Conveniently located right off the highway, with lots of restaurants to choose from. The hotel was clean. Staff was great.
We had a king size bed, and wish that they had king sized pillows.

I loved the comfortable beds and the lady day hotel manager. She was very sweet.
There were dirty spots on our pillows wasn’t totally sure if the beds were clean. There was a crack in our ceiling. The pool was broken and our kids couldn’t swim, but the rude night shift manager made our kids get out, but we saw other people in the pool. They still charged us full price with no discount or refund considering all amenities weren’t properly working.

N/A - my stay was so horrible I spent the minimal amount of time there as needed, just to sleep.
Everything!
The staff was rude, I had to ask for fresh towels daily at the front desk & it appeared to be frustrating to them. The water wasn’t hot, the beds weren’t comfortable, my room charges were messed up & it took weeks to fight it once I finally returned home. My room was dirty. It was an overall poor experience, I’m telling everyone I know to never stay there.

Very comfortable bed
At time of booking (months in advance), I had requested an ADA room on 1st or 2nd floor. At check-in, was told they put me on 5th floor because 1st floor had no hot water.
So I chose to stay in room on 1st floor without hot water, because it's risky to be on a higher floor without ability to walk down stairs in event elevator cannot be used.
I meant to request a partial refund, but did not because I checked out in a big hurry due to being notified my house 400 miles.away was severely damaged by a water pipe leak in attic on Christmas eve.
Do you people think a handicapped person could walk down 5 flights of stairs in event of fire or power outage? Why do you even have rooms for handicapped on upper floors?
Also the breakfast had mainly high-carb foods, no eggs. On request was told "we're out of eggs." Hmmm, too bad management didn't go across the street to Publix and buy a few dozen eggs. One of my reasons for choosing Hampton is because the breakfast is good. But this time -- nor good.

The eggs/omelette contained ham, but for vegetarians a non meat option would be great!
My card key would not work. Everything is was great. Plenty of towels. Friendly staff.

Staff was nice room was okay
Bath Towels were dirty, water pressure in shower was horrible water was cold and barely coming out I asked for extra pillows to be in room upon check in and it wasn't

Breakfast was decent.
The bedding was not clean and the water in the shower was cold. Had to take a cold shower.

The breakfast was fine. The only thing I did not like was that the staff did not wipe down the tables after
they were used. You had to find a table that was not dirty from the people that used it before you.
The U S Flag was in bad shape, tattered and very faded. It definitely needs to be replaced. The hot water did not work
all of the time.

7.0
it was in a very nice location considering what we were there for
the elevator was broken, we used one elevator the majority of the stay, no towels when we needed more, extra charges were added upon checkout that were not communicated prior to check in, there was blood in the bathroom on counter and mirror, the floor had dirty spots on carpet, water wasn’t really hot and there was one waste basket in the room.

Beds are comfortable, convenient and close to UNF
No longer offers housekeeping during your stay-no service to make beds or bring clean towels or empty your garbage
9.0
Very close to UNF which was the reason for our visit.
Breakfast was amazing- so nice to have it back to pre- Covid conditions, yet with new safety protocols.
