STAY AWAY FROM ROOM 224!!!! First of all I usually don't write bad reviews because I give a place the benefit of doubt first like in life there are two sides to a story but this isn't a two sided story! After traveling for 6 hours one way for a funeral we get to the hotel and check the beds in our 2 rooms like anyone does, everything is clear so we go on about our day. We go to bed and the next morning my mother tells us her room has bed bugs and she has been up all night. She went down to the front desk at 1:30 AM and the night staff asked her if she wanted to change the linens or check out? Check out at 1:30 in the morning while it's snowing outside? Like really okay my mom says no and stays out of the room and we wait for the manager in the morning and we explain to her that the bugs are in the head board not the bed and the manager says they will take care of both rooms so we go back upstairs to my room with no bugs with trash bags to ensure no travelling bugs come home and change and we go downstairs to check out and leave to go to the funeral and the manager can't refund my room because it's through booking.com and we didn't pay them directly.... The manager says she will take care of the booking through the website so we leave and about a week later I call the hotel and she tells me I need to call booking.com so I call them long story short I'm now not getting my money back because the one room only had bed bugs not both even though she said she would refund both room?

The bed was sssooo comfortable! Ease of checking in and out. Rooms were very clean

We made it around 11:30 pm and were given a handicap room. And found out booking.com booked us for that room. But the next morning, front desk made it right for us. I wish I could remember the young lady name that fixed the issue that morning because she went above and beyond for us. She moved us from room 107 to room 105. She was GREAT!!!

Better staff me and my family were there to celebrate my nephew 7 th birthday he was born in defiance my sister got her bachelors degree in defiance and my brother in law they left Texas to go back to defiance cause my sister husband had gotten a better job offer so me already living in Ohio was missing my baby sister and was happy they moved back to Ohio so we got some rooms to celebrate my nephew who does not be around kids or have family out there and we were racially profiled by the staff and they stopped are card keys from working wifi kept cutting off they told us we can come down to the eating area until 10 then when shift change the big girl at the front desk kept picking and said we had to end it at 9 so we did and we cleaned up like it was supposed to be Then these white construction guys said there's no quite we come here all the time and our jobs pay good money for us to stay here they were trying to invite us back down to drink with them in the same spot they kicked us out of but there was one lady I loved can't remember her name but she wore glasses she was sweet

Very nice and comfortable room. I’m happy to say that the property was very nice and conveniently located near other businesses within walking distance. Seems like a fairly safe area.

Elevator didn’t work during the night, not sure why and had to use stairs. Glad I’m not disabled. The ice machine downstairs makes a loud buzzing sound that could be heard in our bathroom on the 2nd floor. No scrambled eggs or white milk at breakfast. The guy who checked us in made no mention of breakfast and was not very helpful.

Staff was very polite , pool and room was very clean. We will go back
