Originally I booked two nights and I did call the hotel to cancel the second night before 48 hours, but the front desk told me there was no cancellation record when I arrived, and I had no other choice, but stayed for two nights. Their attitude was pretty bad. I am not going to stay there next time for sure.

welli would seem that the Hotel owners, had strict rules for front desk staff. One of the staffers was from Jamaica. I met her at the front desk. And we talked about her journey to america. Well the next day i saw her in the hall, when she was off the clock. But the poor girl was scared to death to tak to me. Infact, when we were both down stairs for breakfst, i believe she was trying to whisper to me, that she was not allowed to tralk to guest when she was off duty. So i am hoping that the employees are not under some sort of indenured servitude, working without salray but to work for a place to live and eat meals. I have seen this type of thing in resorts and hotels. I am sure the hotel was owned by indians from india. .. I pray they aer not exploiting these ladies from Jamaca. Have a nice day.

Just the location alone i appreciated, not to much more than that

Well for starters, when I arrived at the property....I was late due to my flight being delayed, and upon checking in my reservation was deleted as stated my the checkin person because he wasn't sure if I was coming or not so my reservation was deleted. Then the next morning I was I was comin back into the the lobby with some food from the neighboring restaurant, I ask the counter person if there was a vending machine, He told me "No" and to go across the street to another hotel to use their vending machine to get a soda. I found that absolutely ridiculous! I believe it was because I am a black man, he then asked if I was a guest, I said yes, he then says "oh there is a vending machine right there" .....I inquired about the start and finish times of breakfast and i just didn't feel like an appreciated guest, I felt like because I'm black I had to verify my identity and guest status just for simple inquiries. I stay plenty hotels in the Austin area, and I just did not feel comfortable at all.

The staff was amazing they were all nice and had a big smile. Loved it!

The smell. The whole place smells like a damp old carpet.

Terrible! Terrible!

I booked this based on the reviews for 2 days. Once my family arrived, they immediately left and booked elsewhere. Don't waste your money there!! Horrible place for the family!! Couldn't rate it a 0 since it wasn't an option!!

Free breakfast is quite good with variety of food.
