Nestled in San Marco, this charming condo for R 5,360 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Luxury, elegant entirely renovated and fully equipped 70 sq/mt apartment with garden in the most exclusive district of Venice, one minute from the Accademia Bridge, campo Santo Stefano, and Palazzo Grassi Museum. With entrance from the private garden of 15th century Palazzo Falier and its private water taxi jetty, Canaletto Falier - with view on the private garden of Palazzo Falier and the canal Rio del Duca - has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a comfortable and fully furnished living room with satellite TV and internet ADSL and a fully equipped modern kitchen consolle. Canaletto Falier is finely decorated with Venetian “marmorino' and 'stucchi”, with original '1930' Venini” lamps all aver the apartment and italian marble new bathrooms. A quiet, and very elegant place in the most prestigious Venice district. On the day of your arrival and departure you can get into the apartment trough the prestigious entrance of Palazzo Falier on the Grand Canal. Important notice: since April 25th 2024 and in some specific days of the year the "Venice Access Contribution" is in effect according to Act 145/2028. You are exempt from paying the Venice Access Contribution but must obtain a QR-code as described in the file attached in the section “Rules & Policies” and “Rental Agreement” of this website.

We had a fantastic stay. Apartment is lovely, clean and comfortable. Wonderful restaurants in nearby square and close to everything. AC works very well, washer works well too. Apartment is quiet and courtyard is lovely. It’s very convenient getting from airport in water taxi directly to the private dock, so don’t have to carry luggage over bridges and long pathways. The only caveat that I didn’t see communicated is that you can’t use the private dock again when leaving, at least we were not able to. The substitute is a public dock only 3 minutes away, but it does have one small bridge to cross w luggage, but it was Very close and quick to get to. This was a great apartment, highly recommend, and would rent it again!

First, thank you to our host, perfect Italian gentleman. The apartment is just steps away from the Academia bridge on the quiet San Marco side. Immaculately clean, lovely garden. We enjoyed wandering the neighborhood and grabbing sandwich to eat at “home!” In 4 visits to Venice over the years certainly my favorite stay.

We had a great stay at the flat. We didn't meat the landlord, but he organised the perfect welcome and a pick-up from the boat stop (coming from the airport).
This made arriving a smooth experience.
The flat was a great base from which to explore Venice.
It was very quiet at night, so we always got a good rest when we were tired.
There wasn't really any negative points to mention, except maybe that the internet bandwidth sometimes went down too low to watch IP-based TV on our Fire-TV stick.
It's great flat and we would come back to stay there anytime.

Our 4th time in Venice, but it had been 9 years. Best location, quiet, serene even, but short walks to St. Mark's, 3 minutes to Accademia. Incredible water taxi drop-off and pickup. Cold A/C. Responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

Fabulous location, a short walk from all of the main attractions and an even shorter walk to some fabulous restaurants.
The apartment is small but perfectly formed and kitted out with everything you would require for a short city break.
A very minor negative, if you're used to a power shower then you may be slightly disappointed. The water pressure is not as high as we have at home. Not a deal breaker for us though and would definitely recommend staying.

We took a water taxi from the train station to the water gate at Palazzo Failier, where Valentina greeted us, walked us through the wide and long entrance hallway, and then took us to our lodgings at the Caneletto Failier. It was a perfect location and setting for exploring Venice during the day and then enjoying the quiet of the night. Valentina gave us great recommendations for 4-5 restaurants and the ones we went to were well-worth it. Valentina also connected us with a friend of hers who took us through a very enjoyable and informative tour of the Basilica di San Marco and then the Doge’s Palace, Bridge of Sighs and prison area. Orial promptly responded to our inquiries. Thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

Perfect home for our family. Super location, comfortable beds, cute kitty next door to welcome us home each evening. Ollie met us at midnight and helped us with our prearranged water taxi and showed us some features of the home which made the stay even better. We used Venice Dream Water Taxi and so glad we had made the water taxi reservation prior to arriving.

Orial met us at the private dock and guided us to the apartment. After a brief walk through we could see the apartment t was well equipped for our short stay. Walking to all the sights was only 12-15 minutes (Realto Bridge, St. Mark’s, etc). Lovely stay.

Venetian Garden Apartment
Giovanni was so helpful! And when our train was late and coincided with another family he was checking in, he sent a co-worker to let us in to the apartment. He was available to answer any question I had prior to arrival; such as the closest train station. His coworker was a tremendous help arranging the water taxi. The apartment was very quaint, comfortable and a good location. The garden was very beautiful.

Comfortable Clean Quiet Great Location
We loved this unit. The communication with the host was the best I have ever had from any host EVER! The condo was decorated so nicely and had everything we could need. I appreciated how comfortable it was for the 4 us us. We loved taking the water taxi to our front door! Thank you; we loved our stay!

