Firenze AND the interesting city

Firenze it's so beautiful,I like all,not the Sightseeing tour, it's so bad,the guide dont speak about the city,it's worst I do all alone ,AND payed 29 euros

It's with many people so well it's speaking many lenguajes, it's all good

Good hotel with good location

Breakfast was good! Staff was really nice and helpful. Room was big and bed was comfortable.

Reception was at the 4th floor, and the room was on the first, The elevator was very slow so it was a little bit annoying to run up and down. The shower in the room wasn't great, but ok.

fantastic location - easy walking to many of Florence’s attractions. great value for money with excellent breakfast included. short taxi ride to Santa Maria Novella train station.

rooms were a bit noisy, but good value for a one night stay.

Required steps, mosquitos and confirmation issues

Even though there was a tiny breakfast room, the staff was very attentive and gave a pleasant start to the day.

Elevator is present after climbing 6-7 steps. Beware, as some rooms require even more steps. It took extra emails trying to get confirmation for our requests and then on arrival, we needed to change the room. Mosquitoes buzzing in the room with bites and poor sleep. Unscreened windows.

Very good location, short walking distance from/to Santa Maria Novella train station, centre of the city, Michelangelo square, Artemio Franchi stadium, etc. Great breakfast, excellent service.

Amazing breakfasts, great staff, very clean and in a great spot

Sometimes you had to wait for warm water in the shower but it wasn't enough to change my opinion of the hotel (amazing)

This hotel is located in an area we particularly like. It was extremely clean and all staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. They were very kind about 'left luggage' as we arrived very early and left very late.

This was one small inconvenience. Our room was on the first floor and reception is on the 4th floor. We had to hand in and collect our key each time we went out and in. Which meant going up to the fourth floor, so we could go back down again. If we could have kept our key with us it would have been much more convenient. However I did appreciate the fact that they were so security conscious.

Staff was nice, it's great that you can actually leave the keys in reception and not have to worry about it. Breakfast is good and the rooms are old but clean and with comfort.

Great locations, lovely staff.

The staff were brilliant, very helpful, jovial and kind. Recommended a very good restaurant for our first nights stay. We had a problem with our first room which they changed for us. They arranged secure car parking. The car was collected from the hotel and returned when we required it. The location couldn't have been better, close to all the main sites, restaurants and activities. Breakfast was good and even with so many people staying there the staff were quick to change table cloths, keep the food replenished and meet and greet new arrivals.

The first room was an attic room with the en suite measuring 1 m x 1.3 m which meant you took your shower over the toilet. It smelt damp and caused breathing problems for us, They did change rooms, the second being much better, unfortunately a smoking room so we both left with coughs.

In generally. it was quite good. clean and comfortable rooms. helpful staff. great localisation.

Breakfest was very poor. no vegetables, no fruits. some ham and cheese. and nothing else. nothing was hot for example: scrambled eggs or sausage.

Great location close to all most importants spots in Florence. Great breakfast and delicious Coffee. Very nice staf and amazing view from a terrace.

We had the most unusual bathroom I've ever seen :)

Good for the price, fit the needs

It fit the needs, its well isolated in the cold weather, staff are awesome. Breakfast and price were good

The room wasnt exactly like in the pictures, the shower was a bit of a let down since its walls are configurable

The staff were really kind. They were nice, smiling and helpfull all the time. The rooms were really clean. The place of the hotel is excellent; you can walk to any attraction centers of Florence. The hotel has a classical design, furniture is old but this brings a nice and cosy ambiance. The hotel is working with a car parking company; they take the car infront of the hotel and bring back when needed. You pay 25 eur for one day for this service. This may seem expensive to you; but it has already a discount; the daily parking rates are really high in the center of the touristic cities of Italy. The breakfast is good; cornflakes, jams, nutella, cheese, 2 types of ham... everything you need is there.

The speed of wifi could be better. We were able to complete what we need on the Internet; but sometimes it was slow.
