Welcome to Cedars Ten. No expense was spared in the construction of this custom townhome which served as a private second home for decades and is now being listed for the first time. Park your vehicle in the attached, private 2 car garage and leave it there. This true ski-in/ ski-ski-out is steps to the Quicksilver lift and a short walk to downtown Breckenridge. The amazingly convenient location allows each guest the freedom of movement to travel where they want without having to be transported by car or bus. Some of your party could stroll Main St. While the others spend the day skiing the mountain. Tell the family to meet back home for lunch and again at the end of a day for a home cooked meal made in the custom kitchen instead of a ski slope meal on the go. This 2972 sq ft townhome boasts 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bath plus a spacious living room, media room, and an outfitted chef’s kitchen with ample room to entertain. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own dedicated bathroom with a half- bath off of the kitchen. Your feet and guests will appreciate the radiant heating system that was installed during construction. This uncommon luxury provides comfort during the alpine winters and adds to the feeling of being at home with family and friends. The private balcony off of the kitchen includes furniture and a grill for outside entertaining. This layout, with multiple split levels, allows for privacy or togetherness, whichever you please. The media room has a collection of DVDs, board games, and puzzles for those times when it sounds like more fun to stay in than to go out. When considering quality, size, and location, this home has very few, if any, equals. Includes Wi-Fi, television, and access to Upper Village pool and hot tubs. Sleeping consists of a King in bedroom 1, a Queen in bedroom 2, a Queen in bedroom 3, 2 Twins and a futon in bedroom 4, a fold-out sofa in the media room, and an inflatable bed which can be added where needed. In addition to high end appliances and the must-have kitchen gadgets, there is a beverage fridge in the media room and a wine refrigerator in the kitchen. Free parking for 3 vehicles. 2 in the garage (if needed, the attached garage can accommodate one oversized vehicle and one standard vehicle) and includes a permit for one outside parking space (outside parking spaces are not reserved and are subject to availability). In practice, my family has found it best to use one of the spaces in the garage as a staging area to put on and take off our ski boots and jackets. Upper Village Pool/ hot tub access is open for winter season from noon-8pm, 7 days a week from November 10 and will close mid April. It is located at 450 Village Rd. Towels and linens are provided as well as a starter kit of soaps and paper goods to get you through the first day or so. Guests are to provide their own paper goods and other consumables for the duration of their stay. The Property is very roomy and well equipped for a Family of 6-10 to stay with ample room for privacy and group meals. We loved the Kitchen! We loved the location and the easy access garage. The Quicksilver lift is just steps away from this property with easy ski in and walk out to lift access. The property is updated and a great place to spend a week in Breckenridge! We will return!
