We were in Rome for a short 2 nights and this property met all our needs. Very convenient to train station (15 min walk) and the coliseum. Plenty of places to eat near by as well. The apartment is a bit on the older side of things, but everything was clean and in working order. My kids loved it. No negatives!

We only had two days in Rome and this place was wonderful. Close to everything! Anna was great and even arranged a vehicle for us to take from airport. We would highly recommend when staying in Rome!

This apartment is brilliant. Close to the coleseum and many amenities (grocers, restaurants and subway). Very spacious for our group of 5. The AC was welcomed. Our hosts were outstanding. Very prompt with communications and also quite accommodating. They also arranged our airport transfer at a very reasonable price. Perfect place to explore Rome.

This is a lovely apartment! With three teenagers along, the bedrooms and second bathroom were perfect for our group. The apartment is located right around the corner from the grocery store and a small market so it was also easy to get the items we needed for breakfast and snacks. The Metro was less than 10 minutes’ walk away which made seeing all of the sites simple.

The Monti apartment met all of our needs for a family of 7 (grandparents, parents and 3 children (10-16). The fact that it is just minutes walk from the Colosseum was perfect.

I absolutely enjoyed staying in this location. Out of the noise but close enough to walk to most areas. The apartment is beautiful, the rooms are very spacious. The pictures represent what you are booking. The communication with the owners was incredible and they were very helpful with all aspects of our stay. The check in was fast and easy! I would certainly book again.

As advertised, this property is a wonderful location. It is a short walk down the block to a walkway thru a park that leads straight to the Colosseum. And the other direction is Via Maruala, a boulevard with multiple stores and restaurants. Public bus stops and Metro stops are not far away. The apartment has 3 roomy bedrooms, sleeping 2, 3, and 4, and 2 full baths. In addition there is a kitchen with seating for up to 8 people. The street is not fantastic, but not horrible either. However, parking a car would be a real challenge. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and enjoyed this place tremendously for our 5-night stay.

This accommodation was great for two families with two bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Our host Paola was very welcoming and helpful. The location is also good with the Colosseo just 10 mins walk away. Also plenty of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Great location and space! We were a group of 8 people and it was such a big space for us. The location was amazing, super close to a supermarket, restaurants and tourist sites. The owner was super helpful and always responsive to messages. The lift wasn’t working properly when we were there, so that wasn’t the greatest with all the luggage but we made it work. We felt super safe in property, and the beds were comfy. Would stay here again!

The flat was even bigger than we were expecting, and so nice for our family to be able to take a breather in the afternoons on very hot Roman summer days! (the AC works well). The hosts were lovely and helpful, and the location was truly perfect: so close to the Coliseum and we found a favorite neighborhood spot for coffee and lunch. The kitchen is not highly stocked for those wanting to do any serious cooking, but we were able to get by. Otherwise, we absolutely loved it!

Lovely old building with a balcony. There is no common area as all the rooms are used as bedrooms. The kitchen is very small but fine if you're not cooking dinners. The place was clean but the floors were dirty as I wiped up a water spill and the paper towels came up black. Location is near the Colesseum and some great restaurants but quite a walk to other tourist areas. Overall a good experience.

The apartment was very clean, in a great location. The check in process was easy and very handy. They were only a call away if needed for anything else. They provided a map and suggestions, which were very handy. The walk to the coliseum was about 5 minutes. Each morning one of our 9 would walk to the pastry shop for breakfast. We had 9 adults and had no trouble finding a little space for ourselves. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and more than sufficient. As we are unaccustomed to the heat of Italy we were concerned about the ac, but the rooms cooled off quickly and we slept like a charm. The two bathrooms were clean and handy for our group size. I would highly recommend!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was great; on a quiet street but close enough to attractions. The showers have plenty of hot water and good water pressure. New pillows for the beds would be nice.

This property is less than 10 min walk from the Colosseum and within 30 minutes walk of most main attractions. It is also close to bus and metro stops, Roma Termini and several grocery stores. It is in a residential neighbourhood so a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas. We had regular contact with the property owners and they were very responsive. They arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport and had someone meet us at the apartment when we arrived to show us around and she provided helpful tips and suggestions. The apartment is large - lots of room for 6 of us. It was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

This was our first stop for our 12 day Italy/ France trip and we could not have been happier! We stayed here for 2 nights, but didn’t want to leave it was so nice! The apartment is at a very convenient location. Very close to the Colosseum and a metro stop. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere! The apartment was very big! More than enough room for 5 of us. If we ever go back to Rome (fingers crossed we do) I will definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our 2 day stay. The hosts were so accommodating and helpful! They were prompt in answering all questions/emails and very charming upon our arrival. If I ever make it back to Rome, I will definitely stay there again!
