The house is in such a peaceful location, not too far from the village of Dervaig and a great place to explore the Isle of Mull from.
The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean and fitted out to the highest standards.

Very friendly housekeeper, clean rooms and the breakfast was very good. Besides of this is the whole house very beautiful furnished.
The location of this house is wonderful - very quiet and relaxing.
Nothing to be mentioned. Everything was at least as good as expected.

Excellent breakfasts, excellent hostess, very friendly location
I didn’t like the rather overly strong air fragrances.

Very nice B&B with friendly hosts. Breakfast was absolutely great with a great variety and good quality coffee to wake up. The room was nice albeit that the beds were a bit too soft to my liking. The road to the B&B is narrow and full of curves but very pretty. Very close to the B&B is a good restaurant (make reservations!!)

It could not be faulted.

The beautiful house & tranquil location, the friendly & welcoming hosts and good breakfasts. Particularly liked Craig's crispy bacon!
Nothing except that I wished they did evening meals! There's not much choice locally, especially on Mon-Tues. And slow internet....not their fault, I know.

A great place to stay when visiting Mull. A lovely, comfortable, stylish B&B with a comfortable bed and a great breakfast. Tash is the perfect hostess to make your stay problem and stress free.

The breakfast area was a beautiful spot. We've had a nice view of the Scottish hills and of the hosts garden, with summer flowers. Music was also playing while we ate breakfast.
There's also a nice deck on the second floor, and a common room with floor to cieling windows with the panoramic view of the Isle of Mull.
Perhaps it would be also helpful for guests to have a compilation or a binder of some sort to browse on the best restos or places to go and see in the Isle of Mull. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The house is clean and modern and filled with natural light. Tash and Craig have filled it with personal touches and art that make it warm and welcoming.

Many thanks to our hosts, Tash and Craig, for their wonderful hospitality.
Killoran was spotlessly clean; quiet, peaceful and, being situated on high ground, the resident’s lounge has views out over the island.
There was a good choice for breakfast, using local produce where possible and all beautifully cooked by Craig.
Killoran has a drinks licence too so a nice cold beer or a glass of wine on a summer evening isn’t a problem!
The wifi was a bit slow, which is only to be expected on an island like Mull, but the 4G signal was fine. Our room had a small sofa and a ‘fully loaded’ Smart TV with all the apps you would need. As there are only a few rooms, there is ample car parking.
We had a great stay on Mull and spotted both the White-Tailed and Golden Eagles. A trip to Iona is a must and if you’re lucky you’ll get to see the wild dolphins following the ferry across.
As for eating out, we can thoroughly recommend the Am Birlinn, which is just 3 minutes away by car for dinner.
Would we stay there again? Absolutely!
Nothing, everything about our stay was first class

Great room - large, clean, comfy bed and lots of extra details. Hosts were accommodating and welcoming. Lovely breakfast with an amazing view.
The B&B is secluded. To get to Tobermory is 20-25 mins by car along winding roads. Taxis cost £40-£50 return trip. We felt it was worth it for the views and seclusion but something for other travellers to bear in mind.

Fantastic b&b, lovely and clean rooms, great hosts. The breakfast was first class. In the top three b&b breakfasts we have ever had.

What’s not to like? Idyllic location, amazing views, incredible breakfast, comfortable room - everything has been thought of in advance. The welcome you get from Tash is personal and friendly. We only wish we’d booked a longer stay!
Just to be aware there’s no fridge in the room (but Tash delivers you fresh milk each day so hardly an issue!)

I loved the attention to detail and the personal touches. The place was super clean and the food was lovely. Tash was lovely and pleasant and extremely helpful!
The shower was difficult to get to the right temperature initially but was very minor.

Killoran House is beautiful. It has a fabulous view, it's quiet, elegant and spotlessly clean. Hosts, Tash and Craig are very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble.
The room has everything you could need. Lovely spacious bathroom with luxury products and fluffy towels. Fabulous powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Really comfortable bed with fresh filtered water flasks changed every day. Tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk provided.
A good variety of top quality items available for breakfast. We had three evening meals there during our stay and the food could not be faulted. Craig is an excellent chef. I was not expecting fine dining so far from the madding crowd, but Craig really is an artist, his food is beautiful to look at, as well as being delicious.
We can't wait to return!

Gorgeous guest house. Probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed! Really warm welcome, incredible food and drinks. Felt super safe during these covid times.
Dervaig is technically close to Tobermory but it's quite the drive luckily the food is so lovely here you needn't go anywhere else.

Delicious breakfast and great coffee arms you for the day. Beautiful location overlooking the hills and the beautiful village of Dervaig. Very warm welcome from Craig and Tash. Would more than happily stay longer than my rushed two nights.
Nothing. You, Mr Booking.com, ask me to write two or three sentences on what I didn't like. I am a writer. I cannot write two or three sentences on what I didn't like about something I did like. Nothing, zilch, zero.
