Situated in Rome, this attractive condo for R 6,176 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. "Skyline" is a luxurious and very bright 180m2 penthouse, with two large terraces, furnished with great care and elegance just a few hundred meters from the Vatican Museums and the Cyprus underground station. Equipped with all comforts, it consists of five bedrooms (1 double, 1 double / twin bed, 2 singles with possible second bed, 1 single) three bathrooms (two with shower and one with shower and tub), a laundry / ironing and, above all, a very large 'living'. The living area, separate from the sleeping area, is an indisputable strength of the house, which occupies the entire fifth floor of the building. It is an 'open space', surrounded by large windows, which houses large sofas for relaxing, a large dining table, a TV corner and the kitchen, equipped with everything you need. The apartment, very quiet, has independent heating, air conditioning in all rooms and free wifi. It can accommodate up to 9 people and is also particularly suitable for families with children and / or teenagers. Two of the 5 bedrooms, in fact, are equipped with toys, stuffed animals, books, board games ... for a holiday that takes into consideration even the little ones and the moments of pause between one visit and another of the city. Finally, on hot days it is possible to enjoy two large and panoramic equipped terraces.

This beautiful fifth floor condo is modern, quiet, secure, and the best home base we could've hoped for during our week in Rome. We so enjoyed the amazing sunsets while relaxing on the spacious terrace almost every evening. Comfortable beds, nice linens, and a well-appointed kitchen with plenty of room for our party of five adults with room to spare. Very clean, well organized and the decor is beautifully and carefully curated. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier and the host even helped us schedule transport to the airport for our early morning departure. I could not recommend this property more to friends or family wishing to visit the Eternal City. Many thanks to the host for sharing their home with us!

It is a lovely, well supplied condo with shades for light control and a lot of tv options. The metro and bus were a little too far for us to walk in temperatures in the 90s, but it was a friendly nieghborhood. Only the toaster and coffee pot need updating. Everything else was terrific. Even the sunny laundry room dried our clothes in hours. I am now in an elaborate place in Athens, yet I miss being in Valeria's comfortable home.

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at this home in Rome. Valeria Is wonderful to work with. She greeted us at the home and walked us through everything. The home is beautifully decorated, and we thoroughly enjoyed the views from the windows and from the deck. Would definitely stay there again.

Me and my family stayed in the apartment for 6 days. We enjoyed our stay so much! We felt comfortable the second we stepped in. All rooms were very clean, the view was amazing. We were even a bit sad, we couldn't spend more time in the apartment.
We also enjoyed the area. There were bus stops and the metro close by, so it was easy to reach other places in Rome. Shops were near as well and it only took us a few minutes of walk to get to a lot of restaurants.
The Check-In was very easy and Valeria always responded fast to our messages.

A comfortable and stylish apartment in a less inspiring neighborhood. It is better to Taxi or Uber wherever you go; the graffiti and odorous trash bins that decorate most of the adjacent streets do not inspire walking tours.

Valeria’s beautiful and comfortable home was such a pleasure to stay in.
This was a great way for three mothers with their three teenage sons to start a trip in Italy. Valeria’s tasteful home in Rome is a delight to stay in. We truly appreciated the residential neighbourhood of Prati and every morning chatted up local food merchants to get wonderful produce, cheese, bread, mortadella and the like and spent our afternoons experiencing la dolce vita. It is a home away from home and a much needed refuge from the tourist hustle and bustle of Rome. It is the best short term rental I have ever stayed in. It was equally lovely meeting Valeria herself, if we lived in the same country, she would be someone I would definitely invite for dinner. Valeria, if you are ever in Montreal, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Spacious, Light and Airy Apartment
Our group of friends spent 3 nights in Rome after hiking the Via Francisco for 6 days. The apartment served as a wonderful place to relax and unwind. We cooked dinner one night in the spacious kitchen and spent every evening enjoying the view from the Terrace. We even saw fireworks one evening. There were shops and restaurants nearby. The Metro was a 10 minute walk away and was easy to use.
We were a group of 10 and having comfort able, roomy space for us all to enjoy was a huge plus for us. We hope to be back!

Wonderful apartment, odd neighborhood
The apartment is fantastic. The inside is spacious, clean and updated. 5 stars. The outdoor patio is large with an awesome view. Neighborhood… Maybe my expectations are too high but the neighborhood was dirty with a lot of graffiti and garbage. But we felt safe and it was a very quiet area. Lots of restaurants and small grocery stores. It’s a very hilly area so bring some good shoes. Metro station and commuter train station within a 10 minute walk. Kinda felt like the owner forgot about me prior to checking in. I had to call Vrbo for assistance to get some direction on how to check in. It all worked out in the end.

