This property is special. It has a ton of history, tons of restaurants close by. The rooftop bar is amazing. The courtyards and gardens are beautiful.

Hotel feels like it wants to be a boutique hotel but never quite makes it. The roof terrace was nice to watch the sun set and have happy hour but food choices were limited. The room we booked was an “executive” so it was a corner room and spacious but there was just one chair and some empty space so we didn’t really get anything extra for our money. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was ok but underwhelming. I’ve had better at places like comfort suites. Free parking was a plus. Sound proofing from outside was not good. It’s right by the highway and central avenue so you could hear cars and motorbikes roaring past at night. We will be back to Alburquerque but probably will find somewhere different to stay. The location wasn’t ideal as you couldn’t really walk to anything other than a couple of restaurants for dinner.

The Hotel Parq Centeral is a gem. Best stay in ABQ! The classy rooftop bar is the perfect place to be at sunset. The room was spacious clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Sariah took care of all our needs from checking in to shuttle rides to and from Popejoy. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I will only stay at this Hotel while visit3in ABQ from now on.

Lovely hotel located close to town. Short drive to downtown and uptown but we didn’t walk. Great boutique hotel and they were very accommodating to a change of room

My wife and I have stayed here many times traveling between Denver and Tucson. I am an MD and she is an interior designer and we love the idea and execution of a hotel from an old hospital.

Sorry, I’m an early riser who needs my AM coffee. Was told coffee available 24 hrs. Was down to get some at 5:30 am. Coffee pot was empty. Even if there were any in it, it would have been from day before, and the front desk told me I could put it in the microwave to heat it. No way to get any til 7am when kitchen staff is available. If they say 24 hrs. They should think about investing in a coffee machine that can deliver fresh coffee on demand.

I will definitely be staying here again we slept great, the breakfast was delicious, and the bar had some great choices!

Hot tub is 24 hours and was very nice and private vut keep in mind it is outdoors. Evening desk team member was nice and offered much information about the property although an in room property map would have been helpful as there are multiple buildings on property and having to call the front desk to find out that ice on your floor is in a drawer in the hallway would have been helpful. I must say it is a very classy property for the area, we are from Albuquerque and this part of town has seen its ups and downs. HPC does a good job if keeping the riff raff at bay. Two things that i didnt love: 1) The Breakfast. Nice little eqq quiches and some cereal, breads and pastries, some fruits and juices as well but people want meat. Wouldnt kill them to add some bacon or turkey sausage to their spread....it is "upscale" and i think expected at the price point when we can get it at lesser price points. 2)The whole bed situation. I must say my Wife and I tossed and turned all night. The bed just wasnt comfortable AT ALL. While the linens were nice the Bed was flat and needs a refresh. The pullows were too hard. Ok to have 2 hard pillows, but 4? At least 2 hard and 2 soft would be more appropriate. Otherwise the Executive King room was lovely. I recommend a stay at this Historic property.

In my experience this is the best hotel in Albuquerque. Things to note - giant comfortable beds, breakfast is above average (mini croissants) - but neither of the rooms I stayed in had bathtubs which is disappointing especially considering the price. I love bathtubs
Sariah & Sam were both so great! <3 then
Also they play Frank Sinatra esq music in the lobby if you’re into that kind of thing

We stayed over Christmas and the staff left cookies and a stocking. Very sweet. Due to the holiday to bar had limited hours. It was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

A very nice property that is close to the freeway. The hotel is very well decorated and they have incorporated lots of old artifacts from the old hospital. Their roof top bar was great, the staff were very attentive and the food was fantastic. Unfortunately the gas heaters ran out and it got cold but there was room to move inside. Sadly king size bed was a queen size at most but the bed was comfortable.

Great stay as always here. Everything is always excellent and the staff are wonderful. Beautifully decorated for Christmas.

I ended up paying for two nights through Expedia, the hotel themselves charged me double and even a “damage” fee when there was no damage and they wouldn’t give me a receipt or any type of refund or proof of anything. Will not be staying here again a lot of miscommunication and charges that shouldn’t be there. This hotel is empty barely any guests but I can see why, they’re stingy with their money trying to get the most from you in order for this hotel to keep going.

This hotel is centrally located in Albuquerque and easy to get to from the airport. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored building and even though you're near I-25 the sound proofing inside the building makes it seem like you are far away from any kind of city noises. I've stayed here on several occasions when flying in to visit friends in northern New Mexico and I highly recommend staying here. Free breakfast included and the staff is great.

Good hotel smart and clean good continental breakfast. Not much around the hotel location. Advertised car pickup at airport but no staff to do so.

The thermostat in our room did not work. The front desk said they could override and set the temperature for us. The heat never came on. We called again and they said they could offer us more blankets. We spent 2 uncomfortable nights in a cold room.
When we inquired about a refund, we were told no refunds were available since we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia).

I was planning a surprise for our anniversary, I told the ladies at the front desk about my surprise and I wanted to get my wife’s reaction when she walked into the room for the surprise so the ladies and the supervisor Brie helped me plan on making this surprise perfect. I trusted them enough to leave my phone at the front desk so one of the ladies could go into our room before I got there to record the surprise on my phone for me.
Everyone that works at this hotel went above and beyond to help me make this surprise perfect. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very quiet for being so close to the interstate, the entire hotel is very clean and the rooftop lounge was amazing with the views of the city!! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re looking for the perfect getaway. Thank you to everyone for making this surprise perfect for me!!

This is my go to hotel when landing or leaving ABQ. Very close to the airport, has shuttle, quiet, includes a good breakfast and great places to hang out both indoors and outdoors. The Apothecary lounge is a roof top bar with great views, tasty food and drink.

Nice clean property with a friendly staff and good parking. Complimentary breakfast was simple, but good. Great location at Central and I-25 makes it convenient to most parts of town including Old Town and the University districts. Highly recommended.

This hotel was charming. Built in 1829 as the Santa Fe Hospital and converted to a Hotel in 2010. The room we stayed in was small but cozy.

The employees were terribly rude to me, made weird phone calls late at night to my room and always had an attitude with me and my partner. The premise is nice but the staff is rude about checking in and lied about there rules multiple times.

I've stayed at this beautiful hotel before. It's convenient to the university, to great food, and it has a rooftop bar with beautiful city views. The history of the property is also interesting. Lovely!
