Nestled in Tybee Island, this lovely condo for R 12,416 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Beach House at the Dunes #445 "In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the lion sleeps you will sleep just as peacefully as the lion in this adorable three-bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo with hints of the tropical rain forest! From tasteful animal prints to sumptuous leather, to dark wood furnishings, you'll feel as though Kipling must have visited just before you did. The master bedroom boasts a lion-king-sized bed with en-suite master bath, and its own private balcony. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom's twin beds are perfect for the cubs! Though we're right outside Savannah, the whimsical kitchen will bring to mind the savannahs of Africa, overlooking the cozy "den" before soaring over the sandy beaches and the vastness of the majestic Atlantic Ocean. This condo has a wonderful view from the corner balcony over the dunes and out to the ocean. Perfect for viewing breezy kites, beach activity and ships in the distance. All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable. Our resort encompasses an entire oceanfront block and allows for the easiest beach and pool access on Tybee. The brand new pools include a large heated pool for year round enjoyment, as well as an even larger family-friendly sloping entry pool. Outdoor lounge seating completes the pool area along with a walk-up bar and restaurant at the onsite restaurant, The Deck Bar and Kitchen. Air-conditioned bathrooms and outdoor showers at the beach entrance make your visit even more enjoyable. If you would like to travel with your dog(s), we allow up to two dogs, with the addition of a one time $100 pet fee per dog. Beachside Colony Resort & Vacation Rentals offers the only on-site rental office on the island, open 7 days a week, and ready to help you with any information or tour booking that you need. Our resort is located on the beach, right in the middle of Tybee Island, a spot that puts it one mile from the pier, the hub of the island’s shopping and nightlife, and one mile from the Tybee Light Station, one of only 7 colonial-era lighthouses still in use in America. Directly across the street is Tybee's Memorial Park and our YMCA. This park features tennis, volleyball, basketball, and an amazing playground for kids of all ages as well as picnic and grill areas which can host small to large family gatherings. The island's library is also just across the street. There are many restaurants within a short walking- or driving-distance, but after a long day on the beach, we invite you to enjoy The Deck Beach Bar and Grill; not only is it right in the middle of the resort, it is the only true beachfront dining experience on Tybee!

We have stayed at this property twice. The office staff is great and check in and out is simple. The United itself could use a deep clean, especially the carpet and vents. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Loved the awesome view of the ocean.

#445 (top floor, corner) has the best view on Tybee and the deck is great. Comfy beds, interesting decor, well-equipped (includes beach chairs and umbrella). Front desk staff super helpful (the unit Wi-Fi went out just before an important zoom meeting and staff let us set up in their office, and nagged Xfinity to fix the problem). Restaurant and bar staff also super.

The place was perfect for us. The view is fantastic and right on the water. Condo was clean and provided all necessary items and then some. I was even suprised to see a Kureig machine. Plenty of towels, clean linens, extra pillows and blankets, and some beach items if you happen to forget something. We will be staying again! Thank you!

The condo was EXTREMELY clean. Everything was in perfect working order (we actually didn't use the kitchen much, but what we did use worked), the view and access to the beach couldn't be better. The office was nice to have, with staff available for questions. Overall, our stay was amazing and you will not regret it if you pick this condo.

This is a nice condo with a beautiful view. It was very clean and well furnished. The main bedroom was comfortable. We didn’t use the others but they seemed fine. The kitchen had plenty dishes and cookware and the appliances were nice. I would stay here again.
We went to Fort Pulaski every day to walk the dog. Great trails about 5 minutes drive. Eat at Lili’s and Sundae Cafe.

Everything was perfect about our stay ... EXCEPT it was not 4.5 stars clean. Floors were filthy + coffee maker had not been cleaned + fingerprints/easily-removable stains in bathroom. Mgmt office was very concerned and would have made immediate amends. Hopefully they will follow-up by inspecting their cleaning service's quality.

Good food and service at the Deck restaurant. Savannah is a short 1/2 hour drive - highly recommend the free walking tour if it’s your 1st visit.

The condo was clean and so convenient for a day at the beach or at the newly renovated pool. Communication was excellent to accommodate a pre-check in request. Beautiful kitchen was fantastic to prepare family meals each evening. We loved enjoying the balconies (our teen was the first one up each morning to sit outside and watch the passing cargo ships with mom!) His was one of our best ever family vacations!