Nice Neighborhood Apartment
We really liked the apartment, it was well stocked and spacious. We were able to cook in the kitchen and took advantage of the rooftop patio when it was cool enough to be outside. The location was fine for us, we used the bus and the metro for trips further afield. Yes, there are a lot of up hill walks but we just considered it a way to work off the gelato. It would be a difficult location for someone with physical limitations, but for our group of adults and children of pretty typical ability (no athletes) it was just fine. There were plenty of shops nearby for provisions. It was very hot during our stay (95) but we were able to open the apartment up in the evenings and got some nice breezes. The AC is very helpful but as in most properties we have stayed in in Europe it isn't as chilly as American AC - but having it at all is a plus. Fans to increase airflow would have helped a bit as we found the city too noisy to sleep through with the windows open. That is really the only criticism we had, other wise it's definitely one of the nicer places we have stayed in our travels. I would definitely book it again and recommend it.

Outstanding property/ lovely host
Excellent property , very well maintained and presented.
The hostess was extremely helpful - even going to the trouble of going out of her way to help one of our party, who had been robbed in the metro prior to arrival , by driving him to the police station/translating, which was a great help in difficult circumstances.

We wished the air conditioning was stronger to reach all parts of the home but we just closed off parts and cooled the ones we were in. Kids were warm at night but we managed. Overall, we loved the space and the balcony was the best at night and early morning. Do not hesitate to book here. Valeria is very responsive and kind. Excellent flat with beautiful view! Close to the city center, but still quiet at night. Slept well in very good beds. Walking distance to the Vatican museum, but as we had a senior with us we ended up with taking the 913-bus, which took us right to the centre. Hope to visit again someday. Highly recommended!

We loved staying in Valerie's home. The location was close to the metro allowing to get into the center of the city with ease. The neighborhood also has a lot of restaurants and cafes and shopping. The view from the terrace was wonderful. All our family was extremely comfortable and didn't want to leave!

I can't say enough about this apartment and Valeria was a delight to work with! She made you feel like a true guest in her home. I would definitely stay in her place again.
The only reason I didn't give the location a 5 has nothing to do with the apartment (it was immaculate) but the neighborhood garbage would spill over and it was unsightly at times.
Valeria left recommendations for local restaurants and a pizzeria on the next block, all amazing! The food was incredible.

Amazing apartment
The on line pictures don’t lie. Truly a spectacular apartment close proximity to dining, groceries and public transit. Nice quiet neighbourhood, beautiful balconies to start your day with a coffee or wind the day down with a glass of your favourite wine. Valeria is nothing short of amazing in every way. Answered any and all questions quickly and made sure a very capable fill in for her greeted us and gave us the grand tour. If your contemplating staying here don’t hesitate.

Beautiful Penthouse!
The place is spacious and very modern lay decorated with top of the line doors, windows, appliances, and bathrooms. It Has a lot beautiful balcony with outdoor dining area as well as a casual sitting area. It has good elevator and air conditioning. It is a 3 minute walk to a nice restaurant with no English spoken, which adds an authenticity feeling. Mimi markets are a 5 minute walk and a Conrad supermarket is about a 12 minute walk. It is a 30 minute walk to St. Peter’s Basilica after passing the Vatican Museum entrance 10 minutes earlier. Valeria communicated with us every step of the way. There were only 4 of us, so it seemed like we in a luxury house in a very quiet neighborhood.

What an amazing place to stay. We had two families (9 in total, 4 adults, kids ranged from 11-19)) stay with plenty of room for everyone. Valeria was very friendly, accommodating and quick to reply. The apartment has everything and more you could possibly need. If you have a car, parking outside on the road was easy with no worry for security. Restaurants were in walking distance and grocery stores were not to far away by car. This is a place we would highly recommend and stay again should we find ourselves travelling to Rome.

Great stay in Rome
We are a family of 8 who fit into this wonderful property with ease. It was just perfect for the type of holiday we wanted. We would set off early in the morning and walk or catch subway (10 minute walk away) to various tourist sights then come home in the evening with goodies to eat and drink from the local markets and supermarkets. Valeria was a superb host who met us on arrival and talked us through the running of the apartment. Everything went very smoothly and can not recommend her home enough. The reason I gave the location a 4 was purely because if you have young children or elderly the walk from the subway to the home is quite steep. This did not bother us though. Also there is a lot of rubbish around outside as the bins are always overflowing. Obviously this was out of Valeria’s control but thought it worth mentioning to help future guests.

Beautiful apartment near Vatican
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property; Valeria is a great host and very responsive. Groceries, cafe, metro station, and the fantastic market hall, featuring local produce, meat, charcuterie, and cheeses, amongst other things, are all within a 15min walk.
Many happy evenings were spent sitting outside on the terrace, either having dinner or a glass of wine ( or two), wonderful after a day of sightseeing!
