Good location. Good value. Comfortable beds, bath, and sitting room. Lots of space.
Decor and furniture placement was a bit awkward. Kitchen was very small with basic supplies. None of this was a problem for us. Oddly, Google Maps has trouble with directions for this apt - due to underpasses and one way streets, I guess.

Spacious and central location, walking distance to most attractions in the city. Within 2 min to metro station karlplatz, grocery store and restaurants. Easy to travel to/from airport by public transportation. Warmly reccommend this place.
Missing cutting board and proper knife for cutting pineapple😊. A bit dark in the kitchen. Would be nice for an upgrade of the bed in one of the bedroom. That particular bed was bouncy and noisy😊.

Les planchers n’étaient pas propre, il manquait d’ustensiles de cuisine pour permettre de bien préparer les repas. Qualité des matelas très ordinaires. Manque de support/crochets dans la toilette.

It's hard to imagine a better location for exploring Vienna. My wife and I stayed 4 nights with our 2 teenage sons. Everything was on our doorstep. The apartment is just around the corner from the Bösendorferstraße exit from Karlsplatz U-Bhan station so really easy to get around and around the other corner is a Spar supermarket for picking up essential items. We purchased an online ticket for the CAT (City Airport Train) with a 72 hour Vienna City Card (under 16s go free). The location is minutes away on foot from the Vienna State Opera, Albertina art musem, Sacher and Cafe Mozart coffee houses and the Naschmarkt. The highlights of our trip were the classical concert at St. Peter's Church (Peterskirsche) and the pork knuckle at Melker Stiftskeller.

Promised child bed on website. Only reason we booked it. We badly needed it for our 1 yr old son. But they didn’t have. And he fell off the bed at night

Nothing..it was a very old apartment with poor quality of furniture and rooms distribution with no privacy at all.
I will never ever come again or recommend it to anybody at all

The location was excellent and it was very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Provided multiple fans when it was hot.
Main bathroom door didn’t lock.
Only one key between 10 people.
Checkout would be better later.

Fantastic location 10 out of 10!
The owner was so kind & accommodating. She allowed us check in earlier than usual time when I requested because of my elderly mother.
The apartment was very nice and kitchen was well equipped.
I would rate this accommodation 10 if only there was an air conditioner or more fans. I found it a bit too warm to sleep at night.

Great center location that is safe. The apartment pictured looks the same in reality. Multiple rooms and beds that we’re very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The checkin/out process was seamless and the staff were very helpful.
The overall house had a musty smell on entering; it would go away after a few minutes. Kitchen too small.

The location, cleanness, space are all excellent.
Nearby markets and restaurants are convenient.
No air-conditioning, and opening the windows resulted in a entry of mosquito and other insects.
Oven status is not optimal with bad fuming if you turn on it.

The location was just the best! We loved the apartment for our family. It was very comfortable and clean and we loved the style of the place.

The highlight of the apartment is the spaciousness, while being in the central location - it is close to quite a few visiting places and to many good restaurants. The apartment was quite clean and well equipped.

hugely overpriced at 820 euros for 3 nights
the picture above was not of the apartment we stayed in.
Everything looked cheapest available.
Strip lighting in the bedrooms.
Bed linen not ironed.
Arm chairs lumpy and uncomfortable .
Curtains on plastic pipes that looked more like plumbing than curtain poles.
No way to open curtains for natural light so had to cram the curtains behind furniture.
Pervasive smell of cheap air freshener.

It would be better if the heater is not a water-limited boiler.

Rooms were very spacious and well furnished. Lounge was comfortable. Kitchen had everything. Bathroom was super large.

Everything was perfect, we enjoyed the apartment that is very big, comfortable and clean.
The location is more then perfect, close to the city center and to the metro in Karlsplatze
