You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! - We do not offer late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $100 charge per. - We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. - Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided - If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave. - Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
