This townhome is in a great location for skiing in the winter (only two blocks from the Snowflake Lift) and summer as well, with numerous beautiful mountain trails surrounding the property. You’re also just across the street from the Breck Free Ride stop, so getting to and from downtown is a breeze. The living area has beautiful leather furniture, a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen smart TV. Off the kitchen, there’s a family room area with another fireplace and smart TV, as well as a game/card table. And just look at that kitchen: huge marble waterfall counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from après-ski snacks to memorable mountain meals. The kitchen table seats eight, and there’s room for eight at the counter. Just outside, the upper deck has a table and chairs for outside dining and relaxing, as well as a gas grill. And on the downstairs patio? Your own private hot tub, of course. Serviced between each guest stay so you know the water is always fresh and waiting for you to relax in after a long day of adventures.
