The condo was very nice. However was unable to enjoy during the day as construction was being done by the elevators. The noise was so loud we were unable to be there during the day. Need to get in writing that no construction would be going on. This took away from enjoying the property. Really felt that I did not get what I paid for.

We wanted something close enough to Duval that we could take a quick Uber but not so close that the craziness was close by. The beds were comfortable, but it may be a good idea to bring your own blankets as there weren’t enough for all the guests. The kitchen was a great size and had all the basics. Overall we’d definitely rent here again.

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo just north of the Key West airport was clean and reasonably well maintained. It's located about 5-10 minutes from the historic section of Key West. While the views from the balcony weren't anything to write home about, the reasonable cost of the unit (versus lodgings closer to downtown) made it a very affordable stay which more than covered any parking costs when going downtown. I would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Key West.

Property was clean and as described. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the in-unit washer and dryer. Plenty of bath towels as well as beach/pool towels which we used daily! Convenient location and easy parking. A perfect stay!

Enjoyed our stay. Property is several miles from Duval, but we were able to Uber back and forth with no issues and it was nice coming back late at night to a quiet environment. Definitely will book again.

The overall stay was great !!! Only downside was a roach found in bathroom and another bathroom ceiling had water leaks, other wise the location is great.

So much for quiet hours. We had a full on eager above our condo and nothing was done by management. So disappointing.

The rooms were very comfortable and the facilties excellent. The beds were excellent. We were close to the airport and the beach. I have only two complaints. The lack of a on-site office made communication difficult. We wanted a late check out but it was impossible to organise. If you want personal service this is not the place. There was no place to store baggage except to go downtown Key West.

Accommodations were perfect for our group. Separate bedrooms for each couple and common spaces that gave us a place to relax together. Outdoor pool area was nice and driving to beaches & other Key West attractions was pretty easy.

Kitchen floor was very sticky as well as all door handles. Closets door very dusty, even dirty. All dishes has to be washed before use because also sticky. King bed mattress not comfortable, sheets to small or not deep enough also bathtub not really clean. Besides that apartment need a little fresh look and definitely better housekeeping. After that this one can be our favorite to stay next visit

Cayo Coco suite was exactly what me and my family needed On our trip to Key West Florida when we arrived the suite was clean and ready for us to go into relaxing with a nice view get a little noisy because it Faced A waterway in the back of the airport but overall it was quite pleasant my family and we were comfortable we enjoyed some of the small amenities of the community and I really appreciate it that we were near the beach side of the keys which tends to be the more quieter side of the keys. I also appreciate that the Vacasa team would call to check in on us and ensure that we were comfortable and safe but they weren’t harassing overall it was a very pleasant quiet and comfortable stay if I have any negatives to say I wish the showers had shower hose attachments for more flexibility outside of that if you want a efficient clean comfortable stay with your own kitchen this is the place to be at the pool wasn’t half bad.

As others mentioned, the floor needs to be cleaned and sofa bed was super uncomfortable. Bedrooms and bathroom were nice and kitchen was well equipped. Overall the unit was good!

Beds were comfy!! Well equipped with all the necessities.... pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, beach towels, the usual shampoo conditioner and soap, laundry detergent (thank you!) and detergent for the dishwasher. A/c was great and ceiling fans in the rooms as well. Included Parking spot. We ubered into town one night and then just drove in the other days. Parking in town runs about $5 hr. Near airport, so you do hear airplanes, but it didn't bother us. My husband enjoyed watching them take off and land from the balcony. It could use some updating but served our needs for the week. Would recommend.

Location is pretty good though quite close to the airport and you hear the planes taking off and landing. Fortunately, that’s not too frequent. The master bedroom is nice, the other one is small but does have a double bed. The pull out couch mattress was so uncomfortable that sleeping on the couch was much better. The kitchen was really quite good and reasonably equipped. Would be nice if they got a better pull out couch.
