Highly recommend this hotel and very close to metro us a bonus.

The room was very nicely fitted out, the location was excellent and the staff were very helpful.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Nice and pleasant

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location for traveling metro 2 minutes away. Room was big enough for use staying during a visit of Parijs.

For us the rooms were tot warm. Unfortunately we had only a elevator to the 4th floor with suitcases a bit difficult to walk the last stairs.

Comfortable, adequate; but not dressy and fancy. You need more pizzaz!

Lovely staff, very helpful and kind.

No lobby. The foyer area could have been really, really dressed up to be fancier. Though small, it could be made elegant. Same with the breakfast room. Food was good. But tables and chairs could be fancier. The carpet on the stairs was newly replaced, but so plain, as it saving money. Paint the door handle!! No chips, worn areas. It does not take money, nor much time. Need better couch/chairs in tiny sitting area. (No blanket over the couch, please)

Excellent experience, happy we chose Hotel Vaneau.

Location of hotel- other than noise from nearby businesses in very early morning hours. Old stained glass window and huge mirror over “fireplace” created an old world ambiance in the room. Staff not always friendly in the halls, but desk staff very helpful. Handheld shower piece nice addition to “rain” like shower.

Difficult to keep anything in the tiny shower. Noise in the early AM from local businesses. Room was 403.

Road works happening right outside the hotel but I recognise that this is not the hotel's fault. But if this is a regular occurrence then a bit of soundproofing may be helpful.

The staff was superb.. The rooms were well designed. Hit water was plentiful. only 1/2 block from Metro. Good area around hotel to walk around. Wi-Fi was good.

Elevator went only to 4th floor.

Very well located, nicely furnished and set out. Breakfast was very good. staff very helpful with our bags. Great bathroom with bath.

We weren’t advised that we were on the 6th floor and the lift only went to the 4th floor. A hand rail for bath would be desirable.

Stunning Parisian hotel in a perfect location

Everything! Kind staff, excellent location and gorgeous rooms. Loved the building and the beds were very comfortable.

Our shower didn’t have any soap - it was empty and the staff didn’t check during our stay

Hidden Gem in Paris !

The fact that It felt like a 4 stars hotel and not 3 ! All details were really took care of! The room was clean and neat, there were toiletry products placed and also a bathrobe. The bed was really comfortable and the big windows allowed airing the room any time. 😌

There was a smell like sweat and fresh laundry every time we entered the room. May be cleaning with a steamer will help to get odors from the matrices and the carpet.

Comfortable stay, convenient location, safe neighborhood, overall GREAT value

GREAT VALUE. Room 503 had a spacious balcony I could fit the room chair & stool to relax on. Neighbourhood is very safe and quiet. Within 30 seconds walk to Vaneau metro station or 3 minutes walk to Duroc metro if I wanted to stop by a grocery store open 24/7. There are 2 restaurants beside the entrance which was handy. Really appreciated 1) the good hair dryer and 2) sound-proofed walls. I stayed 10 nights during busy August 2022 and never once heard my neighbours. I would stay here again, for the reasonable price it is: comfortable, clean, newly renovated, it exceeded what I expected!

Do note the hotel has 6 floors and elevator reaches only to floor 4 (to be expected in Paris, so not a big deal for me). The wifi worked great, was free the entire time. One evening it was out completely for everyone but back on by the next morning. Staff are great and quick to fix any issues or provide help.
