The rooms and facility are very nice. A market, restaurant and really good gym are on the property. Besides a bakery and some fast food places, there are not any restaurants nearby. That would be the only drawback. Plenty of public trans is available.

The view was amazing and the bidet was fantastic with warming seat. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Only issue was no one was at front desk but was able to check in virtually which took a little getting used to but other than that it was a nice quick stay.

We didn't arrive until late evening when reception was already closed but the self check in was self explanatory. It was a bit dark at the entrance and for someone completely new to the area/hotel, it could be a bit intimidating. However, it was safe and easy to get in. The front desk staff was helpful and always responsive. Milica was so helpful and kind. There is a shared laundry room on site that is free to use if you download the app. I wasn't able to because my phone had died so they were so kind to upgrade me to a room that had a washer. The kitchen is well stocked to cook meals and there are 2 wonderful markets in the same building as Phils. There is also a wonderful Japanese restaurant in the building. We loved it. Public transport is easy once you figure out the bus and tram situation. It's just a quick 15-20 minute ride on Tram 1 to the center and to everywhere you need to be. There are also public buses - the 15A or 65A also provide easy access to city centers. Athough not centrally located to city center, it's a wonderful place to stay if you want a full service apartment with kitchen and laundry. The facility is also very clean and on the newer side. We were very happy at Phils and will return. Thank you Phil's!

Ideal travellers or business residence ,small kitchen facility and a large supermarket in the same complex ,restaurants close by ,very clean accomodation with easy self-check in ,good shower and a great view

We have been regular guests of PhilsPlace for over 3 years. This time, the room was not clean properly, the airconditioning did NOT work and the coffee maker was broke. Furthermore, there was nobody at the reception to help us out ...

Loved this apartment good value for money, only thing i could say is the location is a little far from town but i think this is reflected in the price.

Housekeeping was not available daily. With 90 channels on the tv only 3 were English and you did not have the ability to change the language on the channel. Easy checkin checkout process. Vapiano restaurant and 2 markets are in the same building. The gym was for members only not affiliated with the hotel.

It is not located in Central but it takes aboout 20 mins by tram.

This is my second year in a row that I have stayed a full week for business/ pleasure and have absolutely enjoyed myself in every way. Very close to downtown Vienna but far enough out of the busy area. The grocery stores are great and the restaurant is phenomenal. Highly recommend staying here and I already look forward to next year!

The stay was very nice. The room is well equipped with all the needs to the room ,kitchen, bathroom . The restaurant in the entrance is GREAT and the transpiration to the city or airport is very easy and nearby .The only drawback is that the room was not clean everyday, however when I asked to clean the room, it was handle next day .Great place to stay in Vienna.

It has parking for 11 euro a day and it's spacious apartment with kitchen. The building has restaurant and supermarket ... Good for quick bite and hang out place and convenient to buy food. It has laundry room in basement. I wish they could provide cleaning clothes and dish washer tabs and more garbage bags and washing machine tabs for clothing. Otherwise it is excellent perfect.

Beautiful and quiet room. Nice urban view. Spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. Convenient location: easy transport to the city centre - less than 30 min. away. Supermarket (to buy breakfast supplies daily) and self-service restaurant (inexpensive with nice italian food) on the ground floor. Discreet and friendly staff. No cleaning of the room for a 3-night stay but it didn't bother us because we felt more at home (privacy) and the room didn't really need cleaning. We would definitely stay there again. Great quality with very low cost esp. compared to other accomodation in Vienna.

Brand new and spacious. However, location was far from centre and with no easy commute there. A microwave, kitchen towel and a hanging rail for the clothes would have been handy.Nonetheless an very good value for money.

The Apartment is great.It has everything you need. Modern furniture, Amazing view, comfy bed, spacious shower and fully equipped kitchen. It has two supermarkets downstairs and a Vapiano restaurant. City center 15 min by bus or taxi. The gym downstair doesn't belong to the hotel so you have to pay. Smart TV doesn't have any APP so not working unless your connect your laptop. TV channels all in German, no english options. Overall great stay.
