I rented this house to have a Christmas vacation with my college-age kids, visit my relatives and also have a place to bring my dog.
This was a great place to stay in Seattle. The neighborhood was quiet, yet has great access to restaurants, shopping, parks and the University district.
The rental itself was very spacious, clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and my party of 5 was very comfortable during the stay. If available, I will try to rent here again next year.

The first floor bedroom was filthy, and smelled musty! When you flush the toilet and run the water at any time it made a very loud noise. At one point the entire house was shaking. Other then that, we enjoyed our stay.

It was clean but when you walked in the door and if you slept downstairs there is a mold and urine smell. The second and third floor had floor air conditioners. The first floor did not. They should explain in detail that all rooms did not have air conditioning. We booked it at this place because the advertisement said air conditioning.

We celebrated Thanksgiving and Apple Cup at this house with our UW daughter and other college daughter who flew in. Great location (walk to food food & Muddy!), super set up for adult family members to be together yet privacy for sleeping. Bonus our daughter was able to bring her cat!! Highly recommend this location.
PS garage and driveway parking made life easy

The place was very accomodating for our family. We live just up the street but needed a place for extended family that was visiting. The property manager was very responsive with questions prior to our arrival. The pictures on the site are accurate. We enjoyed our stay!

The three-story townhouse property was very clean and comfortable for our family of four (two adults, one teen, and a 10-year old). The hosts were a pleasure to communicate with and the property had all the amenities we needed for a very pleasant vacation home. There were grocery stores nearby and many Ravenna neighborhood eateries nearby. The property was a short drive from City Center (Space Needle and Museum of Pop Culture), Downtown Seattle (Pike’s Place Market and Seattle Aquarium), the University of Washington campus, and the Woodland Park Zoo. We also appreciated having the off-street parking space for our rental car. The whole family enjoyed our stay at the property.

It was terrific. We had two sets of grandparents in for our daughters baby shower. She and her husband lived across the street from this unit. It made it so easy to walk over, share dinners and visit the nearby parks. Comfortable and Easy!

This was a beautiful home in a great location! Just a mile from UW campus, and a short drive to downtown.
Take a short walk to explore Ravenna park.
Zeeks pizza down the street was also great.
This home has everything we needed for our family of 6 to be comfortable, and everything was well labeled.
My kids loved finding welcome chocolates when we checked in.
Thanks for a great weekend!

Tip Top!
This was the perfect place for our week in Seattle. A well-kept townhouse in the vibrant Ravenna neighborhood. Excellent places (such as Ravenna Park) to walk our dog, and nearby restaurants, bakeries, and bookstore. Michelle was only one text message away when we had questions.
All thumbs up from us: Layne, Ross, and our English setter, Princeton.

Wonderful Stay!
I had a wonderful stay. Not only was the home comfortable and as advertised, it was centrally located for my stay. Located about 20 minutes from the airport, it was easy to take a late flight and make it to the townhouse to settle in for a good night’s sleep.
The home is in a beautiful location surrounded by other wonderful homes. There is even a local cat named Melon! The local coffee house, restaurants and shops are worth exploring and most are an easy walk.
The home is close to several local parks that are less than 5 minutes away, including the Urban Bay Natural Area and Green Lake. There are many places that are 25 minutes or less via car, including the Needle and Chateau St. Michelle Winery. An Uber to Disovery Park was less than $15 and I had a wonderful hike, with many birds and spectacular views. A longer drive took us to Snoqualmie Fall where we lucky enough to see an American Dipper (if you like birds there are many great places to explore nearby).
What a wonderful place – clean and cozy. Great location. A wonderful place to wind down after a day of entertainment, hiking, or exploring. With two bedrooms on the third floor and one bedroom on the first floor, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and do what they feel like doing, when they feel like it! Thanks for the hospitality and I hope to be back soon. You can tell this is their home, not just a rental.

Comfortable living in Seattle
We enjoyed a lovely stay. This place covered my 2 biggest requests: location and comfortable. This place was centrally located to restaurants, highway, public transportation and Green Lake. We also rented a car a couple days which the driveway made that easy for parking.
It’s very easy to be active in Seattle but I also enjoy a lot of down time. Cooked a few meals at home. Relaxed on the comfy sofa watching Netflix. Also comfortable beds gave me a good nights sleep.
House was easy to find and to get into. Looking forward to staying again.

Perfect place to stay!
If you need a place to stay in Seattle, I highly recommend this townhome. It has a homey feel and close to beautiful parks and zoo. There are great restaurants near by and the village shopping center is a few miles away. The freeway is close if you want to see the city or visit the mall, for those of us that love shopping. The owner was great too. She provided us with lots of helpful information and recommended restaurants and places for us to visit. The neighborhood was so charming. My son loved Seattle so we will definitely stay here again when we return for another visit.

