Cheiro de mofo absurdo no quarto e “desapareceu” um vestido da minha nora que, mesmo reclamando, não me deram a menor satisfação do que aconteceu. Isso nunca me aconteceu antes em nenhum Hotel! Decepcionante!

Well it’s not that I didn’t like it but for us that we don’t get up early at least a coffee would be nice.

I was repeatedly locked out of my room. Maintenance came four times while trying to get settled. I went out for the evening and one o'clock in the morning still waiting to be let into my room.

We stayed in this hotel before and it was normal, we knew it was simple but at least it was clean and the location is good. This time it was horrible, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, everything was very dirty, the receptionist although friendly, practically does everything so the reception is always alone, there is a girl receptionist who always has a bad face, the breakfast is simple, but the building is very old, they were remodeling the roof and placed a notice saying that this would not disturb the tenants, however, the sound of the workers was very loud. The price of the hotel is too high for what it is, we would not stay in this hotel again, what a disappointment.

The room was clean and the facilities were in good condition. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was of a good standard, providing something for everyone. Checkin and checkout were fast and efficient,

It is located close to Universal Studios, the breakfast was good, the beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, and we were given plenty of extra towels.

Upon check in, I was told that my original room (two queen beds and a sofa bed) was not available. Instead, I was offered a room with two queen beds and a mattress on the floor (there weren’t any roll away beds available). This suggestion was totally unacceptable because that’s not the room on my reservation. I’m not going to allow a family member to sleep on the floor on a mattress. My credit card had already been charged so I was expecting the room that I had reserved. While I was on the phone with Booking.com, the desk clerk told me that the last room to be cleaned, was the room that I had reserved. I waited hours for my room to be ready. Everything about the room was okay except: the bathroom door was difficult to close, the bathtub needs to be resurfaced (it looked dirty but it wasn’t), the only operational ice machine was on the first (the one on my floor didn’t work), and the refrigerator door had to be slammed in order to close it properly. The hotel entrance was challenging due to the fact that the hotel is located in the rear of several businesses.

The staff was amazing, they were polite, professional & helpful.

The tub was stained and dirty, the mini fridge was on a broken dirty rotted board. Hotel not very clean in general. Breakfast was not good and should have ran later than 9AM.

The first room was under construction beds and frames up against the wall, sheets in the tub and pee in the toilet. Second room the door handle was falling out, so much so that even when the light turned green it wouldn't open. When we went to the lobby for the second time, we were told to just lift up on it and continue to wiggle the handle and it would open. At that point I requested a refund, which was given right then. However due to booking.com using a virtual card it took them over a week to refund my money, but when I paid my money was taken off my card immediately. We went to another hotel that was MUCH better and cheaper! Never again Comfort Inn or Booking.com

The location was very convenient and overall the place was clean with good service. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is tucked back behind other businesses and was a little hard to find. The shower didn't heat up very well and was only lukewarm most of the time.

Breakfast so bad. The building requires an urgent investment or improve the maintenance. The carpet and furniture look bad condition.

So much to list! 1. Not true Queen size beds. 2. Bathroom door wouldn't shut. 3. Toilet wouldn't stop running. 4. Only 1 washcloth in the room, had to ask for more the next day because the evening I checked in there were none available. 5. No microwave in the room had to ask for one. 6. No sheets for pull out couch had to ask for one.
