Horrible

My daughter and granddaughter attended a concert at the MGM, my husband and I went along, the cost if the rooms were tripled due to several events happening in Vegas that weekend. MGM should be ashamed of themselves but then again all the hotels did the same thing. I will NEVER stay at the MGM again.

I’ve stayed at better Motel 6 rooms.

Nothing.

Dirty. Old. The room I was given was under plumbing repair. Smelled musty. Plaster board cut out to expose pipes. I got another room. I asked for a better room for the inconvenience. No response. No apology for the problem. Got a room on the first floor. View of the air conditioner unit. Old. Dank. Dark. Paid $1400.00 for two nights.

Great place but disorganized staff

The pool was amazing, and our room was comfortable.

The front desk said we could check in early but that they didn’t have a room ready yet and we would get a text. We payed for the early check in and never got a text meanwhile others had gotten their keys we kept checking and they said wait on a text. When we finally check again they said our room had been ready at 10am and it was 1:30. Never got that text. Also hated the blood stain looking carpet.

Great hotel and amenities. Gross staff experience.

Lots of amenities on property

Gross staff handling and refusal to apologise and try to blame others for their mistakes. Checked us out a day early so at 3pm we couldn't get into our room. Wanted to charge $1300+taxes and resort fee for an extra night but 'kindly' let us up to the room to get our things but still couldn't get in. Would be much less angry with a simple apology and told them so only to be told 'I did apologise' after saying no you haven't a single time. Asked to complain and she said you are literally complaining to me what do you want. Disgusting way to end the experience.

The room in Studio Tower. The size and the sound isolation wasn’t good, it was like a motel room in general.

Den Lärm der Flugzeuge konnte man gut hören.... Wer aber gerne Flugzeuge beobachtet, der ist hier durchaus richtig... Zumindest hatten wir einen Blick auf den Flughafen.

I loved my stay at the MGM grand for my conference. It’s a huge hotel, and biggest hotel I ever stayed at being my first

On strip, and very walkable to everything. Bridge connects to New York New York. I like how a car rental service is on premise, and how close it is to the airport.

Hair found on the shower dispensers day 1 and day 2 until called to have it cleaned.

Underwhelming stay, glad for the monorail

The pool was nice and fast options for food

No water one night and cold water other nights. Didn't get our room cleaned once. Basically no drink service at tables or machines. Prices for drinks too expensive.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Las Vegas

Zentral im südlichen Bereich des Strip gelegen, man kann diesen gut zu Fuß erkunden.

Für wirklich jedes extra wird extra berechnet, aber das ist in Las Vegas in jedem Hotel so. Essen ist in anderen Hotels deutlich günstiger.

Excellent location, David Copperfield was astounding. Room was overpriced, hidden fees everywhere.

Check in/out went smoothly, staff was very helpful. One gentleman came noticed us looking at the map of the facilities and came up and helped us find our way around. Very nice sports book and shows.

Layout is a rat's maze, and I got lost several times trying to find elevator to my room. Mostly non-smoking, but it is still allowed on the casino floor, which is annoying.

Disappointing

Went here with a group of 8. Booked 3 rooms: 2 x Executive Queen and a Studio King. The Studio King was not as it was implied in the description and the "extra large" double bed is actually just a double bed which made it an uncomfortable stay for 2 of us. We raised the issue with customer service who told us to reach out to booking.com who then took 2 days to respond. By this time we were half way through our stay and this issue still hasn't been resolved

Perfectly average, clean but nothing special. Served its purpose for a weekend in Vegas

The room was perfectly “fine” and served its purpose for us (somewhere to lay our heads, clean). The hotel is a good location on the strip and it’s very easy to get taxis from the hotel. I liked that they asked for proof that you were staying in the hotel in the evening time (I was asked to show my key card). The hotel felt safe.

It was perfectly average. I visited the hotel 10 years ago and nothing has changed since - it’s outdated and worn out (but still clean). The rooms smell of smoke.

Shady business practices and needed to be cleaner, but the room is nice.

I love that there were wood/vinyl floors in the room - not just carpet. Also, Hakkasan was wonderful.

There was a hidden $45 resort fee that was added after my initial payment. If this is automatically included, why wait until later to tack it on? You have to download a complicated app to check in online that tells you it’s going to sell your data. That’s pretty outrageous. Also, there was someone else’s hair in my shower. The room was cleaned too hastily.

Very enjoyable

The hotel common spaces and room were well kept and clean. The complex had many restruants and entertainment venues.

The cigarette smoke from the casino eventually crept up to the hotel hallways

It was great glad I only stud one night there !

I didn’t eat at the MGM but it was very nice .

We didn’t have a coffee pot in our room and didn’t notice til the morning it was a very far walk to get anywhere and the elevator entrance was closed and confusing to get in the right place .

Wonderful Facility with a Great Location

The room was spacious, the facility was decorated very tastefully, bathroom was large, and the location was great and on the first stop of the metro.

There was no coffee service in the room. In addition, you are prohibited from storing anything personal in the room refrigerator. Seems like a cheesy way to make more money at their on-site Starbucks.

Would have definitely payed the 30 dollar upgrade for a normal room in the actual hotel…the base price rooms are in a far off wing that feels like you’re going to a dark basement. Lame to say the least

The location

Fridge sounded like a truck, they said they would fix or replace it, they didn't. The TV system also whined at a high pitch, they didn't say anything checking in. Really bad light pollution. If your room is anywhere near the elevator good luck sleeping. Still waiting for the invoice 4 days after checking out. Stay the hell away from this garbage hotel.

Easy to get an Uber

Check in took forever , they gave me 4 different type of keys 4!!! And not any of them worked for the elevator and me being in north tower to the lobby was a long walk back and forth I got no apology no upgrade no anything just had me late and sweating , checking in my name was apparently not even on the reservation when I clearly showed them my id and proper information that took an extra 45 min to get cleared I had a 10 hour flight and arrived late and to a whole mess with no apologies or answers
