Under the Sea Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey Exploring the wonders of the sea is quite an adventure- but it sure takes a lot of work and a lot of equipment. That’s why Under the Sea invites you to dive right into its own version of an underwater paradise! This Destin vacation rental’s décor is sure to thrill all your little mermaids- a full wall mural, handcrafted coastal art incorporating shells, beach chic furnishings, and upgrades like cool tile and vinyl floors throughout all swim harmoniously in a sea of aqua walls. Under the Sea actually has many more treasures hidden in its cove. Its large private pool deck features great lighting, a large grill, cheery landscaping, an outdoor dining set and plenty of lounge chairs. However, wait ‘til you see the gem of the collection- a custom tiki hut a flat screen TV and a custom counter top made of thousands of pennies- with its own seek and find! Fast internet and four large screen TV’s await you inside for those times when you just want to kick back and relax. Stream your favorite binge worthy shows, or video conference with family, friends or even work. A big 60” TV in the living room and 55” 4K HD in the master. Need to get away – take a dive in to the game room for some foosball or bring your gaming system to play. The treasure hunt doesn’t stop there! A fully stocked kitchen, a large laundry room with full sized washer and dryer and a very spacious layout makes Under the Sea a pearl amongst vacation rentals. Plus, a preferred location in Crystal Beach makes it easy to walk or drive to restaurants, shopping or splash around to all the golf courses, shopping malls and restaurants in the area. We rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday in spring break and summer. All other times there is a four night minimum requirement. This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.

We stayed for 4 nights everything went great. The house is great and the communication with your staff is great. No complaints whatsoever. One minor suggestion the doors tend to squeek put a little WD40 and that should fix it.

Loved this property. The tiki bar and the pool were great for the evenings or when we didn't want to go to the beach. Kitchen and common area are roomy and bright.

Perfection in a house
The house was perfect for our needs. 3 families stayed here and everything was comfortable. Plenty of places to sleep and the pool was awesome after a long day at the ballpark.

Only struggle was getting the front door electric lock to work consistently (but that could have been user error)

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation. We were close enough to the beach, shopping and dining. We loved having the pool. We used the stove and dryer a lot and they do need some updating but overall it was a great experience.

This was a cute place an nice at one time but it needs a little TLC.House It needs a heavy duty cleaning. The tiki bar area an house needs power washed in the back area. The game room area had such a strong odor like sour rugs. Couldn't use it for horrible odor but it's a great area for young kids. Location to beach is awesome. We enjoyed our stay .

I stayed at this house with my teenage daughter and a couple of her friends. From the moment we walked in the door till the unfortunate time of departure, we had a great time. The house was fantastic. It was much larger than it looked like in the pictures. The bedrooms were large with large closets. There was a large TV in every room with more channels than I would ever expect. Not only was there an abundance of TV channels but they were all internet ready and had all kind of viewing options ready. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were very new and easy to use. Outside the pool was fantastic and I spent most of my time at the Tiki Bar. Having a TV at the bar was awesome. We also used the grill and it worked great as well. Location to the beach was a very short 5 minute walk. I would most certainly stay here again. Thanks for such an enjoyable week.

Newman Dailey was great. Was able to check in early. The house was dirty and so what’s the pool so we had to spend some time cleaning before we could relax. The short walk to the beach was charming. Overall location was great but probably won’t stay at Under The Sea again.

Great Vacation
The property was better than expected. Great place for our family of 8. Great pool (they even came and cleaned halfway TBRI the week). Great living space. Loved the tiki bar outside. Was able to sit outside even when it rained. Kids and adults lived the pool. Just 2 blocks from a great beach. Game room was a bonus. Awesome stay.

Good house
Only complaint was the Christmas lights outside didnt work around the pool and trees. Told the property manager but nothing was done. Pool light was hidden and was found by accident. Loved the outside tv and the tiki bar!

Great family vacation!
We had such a great time during our week at the beach. The pool was clean and the outdoor area was awesome! We enjoyed grilling and hanging at the Tiki bar while our boys splashed in the pool. We would definitely stay again!

Comfy Cute Home Near the Beach
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Under the Sea. The nicely-decorated home features comfy beds, spacious comfortable living room, nice-sized pool and cute tiki bar. We also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and being two blocks from the beach. Great shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance.
While there are a lot of great things about this home, we were disappointed that the grill didn't work and there weren't enough pots and pans to adequately prepare home-cooked meals so we purchased a couple. Given the rental, I would suggest getting a nicer coffeemaker and pots/pans. But even with those minor issues, we would definitely stay at Under the Sea again!

Under the Sea EXCEEDED expectations!!!
What a lovely property this is! It was absolutely PERFECT for my family of four, my brother’s family of three and my father. I’m pretty sure we never turned a single television on. My father is disabled, so we rented a golf cart to go back and forth to the beach, but it was maybe a block and a half...so easily walkable. I couldn’t recommend “Under the Sea” more. Oh...and Newman Daily is super duper easy to work with and extremely responsive. Their were storms the night we came in, so the pool was a little dirty from debris. I called the management company and we had someone cleaning our pool within 45 minutes. Great stay!!!!!

Under the Sea
Under the Sea was PERFECT for my family. We loved walking to the beach and Camille’s each day and the close proximity of Destin Commons and all of the shopping. The pool was perfect for my 3 children ages 7,9 and 11. The house was stocked with everything that we could ever need! The decor was fun and beachy. We had an issue with the outside TV, called Newman Dailey and someone came within a half hour to fix it for us. The only downfall was that in the evening (the last 2 nights) when we wanted to turn the pool light on, it would short out and turn all of the backyard lights out. We did not let Newman Dailey know because it was late and then forgot the next day. I’m sure they would have sent someone promptly out to fix it had we told them (which hopefully this review is doing so right now). We will definitely be coming back to Destin and will use Newman Dailey in the future. Thank you!!!!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Under the Sea was our paradise for the week with all of its ammenities and a very short walk to the beach!

Had a great time in Destin in spite of the gray days in January and February. The location of Under the Sea is perfect for us. The Crystal Beach area is quiet and relaxing with only a short walk to the beach.

Lovely home
The weather was a little yucky from Alberto but the house and pool were awesome! The kids loved the bunk room and the tiki bar with all the pennies was pretty cool. The bikes at the house were great as well. Ryan with Newman-Dailey was very helpful. I suggest renting a street legal golf car if you have a lot of stuff to bring to the beach. I definitely recommend this home!!
