Conveniently situated in the Heart of Destin across street from the BIG KAHUNA Water Park. SECURITY GUARD at entrance, COVERED parking, two tennis courts, movie rentals, game room, DELI with gift shop. Enjoy the TIKI bar overlooking the beach and the INDOOR/OUTDOOR heated pool with waterfall. Work-out in on site EXCERCISE room. Enjoy a glass of wine in the HOT TUB or relax on the large sun deck. Pelican Beach is the perfect family 'Destin-ation.' Theme parks, numerous golf courses, excellent restaurants, and shopping are all just minutes away. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet is only seven miles east, Destin Commons shopping mall which has a huge movie complex is at the corner of Mid-Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. This tastefully decorated and comfortable condominium has a PRIVATE BALCONY to enjoy those wonderful Florida sunrises or enjoy afternoon shade after coming off the beach. Spend your vacation with us, and you will come back again! The living room has a convertible sofa that makes a queen size bed. We have 3 LCD TVs & WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET access. This place was amazing and access to the beach was really great! The indoor pool was nice we didn’t get a chance to swim in the outdoor because it was a little cold. The property managers/owners are really responsive to our needs and helped us out by letting us check in early because we had a kid that wasn’t feeling well, but definitely do it again. Can’t wait to go back!

I would definitely stay here again. Everything was excellent! The only thing I would suggest is to maybe have extra blankets. Like throws or something. Everything else was great 😊

The unit had a beautiful view and lots of amenities. The property owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The resort has awesome swimming pools, and it’s located close to lots of restaurants. This was my children’s first time at the beach, and we’ll remember it forever!

Really loved the condo, very clean and multiple elevators so not waiting long time to get up to the condo or back down to the main floor
Even the condo is perfect, the beach access not so much. You are very limited on space on the beach, I felt like tons of people in a small select area for the beach. We made the decision to go to the state park the next day and it was much better

Upon arrival, I found a hair on the pillow case and hair in the bathtub. While giving my son a bath, there was something flaking off the drain into the bath water. I send photos to the owner. She responded “I will get this to maintenance”. The next day we were about to walk out the door to dinner with our infant son and maintenance showed up (unannounced) saying he was here to fix a drain. We dismissed him as 1. It was not a good time for us and we were not notified 2. The drain itself was fun functioning. I messaged the host Valerie again the following day and she said since we denied entry for maintenance there was nothing they could do. This is when I got extremely mad. I told her she should have arranged a time for us as it is our vacation, if sending someone to the condo. I also reminded her that the hairs have nothing to do with maintenance. I stated some sort of compensation should be given like my cleaning fee refunded. She did not care that the condo was found dirty. Her communication was poor. I had to tell her several times that sending maintenance does not fix the fact that I found the unit in a dirty unsatisfactory state and compensated was owed for this. She then tried to say she sent housekeeping 3 days after we’d been there. She couldn’t tell me when (we never got a knock). The bottom line is, I asked for a cleaning fee to be refunded as I found her unit dirty upon arrival and she went around the issue and hand and did not properly address it.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. We had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, and location is convenient to the places we like to go to!!
The owner was always responsive to answering questions prior to stay!

Exactly as pictured. Smelled so good when you walk in and everything was so clean! Minor problem operating the keurig (wasn’t sure how), a couple of things came off the wall with a very very light touch, and there was some rust/dirt around the master bath drain and spout. Those are minor things though. We locked ourselves out by not memorizing the code and leaving our phones in the apartment and the owner Valerie was good to give us our code at the HOA desk. It was amazing to see the sunrise over the beach and the sunset over the city every day! Thank you for a wonderful first visit to Destin!

Everything about this property was wonderful. We had an amazing trip and I would definitely consider staying here again. I recommend you booking chair rentals ahead of time. They were totally sold out for the week once we arrived. We brought our own chairs down by the water

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. It was very well equipped with everything needed to make our vacation perfect! The beds were very comfortable and the condo was so clean. The decor was so tasteful and beachy! We had a rainy day, but enjoyed the long lazy morning and the view up the beach watching the surfers. This was a beautiful place and we will definitely be back!

Five of us stayed for the weekend as a “end of the school year” treat (we’re teachers + spouses). Valerie was super accommodating! The view was amazing and we were right on the beach. The chairs and umbrella that were supplied were also very convenient. The property was pretty subdued at night, which we enjoyed too. Would 100% rebook!

Great place to stay with the family. Only down side is (if there is one) is guest and friends are unable to visit on scheduled times due to the volume of people.

This condo was amazing. It was very clean felt homey and had a-lot of neat things to find during your stay! From the deck of cards offered and the pickleball game for the beach. Chairs and a Umbrella to use (saves you hundreds for the week and that is no joke) The kitchen came stocked with everything you need (minus food). Laundry in unit was great too!! You really can leave him and not worry about bringing anything when you stay in this property. The Owner was very responsive and great to talk with. The condo decoration gives you the feel of the Ocean outside and brings it inside. The view from the balcony was the big draw for us to choose this location. You can see pods of dolphins from there and see the schools of fish they are eating (the water is that clear).
The weather was great too not too hot and not to cold so we were able to leave the glass sliding door open all day and most of the night and able to hear the OCEAN all day which made vacation that much more amazing! The beach access is right there off your resort property and in a matter of minutes you are enjoying the ocean! All pictures in the listing are true to how they look! We will be keeping this property as a Fav and look at booking it again. I cannot thank the owner enough for making our vacation great! You can bring kids and have no worries, ours are (5,9,11). Again thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo!
