You'll never be far from the action in this designer home - in fact, you'll be minutes from Old Town and all of Scottsdale's best dining and shops! The Space: This beautiful Oldtown Scottsdale home is the perfect launching pad to experience all that the city has to offer. Whether you are travelling to visit Oldtown, looking to hike with your friends, or travelling with friends to golf, this home will work for your group. All the furniture is brand-new and modern. The living room has a Netflix Equipped Smart TV and lots of space. The kitchen and dining area is set up with everything that you'll need for cooking. There are multiple sitting and dining areas, allowing space for meals, board games, and even some work! There is lightening fast Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee, and all the essentials that you'll need for a great stay. The outdoor area is truly special. There's a large pool and patio, lawn chairs, and a BBQ. There's lot of space to enjoy Scottsdale's beautiful weather! Each bedroom has a luxurious bed with 600 thread count sheets and luxurious pillows. There's a King bed in the master bedroom, plus an additional 3 Queen Beds! It's the perfect place for groups visiting the city! There's a driveway that fits up to two cars, a garage, and free street parking! Guest Access: Guests will have exclusive access to all the amenities in the house. The Neighborhood: Scottsdale is a beautiful place to visit. The center of the city is Old Town, and you'll be minutes away from all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping. My home is located close to the Pima Freeway, which puts everything in Greater Scottsdale and Phoenix a short drive from my home. Getting Around: There's free parking at my home for up to two vehicles - one in the garage and one in the driveway, and most of the city's attraction are a short drive away. There's additional street parking that's free and easily available. Ubers are a great option to get to the city, so you'll never need a car if you don't have one. Interaction with Guests: I am always available to help my guests, but I will not be at the property during your stay.
