everything! best stay ever. I felt so safe with all the alarms
nothing, would recommend

Close to all the great places in the Lisbon of old.
When you enter the property, there is a distinctive mouldy un—aired house.
No Microwave which means heating milk is a complicated on the stove and no ability to heat takeaways or little meals. this is really dealbreaker with family of four.
we stayed four nights were given two toilet rolls again for family of four. when we asked again, said the cleaners would drop off, but never happened.

Very spacious apartment. Bright. Very nice location in the Alfama. Good for families.
The bed was a bit noisy and could have been more comfortable. No wardrobes in the apartment.

Lovely apartment, quiet neighbourhood. Very clean.
Would have enjoyed the terrace if it wasn't for the heavy rains.
In between 2 amazing brunch cafes.
Though beautifully renovated, it's an old building, so you'll quite loudly hear your upstairs neighbours and also other guests when they leave and enter the building (I was staying on the ground floor). Luckily everyone kept to regular hours, so no big issue.

The location is excellent in the Alfama area and the apartment is charming.

The apartment was nicely situated and
comfortable overall.
Noisy, intense smell of sewage coming from the space
where laundry and fridge were situated. The host was
not available at all during the entire duration of our stay,
I was provided the wrong codes by the contact people
she had provided as she was unavailable. After we received
the correct codes we had no other hiccups. I would not
stay here again but it was still an okay stay.

Location and value for money.
Too much noise in the building. Apartment looked bigger on pictures. Pillows not the best.

beautiful Appartment well situated impeccably clean excellent service
thé terrasse was fantastic and the roof top terrace a treat
the front door is not at all sound proof so you hear every person coming in and out of the front door we were on the first floor

Perfect location.
Quiet neighborhood close to many sights and restaurants.
Very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.
Sufficiently but not spotlessly clean.

The location of the apartment was amazing, at a walking distance to the main attractions of Lisbon. Everything was clean and all we needed (hair dryer, refrigerator, even salt and cooking oil) was available. The views from the roof were stunning. We stayed here for four days, and can definitely recommend it.
The pillows were not very supportive and the room is only cleaned once a week, but you can ask for new towels and toilet paper when necessary. Moreover, you could hear the upstairs neighbors very clearly which sometimes even kept us up at night.

We arranged an airport pickup so Ernesto met us and took us straight to the apartment and let us in. The apartment was small but adequate. Kitchen was well equipped, shower was good - plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. We were only there for the weekend so didn't have much with us - I think if staying longer storage of clothing etc would be an issue. TV had English speaking channels. The apartment was close to a small convienence store which was handy. We were on the ground floor so didn't have to use the stairs. Our only issue was the lack of heating - we visited in January, it wasn't particularly cold outside but the apartment was freezing at night. There is an aircon unit in the bedroom and a small mobile electric heater provided in the seating area but this didn't have much effect. I ended wrapping myself in a blanket when sitting in the apartment - not the most comfortable. We arranged for Ernesto to collect us and take us back to the airport - he was on time and very friendly.
Heating - not adequate during winter months.
