The apartment was clean and in walking distance to the Termini. It had 4 comfortable beds, kitchen, 2 great bathrooms. Small elevator, but that was better than climbing 5 flights of stairs! No complaints at all.

This is indeed a lovely house and much more!! Francesco exceeded our expectations with this one. His house has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. We were met outside in front of the gate and he showed us how to use everything in the house which was so helpful. He has put so much care and thought into everything- even saving instruction booklets for all the appliances in the house!! Wow! The house itself is beautiful and the decor is so charming. If you are looking for a spacious home, close to public transport and train station, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, balcony, markets close by, plus much more, then look no further and stay here at lovely Roma house!! My husband and our two grown sons recently stayed at Francesco's apartment in Rome. We arrived earlier than expected, and were able to drop off our bags, while they were cleaning the apartment. Francesco checked us in quickly, answered all of our questions, and we returned later that afternoon. The place is very spacious, clean and centrally located near the Roma Termini Station. The station is the Main Railway Station in Rome. The station has a variety of shops, restaurants and a small market. It's not a bad idea to bring a few shopping bags along if you will be shopping there on a regular basis. The area near the station is very busy. It is also the area where you can get a taxi cab. However, the apartment is nearby and in a quieter area. The apartment had everything we needed. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are nice. And the air conditioner was wonderful. Which was very important when visiting in the summer. My only suggestion would be for guests to bring additional soap and shampoo. They provide some, but it may not be enough for a few days. You also have to pay for extra towels. Francesco from the time we made our reservations, was very helpful. He gave us all kinds of information about the area. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Rome!

The house is just a few blocks from Termini Station on the Via Marsala side, so it’s very convenient for the metro and trains. Francesco kindly met us and showed us around the house for check-in. Francesco also provided a large bottle of water which was nice. The house is spacious and I think the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Towels and sheets were clean. The floor probably could have used a little more cleaning. The house is on the older side, so the shower was kind of spraying all over and probably needs to be fixed or replaced. Also when Francesco collected tourist tax, I realized too late that he charged us for the kids too, but kids are not subject to the tourist tax, so we ended up paying twice what we were supposed to. Other than that, I think the house is a pretty good place to stay if you need ample space and access to Termini.

We could walk from train station to the rental and also easy to find cabs or take the metro. Place is very clean and check in process was super easy. Beds comfortable and nice showers. Restaurants near by. Would definitely stay there again if came back to Rome.

We loved our stay in Rome. We were so close to the train station we could see it through a window but it was still a quiet neighborhood with close by restaurants and grocery. Host met us at check in and thoroughly explained everything we would need to know about the apartment. So spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 with two teenaged boys. We all had a space to be. Great laundry lines to dry washed clothing and full kitchen with everything you could need. 2 bathrooms was a great perk for our tight schedule. Would definitely stay again.

Three separate bedrooms were definitely ideal. Everything was great in the apartment and the three block walk to the train station was perfect for us. The host’s father let us in and explained everything we needed to know. His English was very good. Would definitely book this place again.

The owner was lovely and very accommodating. Check in was easy which was great after an overnight flight. We took the train from the airport. The apartment is a short walk from Termini station. It is very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and nice amenities. Very good restaurants nearby and easy to get anywhere in Roma via Metro, Taxi or Uber. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious, beautiful apartment was very comfortable. The owner was gracious and informative and handled all our requests. We felt like royalty and began calling the apartment "the palace" or the "palazzo".

Close to train station, great host, clean and spacious!

Wonderful apartment just minutes walk from termini station, made it easy to get after catching the Leonardo train into termini from the airport. Checkin process was easy, host met us at the entrance and took us up to the apartment and showed us around. Rooms are great, bathrooms are nice and modern. Some great restaurants nearby (both tourist friendly and more local ‘authentic’ places). Host was very helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

Truly a Lovely House with ideal spaciousness for six with our grandkids and their parents/ perfect location for arriving ( near the Termini) as well as sightseeing. All conveniences of meals as well as lots of nice restaurants in the area. Francesco Senior graciously greeted us on arrival covering the apartment amenities and his availability for any issues/info we might need. Everyone fully enjoyed their Rome experience and fully recommend!

I was thoroughly impressed with this property! The location was spectacular, and the apartment itself was spacious, and gorgeous! A short walk to Termini Station, restaurants, and grocery stores. The check in process was wonderful, and after a stressful day of travel, was greatly appreciated! Would stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our first family tip to Rome and this apartment was ideally situated near the train station. The accommodations were PERFECTO for our family, and provided much comfort to return to at the end of the day after much sightseeing. The space was very clean and well appointed. Lovely spacious apartment in a great location for visiting all the tourist spots. Perfect for our family from Scotland of 2 adults and 2 teenagers who wanted their own space. Francesco met us on arrival and gave us a tour to make sure we felt at home. Everything we needed was in the apartment and the local Conad supermarket had a great bakery and deli. Lots of lovely restaurants just a short walk away. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. We are used to cold weather but we were glad of the heating! Grazie Francesco!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Francesco's apartment. We've been to Rome many times and I've normally stayed closer to sites like Campo' dei Fiori or Piazza Navona, but the location of this apt was everything! So easy to get to and from Termini with our bags and each day when we took the metro. Amazing restaurants all within 2 blocks! Francesco was so kind and helpful when we arrived with our 20 month old son. He had everything we could need to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in beautiful Roma!

This property had large, spacious bedrooms and was in a great location for us to use public transportation to travel around Rome. The host was gracious in allowing us to drop off our bags early after an overnight flight from the U.S. and letting us return later to check in. The kitchen was well stocked but it would have been nice to have a microwave to heat up delicious leftovers from the many local restaurants that were nearby. The host also informed us of the local grocery store which was close by. The internet was fast and the elevator was a big plus also. This was one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in.

We stayed in this property in late July. We found this property to be much more charming than anticipated or described. The layout was so interesting and the amenities plentiful. The property is very secure and has a locked gate outside the terrace and another at the door to the building. It is only about 3 blocks to the Roma Termini which is where the Leonardo Express from the Roma Airport arrives and is also where regional trains and the hop on hop off buses arrive/stop. Really perfect for the tourist family. There is a large supermarket nearby. (~2 blocks) The host was helpful and responsive. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was quiet and cool, important for a late summer booking. If I go back to Rome, will certainly try to reserve this space again.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with great amenities inside. The air conditioning worked perfect and in all rooms. Showers are roomy too. We loved the area. Grocery store two min away. Safe nice area about two blocks from the train station too. Beds are comfy and with the outside blinds shut, the rooms stay dark. We would choose this apartment and host over and over. Thank you

Thank you to the host for a lovely stay! The apartment was large, spotlessly clean, and in a very convenient location close to train and metro station. The main tourist sites are within a walking distance (25min +), even the Vatican on the other side of the river if you don’t mind a longer walk. A large grocery store is just up the street. We had a great time and would love to stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Francesco’s property. Location is super convenient, it’s very close from the termini so we were able to take train/metro/buses to move around. It’s also possible to walk. Plenty of food option around. Francesco is an amazing host, he waited for us by the front door of the building when we arrived and he explained and showed everything to us. The apartment is clean, spacious, elegant and classy!
