Key had to be collected from 3rd floor with very small and old elevator, hardly one person and a bag can accommodate.
We struggled to reach 3rd floor with all baggage but came to know our apartment is in another building!!!
Also, surprised that we got 4 keys in a bunch, and instructions to use similar 4 keys at different door locks. It was very difficult to handle, otherwise to write the instructions on a paper!!!
Hence, we had to shift the baggage to said building in 4th floor with same conditions of elevator!
It was really shocking when we saw the apartment. Not clean, many things were dumped on many corners and shelves.
Devastating thing was that we found many bed bugs on the beds, wall etc...!!!!!
We communicated this with manager and said we cannot sleep in this apartment. He addressed us properly and provided two rooms in another building, and some discount as compensation. However, that evening was ruined...

The photographs of the apartment shown on Booking.com is the not the apartment that I was allocated. The listing on Booking.com is very misleading. However the apartment was very clean. Also the information on how to get the keys should be sent at least 24 hours prior to arrival and not sent through while guests are in transit.

Really comfortable and good location
The dust below the beds was too much

The room size was good, location is close to the bus
Mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable, mold on the ceiling and was dropping off on us plus the fan and the air conditioner filter weee full of dust. No microwave (it was a toaster oven) no coffee machine. Under beds never been cleaned in a while

Where the building is located is okay.
He gave us the keys but the apartments weren‘t cleaned, yet, we had to wait for three hours until the cleaning lady came. The air conditioning did not work. Although it was cleaned, it was still dirty.

the location
we booked an apartment with kitchen, but they notified us that they were going to change our rooms after the non-refundable date. All rooms that were given to us are infested with bed bugs, and no hot water in one room. The apartments are far different from the pictures seen on the site. Our stay was not enjoyable, and definitely not worth the price. I cannot recommend these apartments.

The room was nice and comfortable.
The check-in was at a different location and arriving at the actual apartment was a pain.

The room had a good location.
When we arrived at check-in time, the room wasn’t ready. We had to wait an hour for the room to be ready (one hour after check-in time). When we told the receptionist we needed the bathroom he said “you are in Rome, go explore and use the bathroom at a cafe”. After an hour of waiting we had to tell the cleaning lady she could leave because we needed to use the bathroom and leave our bags.
The beds weren’t very comfortable.

I like that it was big enough so me and my party were comfortable
first of, we didn’t stay at the Vatican catone apartments upon arriving a man told us those rooms are not available and we had to haul outselves and our luggage 10
mins away on the street to the new location. The rooms had only one outlet each. the bathroom in one room had black mold growing. The other room had a foul smell I’d describe it as a rotting dead animal meaning while the beds in the other room were infested with bed bugs

Location wise it was perfect and The space itself is large.
Description didn't match. There was no bath and common area was really basic. Further the apartment needs maintenence on a larger scale. Beds were old and being used to long.
Water pressure was really low and one of the airconditioning didn't work.
Also employees used our apartment for storage and dirty laundry storage as well

It’s near Vatican and a train station. They even give you a lot of aminities and the place is super quiet.
2 air conditioners are not working well.

It was very near to church of basilica, the metro was also near, restaurants were everywhere and supermarket. The apartment was very big and i recommend it for families out there who want to have a tour in rome.
The facility was very comfortable they have a comfort room each bedroom so it was so nice .
They do not have a slippers for the guest 😁
8.3
The location was great and we were able to take public transportation everywhere. Plus, we were within easy walking distance from lots of markets and restaurants and Vatican City. The amount of space in the apartment was amazing for two families with children.
The building was hard to find. And, it was a little confusing to find the office. The bathroom had a really dangerous step that was difficult to see because the floors are black marble. The bed in one room was very comfortable but, in the other, the mattress was really thin and not very good. There was a weird issue with the plumbing and we had to push the flush button multiple times, almost like priming a lawn mower.
