it was good

the Inn was nice staff was friendly. The honeymoon suite was very nice and clean. The bathroom was luxurious!

The honeymoon suite was in the attic so the ceiling was quite low and gave a bit of claustrophobia for me.

Relaxing spa atmosphere near downtown sacramento

Each of the rooms has a different decor. The attic room with fireplace and whirlpool tub with stained glass was a magical place to stay. The staff and owners are attentive and friendly - the wine soirée at happy hour was a fun chance to meet other guests and socialize.

Overall, loved the room

Location was great. Room was very nice, quiet, and romantic.

I was not sure how to access the spa services, I didn’t know meals were an option.

The room was spacious and comfortable, very clean.

Some of the faucets, mirror etc were loose.

It was a lovely getaway, once in the room you sort of forget where you are.

The room was clean and quaint and the staff was very helpful and kind.

There was no breakfast which was a bit disappointing as it is a bed & breakfast. The room was much smaller then I expected, due to the photos that were provided on the website. The neighborhood is mediocre making the price a bit on the expensive side.

Wonderful stay for our anniversary

Great location, room was well stocked with everything you would need. Nice coffee maker, and a comfortable bed. When we checked in they had the fireplace going and fake candles lit.

Due to the weather, we could tell that some landscaping needed to be done.

Superb

The place is exactly like the pictures show. Spacious, very clean, with a large hot tub/jacuzzi in suite, a separate bathroom with a large marble shower, a comfortable king bed, a divan, and beautiful views to gardens and the villa nearby.

Everything was excellent!

Location was perfect. Super close to Old Town. Nice neighbor to walk to get something to eat. Room was super comfy and super relaxing.

I didn't like that I only got to stay there a couple of nights. I wanted to stay one more night.

despite these issues, outside of COVID times, we would recommend this inn.

beautiful facility

there was no ice available. also, our door locked when we went outside in the morning and we couldn’t get back in using the code. it was 9:30. fortunately we had everything out of the room. also, we had to order I. food but there was no access to the kitchen to get plates or cutlery which would have been helpful. finally, there was no way to open the windows in our room to get any free air. overall, we were surprised that the contactless requirements and lack of breakfast were so strict. we stayed in many other lovely old inns in Ca on our trip and none of them were this rigid.

Beautiful room, great jetted tub. Also loved the fireplace. The balcony faced a city park which was nice.

There was a lot of gap between the door and doorframe. Alot of light was coming in from the hallway. Maybe seal the doorframe better. Everything else was great.
