Spent way too much money on a dirty room.

The staff was super friendly

First room had old food in the fridge. They moved me to a different room with mold growing above the shower and dead bugs in the light fixture. I was so tired I didn’t go to the desk however I did message them and did not get a reply until I was checking out

We had a very pleasant stay, the facility was clean and the staff was professional.

The room was clean and a nice size. Lighting could have been better/brighter.

The lighting in the room was too dark and that made it difficult to read.

I will give it a 2nd chance

The room was nice, very clean and quiet. There was a problem initially with the room not being ready even though I arrived later in the evening. The friendly, professional staff took care of the situation and gave me an acceptable solution which made up for any inconvenience involved.

Hotel and sign are not easily seen from street at night. I missed the entrance and had to drive around a bit before I could see where to go. My room was not ready for me when I arrived late evening. I realize things happen but tired travelers just want to rest and relax without drama. Also, the pool at the property was unavailable although they offered that guests could use the pool at the hotel nextdoor.

Location

Incorrect card was charged and to fix have to jump through hoops. Breakfast was empty if you weren’t there in the am and if there in am was very sparse. Smell musty odor in room.

I for sure would not reserve the King Suite it wasn’t worth it

The breakfast was good but could have used some fresh fruit

It said it slept 5 for the suite and it only had a pull out sofa and a king size bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable

Convenient and comfortable, good value.

Nice Bathroom with a great shower, beds were comfortable. The Breakfast was wonderful, nice selection and plenty for anyone. I also liked the free coffee at check in. My favorite part was the morning staff - Jamie! Jamie is such a pleasant and positive person to meet early in the morning and the perfect last impression when leaving this hotel.

Most of staff I met, outside of Jamie, were not very customer oriented, and in fact, a room cleaner I came across in the hallway was on the unfriendly side. We were the first at 6am for Breakfast and the carpeted floor was a mess, not just old stains, but food on floor around tables. I would have rated hotel a 10 if day staff were just a bit more interested and kind, and if the dining room floor was not messy.

Good price but not the best place to stay

The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were very nice and welcoming.

Had to use the pool in the hotel next door because theirs was closed, breakfast was not great, worker did t keep stuff stocked and was rude and on her phone through ear phones the whole time.

Good breakfast selection, but could offer more hot food options.

The bathroom wasn't clean and the tub drain was clogged. We asked the front desk, the housekeeper and texted a request to fix the clogged drain with no response or action.

Overall the place worked perfect for our one night stay.

It was convenient to the HighMark Stadium, The beds were comfortable.

The property was a little old, bathroom was in need of some repair, needs repainted, wall was chipped up, we had a dirty washcloth still sitting on the tub when we arrived.

Check in was very slow. We had to wait about 1 hour after 3:00 for a room. I know you were busy but; You may need more staff. Breakfast was very minimum compared to our stays prior. The hotel needs a bir of a renovation to bring it up to better standards.. I was disappointed that there was NO Hot Tub.

Good for layover between driving days. Convenient on/off, restaurants nearby, very clean.

Comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was the usual “help yourself” and was well stocked. Quieter than most being next to the highway. Slept well!

Quick turnaround trip to catch a hockey game. Room was ok (besides the pillows).

The pillows on the bed. They were extremely uncomfortable. They were like pillows you'd use on a couch. They were way too small and lacked any firmness. I was told the pool and hot tub were closed and it seems like every time I stay here, the pool and spa are closed. The price should be lower without having the pool and spa available. They should also make customers aware that the pool area is closed on the website. The website said available amenities, "Pool and Spa".

Good place to stay close to I-90 near Buffalo.

The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and the location was very convenient to I-90. The staffperson gave us a great restaurant recommendation at The Ridge, which was like two minutes away.

The pool wasn't working but they allowed us to use the pool across the parking lot at a different hotel. The room did smell like someone had smoked in there at one time but it could have been awhile ago.
