Es ist wie ein kleine Wohnung wo man das nötigste braucht man kann kochen und Teller Tassen Töpfe Besteck stehen einem komplett zu Verfügung kaffe machine mir Wasser Kocher als eine selbst Verpflegung ist super gegen über ist direkt ein Supermarkt um einkaufen zu gehen für Lebensmittel. Wer es mag oder eher nicht stört an Sex Shops und Sex live Shows zu haben es gibt an jeder ecke dort Läden das ist sage ich mal die Sex Straße wo es drum geht aber es ist Paris nord der Eiffelturm 28 Motiven mit dem Bus zu erreichen direkt vor der Suite kann man alles mit dem Bus und Bahn erreichen. Park Möglichkeiten mit dem Auto muss man einen Platz finden das wird direkt vor der Suite nicht möglich sein außer man hat Glück. Aber die Räume waren sauber ordentlich ich kann nur positives sagen ganz netter Empfang wir konnten rum um die Uhr immer Fragen stellen es war immer wer da. Man fühlt sich socher da man eine eigene Karte bekommt damit man überhaupt in den Eingang kommt. Für das Zimmer genauso es ist zwar ein kleiner Flur zu den Zimmer aber man ist direkt mit dem Aufzug vor seinem Zimmer meiner Meinung nach super. Ich kann es mir empfehlen:)

L'appartement est très spacieux, chambre, salon, coin à manger. Le lit super confortable et grand. Bien que situé dans un quartier très animé, l'insonorisation est très bien faite et complétée par des rideaux épais. Parfait pour être au calme tout en étant au centre ville. Métro tout près du logement. L'accueil était très sympa, présence jour un nuit à l'accueil, prêts à rendre service.

Bien placé, plutôt spacieux pour la localisation. La literie est très bien, la salle de bain fonctionnelle. Ascenseur c’est top surtout lorsqu’on a des grosses valises. Belle vue sur le boulevard, au calme malgré l’emplacement plutôt animé.
Le personnel était très serviable.
La table basse est très lourde pour la déplacer afin de déplier le canapé convertible. C’est le seul bémol.

Herşey mükemmeldi. Çok temiz çok ferah dinlendirici huzur vericiydi. İyi ki burayı seçmişiz. Tekrar Paris’e gelirsek başka yer bakmamıza gerek kalmadı. Dragon ve diğer tüm çalışanlara çok teşekkür ediyoruz hepsi çok yardımsever güler yüzlüydü . Daha iyisi olamazdı.unutulmaz bir tatil yaşamamıza sebep oldular çok mutlu güzel anılarla ayrıldık.bulunduğu bölge için olumsuz bir kaç yorumdan dolayı tedirgindim ama mükemmel bir bölgeymiş kesinlikle görülmesi gerekir. Gece geç saatlere kadar dolaşabildik doyamadım gezmeye.

The apartment and the hotel itself are decorated well, it has a modern yet luxury feel to it and was spacious with all the amenities you could need in a room, the bed was comfortable and the pillow/duvets were good quality too, it was a really comfy and pleasant base to stay in, with a small terrace overlooking the main road which was lovely. It is a 2 min walk from the moulin rouge with the heart of Montmartre a short walk (uphill) away and everything you can need nearby, including Blanche metro station which is directly over the road for ease of travelling around Paris. It is in the middle of the red light district which wasn’t an issue in the slightest for us, but obviously isn’t to everyone’s taste.
There was only one lift to reach all of the rooms/floors and no stairs, which felt claustrophobic and there seemed to be no soundproofing at all, meaning that the person above us woke us up both mornings sounding like they were running around in the apartment above us.
We also had an issue with a member of staff Fabio, who stopped us to talk but very theatrically & equally aggressively persisted to tell us we were stupid tourists wasting our money seeing the things we wanted to see in Paris and we should buy tickets for the river cruise from him. This continued for 20 minutes until we felt able to leave and made us uncomfortable worrying whether he would be at reception when we returned, where we would have to pass to get to the lift.
Also there was no inside lock/bolt on the door, so would recommend buying a portable one to take with you just in case.

Great location, easy access to public transportation. Spacious all equipped rooms, with friendly stuff.
Room is warm however due to the noise on the street not really possible to sleep with open window

The apartment was spacious and well designed. We had a balcony that overlooked the street which we enjoyed. All the staff were very attentive and helpful to us. Fabio was especially helpful and made lots of great recommendations for food and activities. The location is great, just down the street from the Moulin Rouge and the metro station. Also within walking distance is Montmartre neighbourhood including the Sacre Couer. I would definitely recommend this stay as it is suitable for all due to the large size of the rooms it can accommodate big groups as well as couples.

