It was barely adequate. The sheets might have been washed, but were stained. So we had to go down and get new sheets before sleeping. There were cigarette butts everywhere outside and the stairwells were dirty. I doubt I will ever stay in this type of hotel again

Horrible experience. First, we could not get the first floor adjacent rooms we requested. Then we had to fight for the second room to have 2 beds instead of a king (I was not sharing a room with my spouse). Then we finally got that upstairs well away from my elderly parents room that a forced them to give me on the first floor (elderly, and there was not elevator, and I shared this in the booking). Finally got to the room and it smelled absolutely horrible. Moldy, dirty, I don’t know but it was horrible. No way could I sleep there for 2 days. All this after the lobby restroom was backed up and still being used, like a pot-a-potty. I should have ran then. Only saving grace was the manager agreed to refund us completely so we could find another hotel to stay at.

THE MOST DISGUTING HOTEL ROOM IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!! Lots of shady characters roaming around, I cleaned that room for over 2 hours. On 2nd day, I saw a roach and I was OUT!!!

Room was dirty. Floors were sticky. Water pressure in the shower was abismal. Look somewhere else and pay the extra $20 for something nicer.

It was a nice room , however they booked several people next door and around our room , the ones next door were loud till about 2am and the ones on the other side had a kid banging ball against out side wall at 6 am . and through the morning till I had to bang on wall and tell them to get away from our place, other than that the hotel was very nice, they need to keep their word , told me that was a quiet location , it wasn't at all

I didn’t like anything about this property, it was like a rundown projects property. I checked in and the room was filthy, roaches, food, and a hint of urine in the rugs. This property is used as an apartment complex. This is the worst place I have ever stayed.

Good stay and friendly staff. Let me check in around 1300 due to my warly flight in. Place was moderately clean but found cigarette butt in a cabinet. Overall great deal for the price.

I reserved the room with a sofa bed to accommodate our party of three…when we opened the sofa bed there were HUGE stains on the mattress and someone’s sock! The stains were mostly blood. Yes, blood! The room was a non smocking room but it had a very strong odor of smoke and the sofa had cigarette ashes in-between the cushion. Cigarette wrapper on the floor. Stains all over the carpet. Stains all over the counters. The TV didn’t work and if that wasn’t enough the room had roaches. I literally can’t make this up. It is by the far the most DISGUSTING room I have ever stayed in. I am not exaggerating any of this. Do not stay here. When I showed the front desk person the pictures she didn’t flinch and simply said sometimes the mattresses get stains they can’t get out. Sure, but blood stains all over-it looked like a crime scene. Not only is this disgusting but it’s unsanitary and a health concern. If my son and I didn’t check in so late I would have left right then and there. We checked out the next morning.

I was checking in and had to request the kitchen supply and was told they didn’t have it and I needed to try tomorrow. I told them I booked to have a kitchen and even bought groceries so I would be cancelling if they weren’t available. they looked around and found bits and pieces of what was advertised to be included. I then asked for a room on the first floor with parking and when I went into the room I was overwhelmed and disgusted by the cigarette smoke smell. I was there for 30 seconds and then had to get out of that room. When I told the front desk they told me that the issues would be refunded and then when I talked to hotels.com they hadn’t heard about this and no refund was issued. Kind of shady.

I acquired this reservation through Expedia for a Federal Appointment that was cancelled 'by' the US Government a week in advance due to imminent government shutdown at the time.
In an attempt to re-schedule my stay OR to get a refund, Expedia attempted repeatedly to contact your location but was not able to get through to anyone at the property to help resolve this. Thus, I never was able to use the reservation and your business STILL charged me even though I never checked in. This is poor service.

Front desk people mostly absent...need to be called from back room to attend to guests. Advertised breakfast included is a stretch...very little food choices and staff does not replenish coffee or cups when they run out unless asked. Room provides one tiny soap and no shampoo/conditioners. No cups or even plastic spoons in room. Do not recommend this place if you can afford another place nearby.

The room had a kitchenette, however, there was no coffee maker. There was a sleeper sofa, but there were no sheets, pillows or blankets for it. I had to go back to the office to as for the coffee maker and for the sheets for the sofa. I did not see a hairdryer or an iron either. The mattress on the sofa was dirty, with breadcrumbs and a dead moth. The description of the hotel stated that there was a free breakfast. That was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. However, when we got there in the morning, there was nothing there, not even coffee. The staff brought some muffins and granola bars. We asked about coffee, and the staff member said “oh, ok. I have to make it.” We we were pretty disappointed and left to have our breakfast elsewhere.

The outdoor hallway smelled like piss. The tub had grit in the bottom of it that didn't wash away. Otherwise the room was fine.

Front staff very friendly and dressed professional. No meat, which might due to their religion, but the breakfast is great. Highly recommended!

It seemed the room was unkempt for a while. Especially the bathroom. The tub and the Anyhow lining has not being washed or cleaned in a long time. I was unable to for the 2 nights. I stayed there. The beddings were unclean. I really felt horrible. Anyhow I was glad. I didn't have to stay there for long.

Waited several minutes for someone to come to the front room to check us in. Tub peeling and full of unrinsed cleaner. No dishes, utensils or paper towels in the room. TV worked inconsistently. Lots of people hanging out talking and smoking until late/early daily. Convenient location but no frills.

We got a no smoking room, however the room was permeated with smoke. The lament flooring obviously hadn’t been mopped in a while. My pets were leaving black foot prints on everything.

My family did not get to check in. They arrived at the property after 2300hrs and had to follow instructions of press "0" from the call box. No one answered after serval attempts (we have pictures to prove no one was at the desk, she took them from outside thru the window) so she returned back to the car due to her having 2 kids in the vehicle and called me. I then called the front desk after ring over 10 times a gentleman answered with a attitude and automatically said what where are you at and started to be real aggressive to me for no reason. Even after the gentleman eventually stopped arguing for no reason about where you at, you made me.come outside and no one's here i stated that listen sir i not even trying to argue with you i just my family to be able to check in, he began to get extremely annoyed and aggressive again. My family doesn't feel safe being thiug it will be 4 females to include 2 small girls by their self due to his attitude and aggression over the phone with me and all i did was call and say hello sir my family is trying to check in and there no one answering and/or there and like i stated henwent off on me.
I would like a refund and i also purchased insurance
