Located to the north of South Padre, this condo is on one of the largest properties on the island. Just a few minute walk and you will be right on the beach! This property has plenty to keep everyone busy, two oversized swimming pools with hot tubs, tennis courts, walking trails, beautiful gardens and even a playground for the little ones! Make sure to spend some time on the beach deck. It's that special spot between the property and the beach where you can check out the pool while enjoying the sound and view of the waves. It is also perfect to just sit and relax with a good book or to watch the sun rise. If you don't feel like being out on the heat one day, stay in the condo and relax! Cuddle up in the leather sofas and stream on the internet, catch a good movie or game or simply relax watching your favorite cable programming. The living area is modern, cozy, and very spacious which make sit perfect for entertaining or to enjoy comfortably with your family. If you feel like you are starting to miss the sun a little, open the glass doors and walk out into the spacious balcony! It has a great view of the pool and you can also see the ocean and feel the breeze to unwind with a cold drink. It's the perfect spot! We all know how close to the heart cooking can be, so the kitchen is modern and beautiful with granite counters and equipped with stainless steel appliances. It is also equipped with pots, pans and dishware so you don't have to worry. You won't even have to worry about doing dishes, leave them in the dishwasher and enjoy! Master bedroom is equipped with two queen beds and a complete bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also equipped with two queen beds and a complete bathroom with a walk-in shower. Third bedroom has two twin beds and a complete bathroom with a tub. (perfect for the littles!) The condo also has a private washer and dryer so your clothes are always fresh! Take long walks down the street and try the beach bars and restaurants or maybe do a little shopping! Don't forget to book a visit to the water park, Schlitterbahn For your convenience, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available. HOUSE RULES: • Maximum occupancy limit: 8 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under). • No invited Guests are allowed. • To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature). • No smoking allowed • Minimum age to rent is 21 • All persons are required to wear wristbands. • Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. • No pets allowed • Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property. • Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay. • We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. The condo is in good condition and the location is prime. Building has 24 hour security as well. Only issue was we received one key-I emailed our contact for another and he told me he would get one but we never heard back. The desk person to sign up for a tent, which is an amazing pro to the place, was late, she was late last year too and often not available. One morning of our stay it was rainy and they weren’t sure if they would be putting tents up, my sister asked if she could call her if they decide too, she said they don’t take wait lists. May not be a bad idea to do that when they aren’t sure which way the weather is going to go. In all fairness, I don’t think my sister was very patient with the desk lady, maybe if she had been nicer she would have been more willing to help. We will definitely come back-overall really like the place.

First off the place was beautiful, close to the pool and the beach and had plenty of space for all my kids. The fridge smelled horrible like fish all week which made anything that wasn't sealed smell nasty. (Like all of fruits and veggies).
I understand that insects can sneak in but cockroaches live in the beautiful wood coffee table. A giant one snuck out, sat on my daughters hamburger & just when i thought I snatched it up we saw it hiding on her plate & then ran back to its home!!! IN the COFFEE table wood holes. YUCK. I bet a whole a family of them are living in there. The beds were a little hard and any time you move the bed frame would make lots of noise.

Perfect condo, great location, clean, my only suggestion would be they have furniture on the decks but no cushions. So we were using beach towels, and it would be nice to have more towels. We had one hand towel per person, more hangers, overall it was perfect, we would definitely stay there again.

Our main complaint was that the TVs were Not functional. We were not ‘compromised’ since our adult grandson, majoring in computer science in college, was with us. However, R&R time without TV was not terrible. The moment we arrived, the master bedroom bathroom had substantial water on the floor; toilet had overflowed before we arrived. The responsive management quickly remedied the problem.
Great AC; comfortable beds & Cleanliness were appreciated.

So thankful for the washer and dryer and the washing detergent (thanks so much)! Bryan our contact was very quick to respond. The grounds are awesome! We literally stayed there the whole weekend between the private beach with tons of places to have fun, the awesome large pool area, the outdoor dinning, playground and hair being able to take a walk. The grounds staff were very nice especially at checkin / checkout. We will very much be back!!!!

Loved it so much, we're hoping to return year after year now. Cannot beat the location and the size of the condo. It was amazing to finally be able to bring our dogs on vacation with us as they are family, too. Condo was spotless and neat and we just loved the long balconies and layout overall.
My only feedback is that the kitchen isn't very well stocked. We had planned to prepare most of our meals there, but it was a tad challenging at times (no salt, no pepper, no oil, no baking sheet, no frying pan). We worked around it, but it was frustrating to have to go back to the grocery store for these little things time and again.
Also, we could not get the remote/TV to work at all for us in the living room. Granted, you go to the beach to enjoy the beach, but we had a couple of days we were stuck inside with cold and rain and being able to gather in the living room to watch a movie or something together would have been really nice.
Other than that, it was absolutely perfect! I am hopeful we have found our annual Christmas vacation spot for our family.

Beautiful, spacious condo! Most pet-friendly place ever!
Loved it so much, we're hoping to return year after year now. Cannot beat the location and the size of the condo. It was amazing to finally be able to bring our dogs on vacation with us as they are family, too. Condo was spotless and neat and we just loved the long balconies and layout overall.

This place was amazing. The property was immaculate. Checking was fast and easy. The one thing that I can say was an inconvenience, if you have small children, there was no bath tub which made it hard to bathe the kiddos. But that was just an small inconvenience to an awesome stay.

The people were helpful and very friendly. Everything in the condo was very nice except the shower. It seemed to be incomplete with terrible tile work on the base and very dirty grout. If they correct this it will be excellent!

Great location and super clean!
We staying here during oct 2020 covid time and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. We were able to isolate from others while still enjoying. Great location and the place was clean. Loved the view from the balcony.
