Our family of five loved this wonderful apartment! The location is perfect for walking to most all sites in Rome. Right on the Via dei Coronari, one of the most beautiful streets in Rome. Wonderful restaurants and convenient supermarkets nearby as well. Apartment was very comfortable - big beds, excellent A/C, nice kitchen and three full bathrooms that were perfect for our family of five. Check in was a breeze, and very accommodating to allow us to drop our bags at apartment in the morning while cleaning was being completed. The elevator is modern and works great. We felt very safe in the apartment and the neighborhood. Flaminia was extremely helpful to book transportation for us from and to the airport and to /from Termini station for our day trip to Pompeii. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Flaminia for a most wonderful stay!

Where to begin? Our host arranged for private travel from airport to the apartment. The apartment was not as advertised. IT WAS BETTER!!!!!!!! Huge apartment in the heart of Rome. Super clean. Big bedrooms and living area. Nice kitchen. Washer/dryer combo. You cannot beat this location. In the “alley”behind were mini-markets, gelatarias, shopping and fabulous restaurants. There are a million restaurants within 10 minute walking distance. 15 minute walk to the Vatican. Maybe a little longer to the Pantheon. We took an Uber to Colosseum but decided to walk back and explore the area on foot. I managed to lock my passport in the safe and needed it for next morning. Our host had someone there bright and early the next morning to fix the problem. We cannot say enough good things about the apartment and the host. There were six of us and if we stayed three nights in a decent hotel, three rooms would cost much more than what we paid for this wonderful apartment. Highly recommend.

We were not familiar with the layout of Rome and loved the location of this property. Superb access to all key sites, easy walking or scootering! The apartment is quite large, nice and quiet, the A/C was very good, kitchen and dining room were huge. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Apartment is beautiful, modern, spacious and in great location! Description and pictures don't do it justice. You don't find apartments this size in City Centers! Was perfect for 6 adults, we just wished we had a few more days in Rome to enjoy it and the city! Note to American travelers...the beds are all King-sized beds, 1 that can be split into twins, all were super comfortable! Host was great! Highly recommended this place!

Perfect location...5 minute walk to Piazza Navona...2 minute walk to the Tiber River... if you're staying in the summer, there's ice cold AC in the apartment... very spacious! Walk out of the apartment onto a traditional midevil Roman street... only thing you need to know is if you're renting a car, you can't drive to the apartment... you will have to put the car in a parking garage and it's a 10-15 minute walk... there's a spot two blocks away from the apartment where you can drop bags off only if you have people with you that can stay and watch them while you park at the garage and walk back.

We were very pleased with our stay. We are a family of 4 with older teenage kids. For a property this size in Rome with AC and location, it was perfect. Easy walking distance to all the Rome sites you would want to visit. Via dei Coronari Was ranked as one of the most beautiful streets in the world and you step right onto it from the apartment. Can’t say enough about how great the stay was from booking the trip, to communication until check out. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is perfection! The neighborhood is the best in Rome for visitors. The decor of the home is so sophisticated and charming. It’s a huge apartment. Our family of four had so much space. We have never experienced this space in Europe before. This would also be an excellent option for three couples. I would highly recommend this apartment. They were also very helpful with most of our Rome transfer services to and from airport and train station, etc. BOOK THIS HOUSE! 🇮🇹❤️

We traveled to various destinations throughout Italy. As a family of 5 and first time users of VRBO, we were unsure of what to expect at each property. Our Rome stay was the best, Hands down as voted but everyone in our family. Our kids for “lost” walking through the apartment and we all had the best night’s sleep while there. The location was amazing and we could Not have been happier with this place…we would not think twice about staying here again. Thank you also, for the nice touches like water and having the a/c on once we arrived in 90 degree temps.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was clean, nice layout, very comfortable and the location was great. It was so close to many sights as well as just shopping and restaurants. There was so much room to spread out and relax, the air conditioning was great as well as the elevator. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This apartment was just as the pictures showed. Actually, better! It was clean, spacious, quiet and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We were in Italy for 2 weeks. This was our last apartment to stay in, and the best. I would definitely stay here again.

I was very happy with this property and would highly recommend it to others! The Property Manager (Torre) was a joy to work with and helped set up transport from the train station to the property as well as airport pickup on the day we went home. The private drivers made it easy to locate the property and self check-in was seamless with easy door codes to enter the property. I have never had a check-in that easy and would book this property again just based on that experience. Location was incredible - 2 min walk to Castel Sant’Angelo and walking distance to Vatican City, Pantheon, and other great sites. Hop On Hop Off bus stops right around the corner. Great restaurants and shopping near the property. If you take the exit on the right from the elevator, you will be on the main strip of shopping and food. In terms of noise, I will say the room closest to the store fronts can get noisy at night if you leave the windows open. When closed it was perfectly fine and did not disturb our sleep. The other two rooms facing the school were much quieter and did not have issues the noise. The amenities were brand new, clean, and felt more like a hotel than an apartment rental - my family and I were very impressed. Highly recommend you book this property if you are looking for a great city / tourist experience of Rome. Thank you! Ciao.

We highly recommend this apartment. First of all it is absolutely spotless, so clean! There are lovely views from each room. Lots of great windows to hear the sounds of Italy. The location is perfect! Lots of restaurants, shopping and close to many of the places you will likely visits. Really nice place, highly recommend!

This apartment is amazing - big very comfy bedrooms and beds, each with either an ensuite or adjoining private bathroom. Excellently stocked kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Fabulous large dining room and separate lounge. Excellent location - close to restaurants and walk to all major attractions. Flaminia is an excellent host with great information and organised our transport to and from airport. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable

This apartment was large, easily able to accommodate 6 people (5 adults, 1 toddler), in a great location that was in walking distance of all key attractions. The host was responsive, quickly answered all of our questions and helped us book transport.

We were 3 couples with extensive travel experience. This was a great find in an excellent location. It was roomy, well equipped and everything we would have hoped for in a Rome apartment. The price was a bit more than we typically pay but worth every Euro.

The large, well organized and nicely decorated apartment is located in an old building well renovated, including the presence of an elevator, a feature not frequently found in Rome buildings. It is located on a quiet street in the center of Rome. The interaction with the management (owners?) was very efficient before arrival and during our stay. A very pleasant experience.

Property was nice and big and had amazing AC, and quite frankly b/c of the extreme heat in Rome the AC was a welcome to us at the end of a very hot and dusty day. Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, big and allowed for us to have our own space. Definitely recommend the property.

Loved our stay. The management company kept an open dialogue even before we came. I had lots of questions, they took their time to answer my questions and helped me making the arrangements. The house was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were nice and having the AC units in each room really helped. Only thing is that they also provide one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, so be prepared to purchase your own. We loved our stay there and would come back again!

My family of five had the very best time staying in this villa! Location was incredible, walk to everything including restaurants, shops, spa and major landmarks such as Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Fiume Fountain and Vatican City. Villa was very well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed! Host was incredibly helpful! We will be back!

We were just in Rome for a couple of VERY hot days. The staff was great about letting us drop bags early and the apartment was spotless and lovely and spacious for our family of 5. Air conditioning was super welcome since it was over 100 degrees both days. We spent our afternoon siesta nice and cool.
