This gem on the Riverwalk is a true treasure. The building was originally a saddle shop, and the lobby tastefully provides a tribute to its history. And now it’s a wonderful boutique hotel in a vibrant city! The rooms are exquisite getaways, each with a spacious bathroom that includes a shower and a tub with jets. I really appreciate the fruit delivery in the evenings and the spa. The hotel is located on a quiet street but right above the Riverwalk and close to everything.
The 4 pm check-in time and 11 am check-out time can make a short stay seem even shorter.

The staff treated us with the utmost respect. I was staying for my birthday weekend, and they sent me a beautiful dessert to my room. The location is perfect, and the spa services were so relaxing. I can't wait to stay again!
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

My husband and I are very upset the fact that the staff went in our room when we weren’t there and took the utensils and my husband weedingw ring and they have the audacity to deny it all and say their staff never went to our room .. not to happy very disappointed ☹️!!

I stayed alone for a week. I was often tired when I arrived at the hotel after a full day of visits with friends and museums. On arrival, I was greeted warmly and asked with great courtesy if there was something I needed. The staff knew me by name and got to know my particular needs. At breakfast, they brought me a flower and paper. I felt catered to at all times.
A few more vegetarian options on the menu would have been great.

Room was nice, decor was nice, staff (when available) were great.
Hotel understaffed. Were not ready for me or many others to check in at designated time. No one answered for room service or valet on multiple calls at different times of day. Shower door was poorly installed, screeched loudly when being opened or closed and leaked water all over the room.
Maids never came by and provided fresh towels when we use all of ours to deal with the leaky shower door.
Way overpriced for the experience, this is a 150 a night hotel at xmas at best given the lack of staff to provide basic hotel services.

Wonderful staff, excellent rooms and facilities. The associated restaurant was very nice with good food and service. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. View we requested was delivered and additional services we requested were delivered perfectly.
The area near the riverwalk is wonderful, but it does come with just a bit of unwelcomed flavor at times (rude and/or loud individuals disrupting the quiet, good times for all). However, this is very rare. Overall, the atmosphere is charming.

luxury and customer service was second to none
had a brick wall view. I understand that’s the luck of the draw just the only thing that could’ve been better, everything was superb!

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful there. All smiles, kind, and very informative. I was really blown away as was my wife. We were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary and it was very special. The hotel is beautiful!
Parking is narrow and it was raining and there was construction downtown SA. So it was a little harrowing to find the place in the rain. The Concierge and front desk were very nice and fixed us each a drink so it got better quickly!

Everything. The facility, the STAFF, and location were outstanding, beyond expectations.
I want to say that LINDA from housekeeping is AMAZING. SHANNON at concierge was so helpful, kind AND DAN at the front was on point!
