Wonderful location, Views are fantastic. Apartment is very big and has all the facilities required. Also very clean. Noise wasnt as big a problem as I had assumed. Shutters appear to keep the noise out in the main bedroom.

It can be quite loud at night but not something I would fault the apartment on as it's a very central spot. Will definitely be back and recommend!

Absolute gem! Our whole family really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotless and stocked with everything we needed and wanted. It was in a great location for our 3 days of exploring and our communication with staff was smooth and very helpful. Right across from park with beautiful views and access to tram and funicular -perfect for tired legs at the end of long days enjoying the city. Easy access down to the train station as well if planning to head out to Sintra or elsewhere. Even some little treats upon arrival. We would highly recommend!

We stayed in the penthouse apartment and we're absolutely blown away by it. Perched right above one of the most scenic areas in Lisbon, we had insane views of the city. Close to Barrio Alto too, so great access to bars and some restaurants. The interior of the apartment was great too - modern, with everything we needed including hairdryers, irons, etc. What a great stay!

It's hard to fault the place but if I were to really dig into it: - It's right near the party area in Lisbon and so it can be quite loud on Friday and Saturdays nights, even with the windows closed. This was exacerbated by one of the windows not fully closing (although I'm sure this can be fixed). - The second bedroom is just a big open area with 4 beds, so not good if people are waking up at different times. Also, there's no curtains in the second room so bring an eye mask if you can't sleep with light!

Absolutely EVERYTHING. I travel for work often and much prefer to say in a self-contained apartment. This was definitely the BEST ever. Well equipped (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher,washing machine and all other amenities uncommon in similar apartments). Fantastic double-glazing windows. Beautiful decoration, Amazing Views. Full of Charm. Spacious. Well located, ten minute-walk to Chiado and surrounded by Bairro Alto restaurants, art galleries, charming shops.

The property was simply gorgeous. Very stylish, amazing views and the location was just perfect. The communication and service offered was excellent. We felt really well looked after and any help or queries we had were just a message away with a very prompt and helpful reply or assistance. I would 100% recommend staying here for a family city break in Lisbon. It was perfect!!!

Everything! The location, decor, detail. The apartment is huge and is beautifully furnished. Access to the accommodation is easy - there’s an entrance for lift and a separate one for stairs. It’s so centrally located right in the hustle and bustle of the city. The communication through WhatsApp throughout was second to none and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Would recommend to anyone.

The only thing I would say is it can get very noisy at night, but earplugs are provided for this reason.

This apartment was very spacious and the location was ideal for us. Public transportation is right out in front of the apartment and there are many restaurants close by. The owner was very friendly and easy to contact. We would stay here again for sure

The hosts were super friendly and accommodating to our requests. The apartment itself is spacious and nicely located in the vivid area and walking distance to a lot of central places. Awesome stay.

The website photos are 100% accurate! Furnishing, decoration and views are all exactly as shown. Hidden behind a coded-entry door next to a little cafe, we had the 3rd floor 1-bed apartment, access via a modern lift. Huge comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen & bathroom & good wi-fi. Lovely day beds in the lounge to relax on after long walks! Residentas team checked up via WhatsApp to see if all OK, or if we needed anything, we felt undisturbed but supported. Apartment is very central, opposite the Miradouro park, with Baixa-Chiado and Restauradoures Metro stations are nearby. Lots of tiny supermarkets on the back streets, and good local bakeries for buying breakfast & custard tarts - turn right up the hill, on past the florists there's a beautiful corner pastelaria. Or the cafe below the apartments is an easy option too. Down the street the M'Arrecreo pizzeria is fantastic (book ahead). Luggage at City Center is super convenient to drop your bags for departure day - just a short walk down hill, with washrooms and close to Metro for onward trip to airport or trains.

Not a problem for us, but there is a fair bit of late-night noise - from neighbouring roof-top bars. We stayed Tue-Sat, and early hours happy people outside every night! But we slept well anyway (and ear-plugs are provided in case of need).

Central location, very clean and comfortable apartment. Perfect for our weekend stay.

Host was able to accommodate an early check in and assisted me on the phone throughout the whole process. The host also gave us great tips on where to eat. Apartment was spotless and very quirky with some beautiful antique furniture combined with modern pieces. Beds were very comfortable. Street noise is very loud but in late October we didn't need to leave windows open. Apartment is very well sound proofed. Host even left ear plugs. There are gorgeous little finishing touches in décor and crockery. Absolutely everything you need for a short or long term stay. My teenage daughters loved it.

I did feel a bit nervous without a chain lock on the door, particularly as there is a 2nd back door close to the children's bedroom. I would have more peace of mind with a chain lock on both doors for added security.

The property is in the prefect location in centrum of Lisbon..the apartment had everything and it was very clean.

The property is in the center of Lisbon so noise on the weekend is unavoidable.. Still very beautiful property ..

The size of the one bedroom apartment is fantastic. The kitchen had everything that I needed. The elevator was quick and relatively large for a small European apartment building.

Unfortunately, the previous guests had broken the front windows severely limiting access to the balconies. Being unable to fully close the windows produced a very noisy night.

Absolutely everything! The location & the view are the best you can get (this wasn't my first time in Lisbon:) ). The beds were very comfortable and the communication with the Residentas team worked smoothly. There is a small bakery just at the ground floor, which was a very nice convenience. Would absolutely stay here again!

The floors in the upper level were a bit loud, it was pretty difficult to walk on them without making a lot of noise. For us this was no issue but in case you have people with different sleeping schedules, this might be a problem.
