View and room was nice
Pool was closed and there was no information on booking.com or on the Marriott website that informed that information. Also there were no eggless options for the breakfast.

Nothing-had wrong date on calendar so I was a no show. Of course they did not try to contact or reach me or even send oit a reminder. Were happy to bill me for no cost to them.
Was hoping to check it out and stay there on regular Asheville visits; have no idea about facility. Sometimes greed rules all.

Good location. Good bed.
TV did not work. Phone message light would not stop blinking despite no messages. Breakfast buffet was sub-par.

Overall the property was nice, just maybe a little dated.
I assumed that breakfast was included with the stay, but it was not.

Older hotel, but it's a great location. Staff are mostly very friendly. Generally, I have no complaints with stay, and I have stayed there many times.
Restaurant is consistently horrible. We don't eat there anymore, even if breakfast comes with room at no additional costs. With a hotel of this size, one would think there would be more of an effort to improve this.

Property was outdated. Our room was described as a corner window room, but was an ordinary room.
Lacked amenities- not even a welcome cookie or breakfast.

Hotel and amenities really good. Check in not good. Employee greeting us not helpful or friendly. Used valet parking but he offered no help with luggage. Absolutely no help. Just stood and stared at us.

We loved the large comfortable room and the in house bar. The location was also great.

We found the location to be very supportive in what we wanted to do.
WE didn't like the price of breakfast for the quality of it. Also the cost of the parking wasn't effective.

Beautiful hotel, great bar service, and great location.
I was a little annoyed spending $22 on parking after paying to stay in the hotel- however, it may be out of hotel’s control living in a larger city like Asheville.

It was very nice.
It costed too much. The continental breakfast was way too expensive for what you got.

Perfect for our weekend away! Clean room and quick check in. Very friendly staff. We parked the car and walked everywhere!
nothing!

Great view from window. Very cool wall in bathroom of a picture you could only see through camera phone. Nice shower with good water pressure.
If I could've stayed longer. Need a fan or white noise for sleep. Can't think of anything else.

Such an accommodating crew! Our experience with your staff showed us why we want to retire there.

Location
Me and my daughter got stuck in elevator. I was panicking. I also couldn't get downstairs the next day due to elevators not working at all.

Good location. Comfortable room with a good view.
The check in desk had a very large screen behind the staff, that had strobe light like images flashing across it. It was uncomfortable to look at and would set off a seizure in a person with seizure disorders. The music was way too loud in the lobby.

The location was great. Pool and hot tub area was very nice.
No microwaves in rooms. Housekeeping didn’t give us clean towels or empty our trash can.
10.0
Great location, great lobby bar.
