The Hitel has a good location and the staff is super helpful and friendly . Loved the cool free water in the lobby.
The sink of the Bathroom in room 314 kept Flooding but the staff would come up quickly and temporarily fix it very fast every time.

We chose the Trilussa because it was in a convenient location for our plans in Rome, and on a direct line via the 75 bus from Roma Termini.
The pictures suggest this is an upscale hotel: perhaps many the rooms relfect that: ours did not.
First: as Gold Level Expedia members we were supposed to be given a bottle of wine on registering: had to ask for that an after a very long travel day, we'd been looking forward to feet up, glass of wine. The wine was produced - but no glasses. So we asked for those & were told it would have to be brought to our room. OK. We also asked if the room upgrade was available. This caused a long conversation at the desk. Finally we were offered ground floor Room 103. A family room. Dark, and not in great condition. Tired, we simply accepted it. All in all, felt very grudgingly provided. Don't offer what you don't want to provide.
Will say that the common rooms are lovely, the location is excellent, and other than the hiccough at the beginning, the staff was quite nice.
We asked about the roof top deck with views of the city (prominant in their ad) but were told it's closed during winter months.
The desk clerk offered to have a staffer open it so we could see the deck: we accepted. What a pity they keep it closed in nice weather (and it was beautiful weather mid-Dec, would have LOVED to take our wine up there or have cocktails end of the day. The view is truly spectacular.
Again, perhaps many rooms are updated, nice: ours was not. One night? OK.

The location for the hotel is centeral, yoy can walk or take transportations. it is very clean and updated, the room is great and very comfortable bed, nice shower and it is a great place over all. The front desk people are simply amazing, they are very welcoming and helpful. We’ll definitely stay there in the future and we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for your great service.

This hotel was conveniently located next to a tram stop and plenty of bus stops. The area has great bars, grocery stores, gelato, and restaurants. We visited the rooftop bar twice and the drinks were delicious and the view was amazing. Our room was much larger than anything we could have gotten if we were more in the heart of Rome. The bathroom was a great size besides the shower. It is not American sized, but we didn't mind. We were supposed to receive a bottle of champagne for being a expedia silver member but we didn't receive it. We also didn't notify anyone since we didn't feel like going out of our way for it. We didn't book any of the private spas available but they did look like a fun option. I booked this hotel because I thought the spa was included but it's separate and can only be used by one party at a time. Overall the staff was friendly, our room was clean and the location was great.

When choosing a hotel room on Expedia I want to open window or balcony to get fresh air. Thats why I chose this hotel. Most rooms only have air conditioner and I have noticed that I often feel bad in such rooms. Very good food and service.

The rooftop restaurant was well worth a visit, with good food and cocktails.
The room was clean and comfortable with reasonably priced mini bar.
There was plenty of choice for breakfast.
The staff in all areas of the hotel were friendly, helpful and informative.
A very good hotel.

Great property. Stayed with the family. We loved the breakfast! Didn’t visit the spa but looked fabulous. Fun flea market out front on Sundays. Short walk to train station and to most all the sites. Would stay again. Thank you for a great stay!

Stefano created us and was so warm and welcoming. We felt at home immediately! Everything in the room was very comfortable. The pillows and the bed were perfect. Even though we were facing the street it was quiet. The bathroom was big enough and nicely appointed. The shower was interesting and once I figured it out was quite nice. Public transportation was very convenient. Directly across the street

I enjoyed the room and quiet of the area. The rooftop is amazing but very slow service.

Absolutely an Amazing Experience. I reserved the wellness room. It was fantastic. The room has a hot tub and a sauna and a projector screen. The staff was friendly and professional. I will stay here again. Highly recommend.

All staff was great. Our stay included breakfast, the day we arrived we looked in to see what to expect. The representative on site Sylvia came out and welcomed us to the hotel. Next morning she remembered us. Our mornings began with breakfast and Sylvia is excellent at making everyone feel welcome. Five stars for Sylvia outstanding service.

Great hotel. Could use some small updates (paint, doors, small touch ups) The staff is super incredible and accommodating. They made our stay 10x better. Close to many dining options and tours of the historic city. The spa was an awesome addition.

The staff at this property are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is close to the bus stops making it easy to navigate to all the landmark sites. It is a busy and lively neighborhood. Our family enjoyed the "moon" spa after a long day of walking in the heat; it was a great way to recharge for the next day of sightseeing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was small, but clean, comfortable and well air conditioned!
Very accommodating for our Shabbat needs.
Not a far walk to the Jewish Ghetto, where we went for meals, but, in the high heat of the summer, consider staying somewhere closer.
Otherwise, and at a cooler time of the year when you don’t mind walking 20-30min, great location!

Hotel is ok, friendly staff and VIP upgrade etc. was very good. About 2km from “the places to be”, no underground nearby. Spa etc. present however you need to reserve your place before you can use it. Breakfast is ok. Not the best and newest hotel, but better price than hotels closer to the shops, musea etc.

We found the staff to go above and beyond to be gracious and helpful. The accommodations were perfect for my small family.

The wellness spa was wonderful! The ability to get to the city center with ease without being right in the heart of the busiest part of Rome was also wonderful! I felt safe walking at night in Trastevere and the rooftop dining offer great views of the city.

The hotel was nice, way smaller than the pictures make it look. But, it's fine the double room plus is quite small fits a full size maybe queen bed. The facility is clean, staff helpful although the housekeeper did not replenish items starting on the 2 nd to last day, not sure if that is procedure. Everyone was nice and helpful.
