Superb

Small but comfortable single room ( large bathroom anyway). breakfast, restaurant is a plus. Staff very kind and helpful.

Pretentious and overpriced but nice rooms

Room was great. Really nice bathroom. Location in the quarry intriguing.

Reception: we had booked a 3-person room with two beds. Got a room with one bed. After a while, after complaints, they split the bed into two and arranged new bedding. Pool: we wanted to have a pre-dinner drink in the poolbar. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to serve us. Dinner: Unexperienced staff were hovering over us all the time. At one point two people were standing 20 cms from the table just looking at us. When we actually needed help from them they had to ask the head waiter for everything who walked around like some petty king pretending to manage a fine dining establishment. He insisted to speak English to us which was completely un-understandable - although we speak good Italian. We ordered wine by the glass - got ca 7-8 cl at the bottom of a wineglass. I asked for more and then got to pay for ” double portion”. In total very pretentious and overpriced compared to the quality of the food. Breakfast: Decent breakfast buffet but again the staff were beginners and had (another) pretentious petty king telling them what to do. Although it was a buffet you had to wait in line to point at what you wanted and they would fumbly serve you. Even in the most luxurious hotels in the world that does not happen

Exceptional

Me and my girlfriend visited hotel in september 2022. Everyone working at the hotel were very friendly. Hotel is very beautiful and tidy. Breakfast is very diverse and there is something for everyone. Pool area is very nice. 4 times a day shuttle is driving to the town and back so it is easy to get to town or back. Also shuttle from the ferry and back can be organised free of charge. Highly recommend.

Good hotel on Favignana but worse than great 4 star hotels on Sicily

Great facilities and beautifully set within an old quarry. Very quiet and a great address on Favignana.

Little English speaking and sometimes nice, sometimes harsh personnel, everything is charged extra, like beach towels or water on the room.

Not a good experience

Nice setting, good breakfast, cute cats

As seasoned travellers quite disappointed about our stay. - Beds are hard and not comfortable at all. - Staff barely speaks English and did not give sufficient info about the hotel or isrland - Restaurant service was friendly but food not upto standards, waiter just poored the wine without tasting - Sound insulation not sufficient, you hear everything Overall not worth the price, some urgent hospitality training is needed for tht staff.

Pleasant stay in a place with a super cool concept. Being inside a cave couldn't be more impressive.

The hotel has the coolest concept. It's impressive to see its full structure sitting at the bottom of a quarry. The facilities are beautiful, well designed and have a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast has sweet and salty foods to choose from. The pool restaurant is fairly priced with a menu that isn't extensive, but with a fair selection of items that range from salads, seafood and sandwiches. Every part of the hotel is super clean.

The pool could be open past 7pm for guests who spend the entire day exploring the island come back for relaxing time in the pool are. The concierge could be more prepared to give recommendations of the island that aren't the obvious ones. The transfer from the hotel to the port could be a bit more flexible with their schedule. The beds, they could be more comfy.

Amazing service

amazing localization, best service, all features on the top level, fine dinning, space, calmness, brillant accomodation, entire stay much above expectations.

it definitely should be 5 not 4 stars hotels and I should be able to give 11 of 10 points

Pool was nice

Sub par customer service: Reception didn’t make bookings they promised and were incapable Very annoying restaurant policy with limited food menu, can’t eat certain times/places Pool surroundings not cleaned properly, whole day had lots of bird droppings.

very nice staff. Free Shuttle.

Wifi in room doesn’t work. it disconnect all the time. TV didn’t work. No boiler in room so no tea/coffee. At the pool, only 14 umbrella for all hotel. Not enough sun bed. expensive 187€, breakfast very average.

Most incredible.

From the moment we arrived, till the moment we left, de staff treated us like royals. Everybody was super friendly. Eventhough we don’t speak Italian, they all tried to communicate with us. The room was super clean, everyday! The food was delicous! The breakfast was really super. The pool was so so beautifull. They will defenitly see us again.

The pool area is large and has nice accommodations. The staff was lovely and unprompted gave us an upgrade due to our recent engagement. The overall environment is very unique and beautiful. We'll be back!
