The hotel was clean outside and in. Guest services upon check-in were prompt and friendly. My room was very nice.
Entry from service road was bad. The room didn't have any washcloths, cube for clock, and charging outlets were slow. Wasn't informed prior to that there was a limited breakfast.

It was a good location for relatively easy access to downtown Austin.
The property is in desperate need of renovation. Bathroom was outdated and metal was rusting. Any property that still uses carpet instead of laminate wood flooring is gross to me.

The restroom was clean, the shower felt really good, and a very spacious bathroom.

I didn’t like the place. It was outdated and not very clean
The air condition on the room was very loud. The bathroom was outdated and the ceiling had sign of leaking. The pressure of the shower head was very week and water started to leak. The view from the window was overlooking a a rusty Airconditioning system. The breakfast took a long time to serve and the table wasn’t clean. The swimming pool was old and there wasn’t any nice or clean chairs to relax on. The pictures online were very deceiving. Everything looked nicer in pictures!! Also when I booked I thought that the rate is $109 for the three night. I was surprised to find out that this rate was for the first day which was on Sunday, July 16th and it was $119 on Monday and Tuesday.

The front desk check in woman was extremely rude. When I asked about the swimming pool being cleaned, the swimming pool was disgusting. There was slime all over the top, and it was full of trash trash bags, chip bags, literal trash period I asked multiple times over 2 days if they were going to clean it. Because it was a 109° in Texas and the children wanted to swim. She blew me off every time and said. I'll try to talk to someone about that. Or oh, yeah, I'll ask maintenance about that. And then turned away from me and went back to her conversation with someone else. On the second day, a different check in girl later in the day. I asked her about the pool and she got someone to clean it right away. The bedroom had terrible ants. They were coming up after the night. Stand beside the bed, and my daughter was standing there. Killing them one after another. We had to get bug spray and spray inside it underneath it. And all around it, the bathroom shower leaped horribly continuously. You could hear It running all night. And the knobs were falling off. When you tried to turn the shower on the bed seemed to be kind of broken because if you moved, it was extremely wobbly and creaky.

Loved that all my family was able to get rooms close together. Made it easier especially since my kids stayed with different family members at night.
Nothing really. Everything was perfect for us. Some construction going on. And at one point had one close to my window but I just closed the curtains.

An older property that’s been updated a little bit but has those old school individual a/c units in each room. Good sized room and convenient location
Noisy individual a/c unit in the room, if you are light sleeper, you will not have a restful sleep

Location was good.
Broken exercise equipment. Had to return to the front desk 3 times before staff gave me a working key. So hot in hallways. Due to work being done on the building, had to listen to construction noise all day, incl early morning.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the coffee strong.
