Great memories for a bachelorette party weekend.

Friendly staff and good rooms. Breakfast was very good! Arrived early and was able to check in free of cost!

Location was nice however not very close to a lot of the main attractions, and not many bars near by if that is what you are looking for.

Clean room, convenient location

Room was clean, hotel was conveniently located in downtown area.

Pillows were too soft. I didn’t like there was a $250 credit card hold for incidentals in addition to cost of room. Also, bottled water cost was $6 and not free.

Great stay in Chicago

Great location. Three blocks away from State St (full of stores - Chicago Theatre) Walking distance from all attractions. Metro station close by. Clean, ample rooms. Comfortable beds. Love the lemon, strawberry, cucumber flavored waters they provide in dispensers in the lobby. Breakfast is ok. After a few days is becomes pretty repetitive.

Two days in a row my kids room was not cleaned. If you enjoy your latte in the morning, heat your milk in your room and take it to breakfast No hot milk is provided so latte turns into Frappuccino really fast.

Ens van donar una bonica habitació amb vistes al pis 17. L'habitació era àmplia, còmode, neta i bonica. Teniem un espai on poder menjar. L'ubicació del hotel és molt bona, al centre del Loop Downtown de Chicago. Jo hi tornaria, sens dubte.

L'esmorzar estava molt bé, però hi havia molts productes que s'acabaven i no repostaven per que no en tenien més.

Great spot for sports and family

The room was great, loved having the kitchen. Breakfast was a great spread, lots of variety. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. Perfect spot for jumping on the bus to get to sports at the United Center. Easy walking distance for shops and attractions.

Only minor complaint would be the shower, water pressure wasn't great. But wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Overall stay was great .

Good location . Staff was very nice and accommodating. Free breakfast was very good ! Lots of options .

Waited for linens for Murphy bed for a while when we just wanted to go to bed .

The room layout was not the best! It would be nice to have separate bathrooms for the kitchenette area.

Perfect location to explore Chicago

Amazing location, a few minutes walk from State Street for shopping, the Christmas market and the blue line train for their airport. Bus stop right outside the hotel brings you directly to Lincoln Zoo. Staff were so friendly and upgraded our room on arrival. Room was huge with plenty of facilities. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with even a vegetarian section - loved their hash browns. Would definetly recommend this hotel as it's within walking distance to most tourist sites.

There's not a lot of restaurants and bars directly in this area, but an 8 minute walk will bring you to Pizanos Pizza which was a great find. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar too which is very handy if your tired in the evening.

Localização excelente, ha poucas quadras de todas as atrações do centro da cidade. O quarto amplo, café da manha excelente.

Estacionamento em outro predio fora do hotel, se tiver malas pesadas precisa carregar pela rua até o local.

It was very good and will come back.

The hotel was very centrally located. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good.

The room we were in did not have a bathtub but no big deal, i should have requested one.

Wonderful hotel surrounded by a variety of restaurants and not far from Chicago’s landmarks

The rooms are very clean and I enjoyed our suite. The breakfast was awesome!

The view from our window was horrible we were facing the side of another building

If I had to choose. No parking. Be sure to stop in at property before parking. There is an app that will help you save $$

Nice hotel in central location

Great location, fresh and clean. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was ok but would expect a bit better choices from this hotel. The extra bad you pull down wasn't comfortable.

Fun, comfortable, great location

The breakfast was expansive, and the dining area was beautiful. Plenty of seating.

The prices were very high (as were all hotels) that weekend. A lot to spend for 1 night. So while it was beautiful, comfortable, staff was so helpful and friendly, I will never be able to say that it was worth >$900/night.

Exceptional

We were able to walk very easily from the train station. Our room was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful!

The only small change I would suggest is being a little clearer about labeling what allergens are in the breakfast bar items. I have a gluten allergy and although the wait staff tried to help they weren't sure about different dishes.

This is my second trip to Chicago. I stayed elsewhere previously but the next time I’m in town I will definitely be stay
