Very disappointed with not being notified in advance of the cancellation of the 2 rooms and only told so while trying to

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past with no problem, always booking on line.

This time, after receiving confirmation, I arrived at the hotel only to be told that there were no rooms available. I showed my confirmation to the desk associate and she said she was sorry, that Booking.Com messed up. I received the confirmation 3 or 4 days prior when I booked the rooms. After leaving the hotel, approximately 20 minutes later I received a cancellation notice. This late in the evening and luckily we were able to find another hotel but had to pay a higher price.

Worst stay ever

No breakfast offered

No breakfast offered even though booking info indicates included. dog in adjacent room barked all night. No help from staff . Police in lobby breaking up fight when we arrived.

Night staff was great to really help to get us TV restored, that was out from the storm.

Staff was friendly and answered any questions I asked, AC was cold.. The mini fridge was extra cold on my pop..

Place was a little dated but didn't make it any less comfortable.. A few of the lamps didn't work in the room.. The toilet leaked around the bottom of the foundation..

The lobby an first floor hall smelled like a mixture of marijuana an cigarette smoke. The beds were hard an the pillows to soft but that was it

The night clerk was a very nice gentleman willing to help in any way he could.

The fact I asked several times for a room close to either front entrance or side entrance due to health issues and I was told they had a room for me. I get my room it was smack in the middle.

it was horrible

noisy, they woke up us and asked us you were here for 2 nights but in the system it showed 1 night, for their mistake were woke up too early, there was no breakfast, changed me by mistake, they talked too loud and we were In first floor

well where to start, it had a roach crawling around my room got flood (I was on top floor) they moved me to another room. the hall smelled like smoke it was over priced for what I stayed… then they charged me for another night that I didn’t book. not sure if I got the refund for that either

Everything was wonderful!

fing place INFECTED with bed bugs-when complained was offered room next door for $25 discount. checked next room covered up too-family works for terminix I know what bed bugs look like

Like the location. convenient. Rooms are clean and have what is needed.

When booking it shows that breakfast is provided. It is not. Since 2020, which I understand, but it is saying since that they have breakfast. for a couple of stays they had muffins. This last stay - nothing.

Cheap and shows it.

The property was in a good location. The cost was low.

When we arrived we were told the room would not be cleaned while we were there, even if we asked. The said they could barely clean between guests. They had no elevator. We had to carry our luggage up. Each day, walking up the stairs, we saw the same food on the carpet that was there when we got there. We were also told that, even though the list said free breakfast, they didn’t offer one. The refrigerator had soda or something spilled in it and the freeze was so frosted, we could barely put anything in it.

location to the Devil’s Bathtub nice and close to shopping

The rooms was extremely dirty and disappointing. The smell was so bad we went and bought fresheners spray to keep spraying the room