This was the perfect apartment for our family of four to stay in Venice. Booking and check in really well managed, very helpful. Apartment in a great location, really great size. Fantastic air con and lovely private garden. So close to everything. Highly recommend.

well situated, well maintained apartment. Just right for two couples. everything about our stay at Giovanni's place was great. the private interior garden was a big plus. very nice people, including the manager, the check-in person, the family, even the garderner took time to make us feel welcome.

Very well located at a few minutes walk from all sites and museums. Though the heating wasn't working the 1st day because the boiler was defective, it was replaced the following day. Very good welcome. Fortunately the apartment is on the 1st floor and can hardly be flooded.

Excellent location and accommodations.
We were very pleased with the facilities. The proximity to both Vaporetto stops made getting around Venice so easy. I appreciated the cleanliness of the place, the facilities provided, and the promptness with which I was met both from my flight and to my next flight. The very best part of this place was that we could hear music from the nearby music school, and the serenity of the place was excellent. I'd stay there again! Thank you.

It would have been difficult to be self catering as limited cooking facilities, only a small hob and microwave. Plenty of crockery and cutlery but few pans and no bowls for microwave. Electric kettle's plug would not stay in but there was a kettle for the hob.Shower in double bedroom only had a few jets that worked and temperature fluctuated. Bidet in same bathroom did not empty properly.It would have been nice to have a folder containing information about apartment and local restaurants, shops etc. There were emergency telephone numbers and one for owner. Other properties we have stayed in supplied a small welcome pack with essentials such as milk and bread. As our flight had been diverted because of a medical emergency we arrived 2 hours later than expected and did not feel like going shopping but had nothing to make a drink with - would have loved a cup of tea!Would we stay there again - definitely yes. Just a few tweaks and it would be all 5s.

We enjoyed the ability to escape the massive crowds of Venice and retreat to our quiet condo. Located a 5 minute walk form the San Samuele Vaporetto *water bus" stop; we were able to get around Venice with little trouble. Coupled with Viator "skip the line" tours, we were able to minimize our exposure to the overwhelming crowds. We took the Vaporetto to Lido, Murano and Burano as well, rounding out our exposure to the Venice Lagoon. Great location and a great stay!

Lovely well equipped apartment in fabulous location
Loved: The apartment was well equipped and exactly as we expected. Directions for accessing (using the water door on Grand Canal was really fun!) and Orial was super helpful in letting us in, showing us around, giving us some grocery and restaurant recommendations, AND going way above and beyond and helping my 85 year old Mother-in-Law get her suitcase to the vaporetto stop after we had to leave an hour earlier to catch our flight.
Could use improvement: not much - maybe a little more storage space for unpacking would be helpful (we were there a week) but otherwise it was great!

Absolutely wonderful place, Oriel met us right away and took us right to our place and helped settle us in. He also booked us a water taxi to the airport. Thank you Oriel!!
The place was in an great location to tour Venice, but also out of the hustle and bustle so we had a nice quiet sleep. I can't recommend this place enough, it was an amazing place. Perfect for 2 couples or a family. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great quiet apartment
The apartment was perfect for two couples: two bedrooms with private baths and a kitchen/living room in between. The location was great - very quiet and away from the glut of tourists, yet close enough to walk everywhere. We stayed for 5 days and cooked some meals in: the kitchen is compact but adequate. Just a note - there are good screens in the windows and we experienced no mosquitos. Also the espresso maker is traditional Italian, not an American coffee maker (you are in Italy after all) it is sort of like the old-fashioned stove top models, but you plug it in. It makes great espresso! We loved staying here and highly recommend it. Orial was very helpful at all the right times.

Beautiful property on the grand canal
This apartment is in a fabulous location in Venice , part of a palace with its own pier directly on the Grand Canal. It was comfortable for our family of 4 with 2 teenage kids, with easy access to sites, restaurants, and mini market for supplies. Orial was very helpful upon our arrival and departure. The highlight was the Vivaldi concert a few steps away in Chiesa San Vidal. I would stay here again for sure!

Brilliant location and comfortable apartment in the centre of Venice!
We took our two teenage children to Venice in February and had a wonderful few days staying in Giovanni’s charming apartment in the very centre of Venice. As it was Carnival time, the city was quite crowded so we really appreciated being able to return easily to such a quiet and comfortable apartment and relax. It was so spoiling arriving in style at the front of the Palazzo on the Grand Canal. Our check in with Orial was extremely smooth and we had no problems while we were there even though Venice was colder than we had expected! We mostly ate out but used the the very useful kitchenette for breakfast and afternoon tea, essential for the British tourist! We would definitely book again if we ever had the opportunity to return to Venice.

Great Stay over the New Year Holiday.
We stayed in this apartment from December 30-January 1. The apartment was lovely and just as described. The host was easy to communicate with and did a great job meeting us and showing us around. It was a great location and easy to walk to everything. We would definitely stay here again.
