Wanted a location near magic kingdom

Location was great

The hot water for showers takes about 10-15 minutes to warm up. The food menu at the bar was not that good. The towels are very cheap. The cleaning service is horrible

My stay was uncomfortable but we made the best of it

Location, Breakfast, The water area outside and bar

The toilet and bath tub was not in working condition in my suite. They did send somebody up to plunge the toilet a few times but most of the time we had to share the toilet in my sister’s room. The worst part was how the manager Sarah spoke to me and said I lied abt the conditions of my room (which I took pics of) Hilton corporate office however was very friendly and apologetic and made sure they spoke to me as if I was the person in the messed up situation and not them. I’m love Hilton 🩷

For the money I spent it was not worth it

The food was excellent for breakfast only

The AC in the room date on the whole time it would not go off. You cut it off and it'll still be cold in the room. The showerwe get water all over the I almost failed getting out the shower The Ironing bored was so small. I couldn't even iro my clothes. I had to Iron them on the bed.

Always a great stay we'll be back again

Great place to stay!! Breakfast is always good and HoT!!

Only thing that I wish is that they weren't doing painting or spraying that they were doing it had an awful smell and I had to stay in my room for most of the day that day Side note next time let people know that they can ask for certain items for breakfast I love bacon and was so upbut that I found out the last day that I just could have had plates and plates of it from the omelet guy. Lol

The pool was spacious. Check in was easy.

The areas surrounding pool were rarely cleaned. Trash was accumulated every, the bins were full and not emptied. The men's restroom nearest to pool appeared to never be cleaned, smelled like urine and water was on floor. This actually led to a slip accident in which one of my guests was drenched in urine and water. We were in pool for over 8 hours and not once the restroom was cleaned and no sign of any kind demonstrating slip. Management was aware of faulty restroom and it wasn't until the accident happened that a sign was placed.

Nice and good looking

Pool and movie night at the pool. Room was spacious

Breakfast wasn’t nice, reception people were not friendly at all, they didn’t even smile. They have eus a room next to the renovation spot and that we as annoying in the morning.

Very good

The staff was very nice, the lobby was clean and smelled great.

You have to pay for parking at a hotel you’re already paying to stay at. The bathroom door didn’t close, the A/C didn’t get very cold, the furniture has stains and rips, the pool was hot, the breakfast set up was all over the place.

Excellent place to stay

Breakfast was excellent!!!! The hotel is located close to parks and many restaurants. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious.

Superb

Love the fun activities for the kids. Evening reception every night was wonderful with music of all types. Location is great and shuttle service to parks

Only thing was our room key card would get disabled. Also, the shuttle not returning back from Magic Kingdom you would have to go to another park by bus then back to hotel.

Not what i was expecting

Breakfast could have been better it was the same food every day and the one thing we liked they only had on the weekend. We also could not get channel 10 which was the superbowl in our room!!! We called front desk they said maintenance would be right there and no one came. Resort fee i would understand if it was a resort that came with resort amenities but it didn’t. So that fee was ridiculous as was the parking fee!!!!

Our stay and trip to Magic Kingdom were excellent. The shuttle to the park and driver were AWESOME! He was very informed

The location and staff were excellent, very courteous and accommodating! The breakfast was amazing especially the Mickey Mouse waffles!

Great location and amenities

Good location. very nice breakfast. pool ideal for children and adults. Close to parks and outlet mall.

Sometimes it’s hard to find a seat in the breakfast area as it gets very crowded

Room space, good breakfast.

One elevator was broken and the wait tine was longer. They didn't clean the rooms every day. Had to call maintenance 3 times to clean the shower drain. Pillows. The AC was not cooling well and need refurbishment

Hotel was pretty with great breakfast but room was dirty and low quality and staff wasn’t attentive.

The breakfast was made very well and the room was relatively spacious. The gym was also great and usually pretty empty and quiet. The pool was also big and the hotel in general was modern and pretty.

The room itself wasn’t very clean, particularly the bathroom and we even found pepperonis on the couch from the previous people who had stayed in the room. Not to mention the fact that we had to switch rooms because the original room we received was not what we had booked. We also had to report the shower not draining properly and the dirtiness of the bathroom TWICE before something was finally done and we weren’t able to shower properly for almost 2 days as a result.

Charged for things we didn't want or use. Charged gor parking. None of tge extra charges were clear at time of booking. I will make sure I look at every word before signing anything again