Beautiful Home and Outstanding Hosts
Michelle and Ferran were outstanding hosts! We were in town doing a long weekend as tourists and Michelle prepared us very well in advance with things to do and helpful hints for the city and their neighborhood.
Their home is exceptionally comfortable with high quality bedding and towels. The kitchen fully stocked even with coffee and creamer which was nice to find our first morning! We even used the kitchen a bit to prepare some meals and save on dining out. Easy too because there are a couple of very close-by grocery stores.
We also rented a car and parking was fantastic, right in the driveway in front of the door we utilized to go in and out of their home.
I'd love to share here a few things we did and places we went that we loved:
The Crab Pot downtown on the Pier (Near the market)
Rays Boathouse for dinner
Taylor Fish & Oyster
Sunday Farmers Market in Ballard neighborhood also had a lot of breweries and cute shops there.
The Walrus and the Carpenter
Cold Plate Thai Rolled Ice Cream
Salt and Straw Ice Cream
Downtown Bellvue
Chateau St Michele Winery
Snoqualmie Falls and the town of Snoqualmie
There's a great french wine and crepe place right down the street too!

Great place, and great location
The house is well furnished, a peaceful place to relax, and in a great location in the Seattle area. Parking is at a premium if you have more than one car.

Love, airy, comfortable condo
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was immaculate, spacious and well-located for our visits to UW, University Village and downtown Seattle. The hosts were very communicative and offered helpful tips for dining out and shopping. I highly recommend this property!

Comfortable and perfect location for us
Really liked the location as we spent much of our "business" tasks near the University. The public transportation can get you there or if you are adventurous, make the walk. Everything in Seattle is expensive, but the restaurants close to the condo were very good and in par with costs elsewhere. The property is on a quiet street with no issues. There is no A/C, so the upstairs can get a little warm even when the provided fans are used if it was a hot day. Would stay there again if our travels brought us there.

One of the best rentals we've had! Beautiful place & caring hosts.
This place is truly lovely - not just the home, but also the hosts who are very responsive, nice people, who went above and beyond and took care of some extra requests we had without question. They also give much more than other hosts in the rental itself. We were pleased to see little extras like toiletries, coffee, tea, cooking oil, condiments, etc. that other rentals don't have. I've been to expensive rentals where the hosts didn't even supply toilet paper or paper towels! Not this place - this was supplied more like a hotel, and they even had a thoughtful candy jar when we walked in. The kitchen was fully stocked and great for cooking family meals. You can tell they put a lot of extra thought and personal touches in this place. The townhouse itself is bright, very clean, and the furniture, carpet and décor look brand new. It is very cutely decorated, and I think this was the cleanest rental I've stayed in. The beds were very comfy for our family of 4, and the living room was cozy and perfect to gather in and play games. The outdoor balcony off the living room was very nice to sit on & enjoy the pretty surrounding trees and neighborhood. There was a pack n play crib and booster seat that came with the house which was very convenient. The neighborhood was really great - it is 10 minutes from downtown, but the street itself is quiet and seems very safe. The restaurants around the corner on 65th were really nice though as was Third Place Books. The hosts recommended some nice hikes 20 minutes away in the Cascade mountains as well as a pretty park near the house called Ravenna park. Great suggestions and a great place for our family vacation!

Great location. Very clean.
This property suited our needs perfect for a long weekend in the University District. The home was clean and location great. The kitchen supplies are minimal, but for our needs like coffee and muffins in the morning or snacks in the afternoon, it worked just fine.

Very Nice Home in Ravenna Seattle. In top 10% for our VRBO Experiences.
We give this home a 5 Star because no negatives.... beautiful, clean accommodations in a peaceful neighborhood that is close by everything. Tree-lined street was around the corner from pubs, bakery cafe, Thai food, breakfast diner and more. Transportation options are endless too but the off street parking and garage was a luxury for us since we had a car. The home is fresh and feels like new, the interior furnishings are very well thought out and stylish---really makes you feel like you treated yourself. Was not in need of anything ---even books and games for our stay-in night. Owners went the extra mile to welcome us-- they take their hosting seriously with warm graciousness! They are responsive to questions and demonstrated a high level of care in all categories. We will be back many times!

Absolutely lovely home in great location!
This townhouse is absolutely lovely. It's the best rental I've ever had! It looks brand new and was incredibly clean and cozy. The host, Michelle, is very kind, easy to communicate with, and accommodating. She went the extra mile by putting out coffee, tea, candy, shampoo, toiletries, etc. that a lot of hosts don't do. The house is beautifully furnished & decorated with 3 very comfortable, cute bedrooms, laundry, a comfy living room and full kitchen. Since the bedrooms are on separate floors, with a bathroom on each floor, there is also a lot of privacy if you have a big group. I appreciated the Seattle artwork all over and the outdoor patios. There is even parking in the driveway which is hard to find in Seattle. The location is great. We took the bus from the corner right into downtown, but we also were able to walk to University Village (a great shopping area) on a nice day and there are great bakeries and bookshops (Third Place Books is really quaint & has a cafe attached) right around the corner from the house. There are some really nice parks in the neighborhood (Ravenna) which is amazing in the middle of the city. The University of Washington is also very close. The neighborhood is just so cute and very Seattle. This place goes above and beyond for a great value! I'd love to stay here again.
