Located in Anchorage, this charming condo for R 2,834 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Casa on the bluff is a modern, clean, and beautifully appointed downtown rental. Private and surrounded by nature, this unit is within walking distance to most of Anchorage's popular destinations. Coffee shops, grocery, coastal trail, downtown dining/shopping are all within a few minute walk. The museum, train station is a few minute drive, as well as many other local activities. This 2 bed 2 bath unit boasts a large deck and sunroom as well! Read our reviews and see why you’ll love this unit! Unit is entirely private with a large deck overlooking a park: feels like you are in a tree house. Casa is a lower unit of a duplex. We do live in the upper unit so you might hear some noises but we don’t do dance parties and try to go to bed on time :) There are some stairs to get down - let us know if you need help with your luggage. There is no access to the garage but there is a designated guest parking available and you may also park on the street if you have a bigger vehicle. Coffee, tea, and some local beverages provided at check in. Entire Bottom Unit of the Duplex. We are on the edge of Downtown Anchorage. This means you get the privacy and quietness of a neighborhood home, yet all the amenities of being just a few minute walk to discover all the fun things to do and see in downtown. Bus, Uber, Lyft, along with taxi service are all at your fingertips. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the promises. - If you damage the home, you might be charged up to the cost of repairs. - No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes front porch. - Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund. - NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. - Do not attempt to access unit above - it's a separate property with people living in it. - Garage is not available for the guests: do not attempt to get in. - Small pets might be allowed (we love pooches) - please contact us prior to booking - If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. -Pls ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house. FEES: Lost TV Remote = $50 Smoking of ANY kind = $250 Unapproved late check out = every 30 mins after 11 am AKST is an additional $75 Non-disclosed overnight guest = $50 per night per person Thank you for staying with us!

This apartment is very clean and nicely equipped. The only reason we're giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the noise from upstairs was very off-putting and disturbed our stay. It sounded like children running back and forth all day, and we felt like the parents should be aware of those staying underneath. Although we really liked the apartment, we would not stay here again, due to this constant noise, from early morning until late at night.

Description is spot on. Very large entire unit on lower level. Lots of outdoor decking that feels like a private retreat and surrounded by trees. Check in was a breeze and the on-site parking was well marked. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Our group was out and about during our stay however this place would be great for hanging out. Lots of room in the main area for visiting and cooking dinner. Bedrooms very comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend!
