This was 607.) The shelf in the bathroom had a toothpaste stain on it.
Outside those issues, the rooms we had were small but well designed with a lovely modern interior. The layout was nice and maximized space. There was plenty of space to hang clothes and winter coats. TV was easily watchable from the bed. When the curtains were closed, most of the light was blocked so the room was dark enough to sleep in without need of a sleep mask. There was a nice sitting area downstairs. The location was excellent and easily walkable to mass transit and the major sites.

Perfectly serviceable hotel near the old city Vienna. Clean and comfortable midrange chain hotel. If you're looking for a little cheaper option and don't mind 5-7 minutes of extra walk time across the canal to the heart of tourist areas/shops/restaurants. We stayed over NYE holiday so paid a premium, but I'd bet it's a good value comparably at less high seasons.

Great location. Most of the historical attractions and shopping areas are just within a few minutes walk. It's perfect for a few days of short stay, you can do so much within a day or two. The rooms are clean and with high end furnishing and very nice stylish bathroom.The staff were very courteous too, they Kindly lent me an adaptor when I realized that I couldn't use my computer or phone because the sockets are different from the ones we use in the US. Their breakfast buffet is a great deal too, plenty of options and very delicious.
