Hotel definitely in decline, fab location but no longer offers valet service or dinner, such a shame! And 87 dlrs resort fee is absurd, can only assume it is going to shut soon to be refurbished.
Credit due to Sonny on reception though, cool guy!

Great location by rodeo drive. Full breakfast entree option with juice and coffee. Sunny was a delight. Check in was weird with gold vip status I was supposed to get a bottle of spirits and a room upgrade. They said there wasn’t any available but I saw rooms online. I asked for the bottle of spirits and he said they were out. I said white wine would be fine and he gave me a half drank opened bottle from lounge bar. Odd. Bed and sheets were amazing. Shower could be hotter.

The hotel is conveniently located near Rodeo Drive. Lita receiptionist/front desk especially nice and helpful. Room small but well appointed and with refrigerator. Parking convenient except that hotel staff must open parking gate for entry and exit.

From the moment we walked into the hotel, everything was amazing. Check in was so easy and quick! Check out was just as quick and easy! All staff that sat at the front desk were so attentive to all guests coming and going, greeting everyone. The staff at the front desk were all amazing multitaskers! The hotel was very initiate with only 33 rooms. We only saw one staff member in the lobby, and he/she could do it all! Open the gate for parking, while attending to guests on the phone, and tending to the bar! The hotel was so clean and quiet! It’s set in a beautiful area very close to Rodeo Drive. The surrounding area was just as beautiful, and so clean. If we make it back the the west coast we will 100% stay here again!

Excellent place, clean, good breakfast, quiet, confortable.
The first day I didn’t like the fact that you need help from the front desk in order to get in and out of the parking garage but it wasn’t that bad. 4.9/5

The location was perfect. Walkable to all stores and food. The hotel was exceptional with staff, cleaning, breakfast in the morning, and more. I would recommend staying here!

Resort fee and parking fees marks up almost another 100 dollars

The check in was marred by the staffs unfamiliarity with how the hotel interfaced with the parking facilities. I was told to drive into the parking lot but there was no way for the gate to open. Turns out that the staff at the hotel was supposed to raise the gate which irritated the staff at the parking area.
There was also a junk fee of $87.32 added to the bill for each day we were there supposely for a mandatory "breakfast".

We came in from out of state to stay here for my daughter's surgery. The locations was great, we were within walking distance of many things to do and see! The staff there were very kind and resourceful. After my daughter's surgery, the staff made a point to come and check in to see if we needed anything or if they could help us in any way. Amenities such as fresh breakfast, quaint bar area, and nice patio seating indoor and outdoor. Rooms were clean and up to date as well. We can't say anything negative about this place!

Parking process is horrible, 28$ charged but you need hotel person to come and scan card every time. Breakfast options are very limited, you need to order out of few options and then wait for 30-40 mins. Looks like staff shortage as well.

Staff was extremely nice, as gold members we received a complimentary bottle of champagne. Hotel is boutique but right in the center of Beverly Hills. Would definitely come back.

Stayed for a business trip and was very disapointed at the property. Staff was great and friendly but room was outdated, AC was noisy and kept me up through the night. The AC also leaked water on my belongings and didn't have the remote for the TV.

Very easy check in, parking and great location. Checking in with Sunny was enjoyable and a very nice guy.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. However, they ran my debit card 3 times for the deposit for a total of about 1200.00 tied up in my account as pending transactions. Front desk could not explain why it happened. I'd warn anyone staying here to watch out for that and double check what they charge you. Its been days and no resolution yet.

This hotel is a gem! Great location, clean, quiet and friendly staff. Soni was extremely generous and accommodating. I definitely recommend it and I hope I can stay there again.

Horrible. I would never stay there again. Overpriced dump.

Parking fees way too expensive, breakfast service starts at 8 am which is an inconvenient for most people and you have to wait about an hour to be served (every day), inconsistent housekeeping svce, lack of staff (the front desk guy does pretty much everything), looks old, smells old, but it is in a good location. In conclusion it is expensive for what you get.

The Lavazza espresso maker in the room was the highlight of the stay!
We needed a nice place near the Beverly Wilshire Hotel that would allow us to walk late at night from an event. The room was very well decorated and the amenities were very nice, if a little small.
The parking was $28 and convenient in that a staff member would walk to the lot with you and open the gate when coming and going. They were very responsive and polite when doing this.
I left some items behind and the staff was unable to check with housekeeping to get them for me after 2:00. That was a little inconvenient as I had driven here from 1.5 hours away. Luckily, I was planning on being back in town two days later and was able to pick up my left items.
If it is hot outside, I recommend leaving the A/C on max while you are out.so the room is right when you get back.
In the end, the decor was very nice, the hotel was clean
and modern, and we enjoyed our stay.

The only elevator in this hotel was not working at all for days,. We had to carry our own luggages all the way from main floor to Third floor,. Parking was not valet and had to across the street with hotel staff each time wanting to go in/out of parking lot.

The property is in a great location and the facilities are nice. But that’s it. My room did not have a mini fridge and the staff were not apologetic about it. The bartender and chef called in sick the day I was there so there was no restaurant or bar. The person who seemed to be the manager was not very welcoming and I saw him passive aggressively try to manage guest concerns that were valid. He would look at people as if he was doing them a favor.

Staff was excellent. Quiet, clean hotel in a safe and walkable neighborhood

Deceptive advertising, no elevator, no help with luggage,
inconvenient and expensive parking, irregular cleaning.

Good service, great location, friendly and helpful staff.
The hot / cold water control for the shower was not functioning well, and the coffee maker was complicated to use. Otherwise, a clean and comfortable room.