The cleaning was good but that’s all. We had an extremely negative experience at this property and we would strongly warn against staying here.
Firstly, the hotel staff put us in a cheaper room that we did not book, and despite paying for a more expensive room, has not refunded us and has been purposely avoiding us.
We booked the Junior Suite, which is advertised as having two bathrooms on the website. We messaged the hotel and called to confirm we are booking a room with two bathrooms. They replied saying the room has one full bathroom and one half bathroom. We proceeded with the booking.
When we arrived, the concierge Fabio took us to a room with only one bathroom and confessed that the room we had booked was taken by another guest and offered to upgrade our room on the last night.
Fabio strongly recommended that we email the manager and state we have been given the wrong room and ask for a partial refund. We emailed the manager (Dragon) the next morning. Dragon responded and did not agree with us, despite his previous messages stating our room would have one bathroom and a second half bathroom.
After we sent that complaint, nearly every time we saw Fabio in the reception he raised his voice at us, stating he was going to lose his job because we had emailed the manager noting that we had been given the incorrect room. This was unprofessional behaviour and we felt very attacked and have never experienced being yelled at by a receptionist before. Fabio’s behaviour made us feel uncomfortable, especially as three young female travellers. On many occasions, we felt trapped at reception because we had to walk immediately past Fabio’s reception desk to reach the lifts, so we were forced to have uncomfortable interactions with him.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the balcony. Fabio was a great help with arranging tickets for us and dinner for our anniversary. He took the extra step to make sure we knew where we were going and how long it would take us to get there. I would give Fabio 10/10 stars ⭐️
I was surprised it was located in the red lights district but that did not actually end up being an issue because it was not what I expected. Well maintained and no one bothered us.

Really central location. Every morning it was a short walk to a boulangerie for fresh croissants 🥐, there was also a supermarket just round the corner for milk, ham, cheese and juice so breakfasts were a leisurely affair at our convenience which I liked and we had all the equipment needed in the apartment to facilitate this.
The Metro is literally on the doorstep so you can explore easily and it is a short walk (albeit uphill) to the Monmatre area.
On our arrival we were met by the fabulous Fabio who gave us lots of tips for our visit and the Italian restaurant he recommended was fantastic and also the river cruise along the Seine.
Our room was cleaned to a high standard by Layla and we had everything we needed replenished.
It felt very safe and secure and comfortable.
I wasn’t a fan of the wet room/waterfall shower but that’s just personal choice.

Location was great. It was in the “Red Light” district but it was close to everything we wanted and no issues.
The room was a little smaller than I hoped, the hot water ran out super quickly. When you have bed out in living room it leaves no room to move.

It was perfectly placed to Blanche metro,surrounded by lots of small supermarkets where you could get provisions for breakfast etc.I know a few people have mentioned the sex shops that surround the hotel,but there really is no problem,this is part of the charm of Paris,please do not judge the hotel on their neighbouring shops as there are far too many positive points and nobody bothers you at all.Fabio was great at the front desk,nothing was a problem at all.We love Montmatre and now we have found our perfect home from home.Many thanks❤️

This WHOLE hotel does NOT have any room with TWO bathrooms!! Please do not book this hotel for a semi large group because their website has false advertisement. I went to ask them why their website says they have two bathrooms when in fact they do not and they said the website doesn’t say it has two bathrooms- i have a screenshot that clearly disagrees with this. However if you go to book the JUNIOR SUITE right now it has NO details under bathroom or bed count because they are trying to say I am lying. And the rooms are FAR from quiet. It’s right next to Moulin Rouge so there is noise and activity going on outside your window until about 5am. Only book this place if you want to be throughly upset.

The room we stayed was with good size. Usually the hotel rooms in Paris are quit small. There was also small kitchenette in the room for making breakfast etc.
The kitchenette could also have salt, pepper and oil for making breakfast.

I liked the feel of living in Paris. I’m
since I’m very sensitive to noise, it was very well insulated. One could barely hear the people parting on the streets. At night it was considerably louder. But this is I think important to know if you need absolute quiet.

It was a in a great location and the apartments were very well stocked with amenities and there was also plenty of space initially.
We booked to stay in a 3 person room and when we arrived we saw that there was a sofa bed and a double bed which seemed great, we didn’t think any more of it and went back out again. When we came home and unfolded the sofa bed we realised that when the bed was fully unfolded, you couldn’t open the bathroom door at all. You could force the bed down with the door open but then you’d have to climb over the bed to get in to the bathroom which was a wet room with a toilet that didn’t flush very well. A completely unacceptable and unrealistic set up. We eventually managed to turn the sofa bed around with the help of the man covering the reception but the sofa bed was slightly broken which meant it wasn’t a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately it just wasn’t fit for purpose as a 3 person room which is what we’d paid for.

The apartment is about 200 meters away from Moulin Rouge, a Metro Station max 100 meters away.
The location is in the middle of a busy high end entertainment district. We enjoyed it a lot.
The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped and it was also very quiet.
Very helpful receptionists and also the service personnel went the extra mile for us.
There was no reason to complain.
