About this condo rental
Elegant and completely renovated in JUNE 2018, this beautiful apartment is located in a noble building in the heart of Rome, on the central Via del Corso. Despite being so central it is quiet and peaceful as it overlooks the internal courtyard of Palazzo Doria Pamphili. CHECK-IN AFTER 21. 00 IS POSSIBLE WITH AN EXTRA OF 40 EURO CASH AT ARRIVAL It has a large entrance hall, with a table for lunch and chairs, then a separate and equipped kitchen, a loft with two single beds; next to the entrance there is a first large double bedroom with king size bed with TV, large window and wardrobe and large mirror. In the second sleeping area we have another large double bedroom, always king size with large window and wardrobe. We replaced the windows in June 2018, so the rooms are very quiet. The bathroom of about 25sqm with a large shower is particular and very large. The whole house has air conditioning. Third floor with elevator (two steps before the elevator) Composition of the apartment: -ingresso-living with dining table - separate kitchen - 2 double bedrooms with king-size double beds - 1 double room (loft) where you are standing comfortably (total ceiling height almost 5 meters) with two single beds -bathroom with large shower

This is located in an upscale residential/shopping area a stone's throw from Piazza Venezia and 10-15 minutes from numerous major tourist sites. The apartment is spacious and clean in a well maintained building with a doorman. We felt very comfortable and safe living there for a week. Cannot beat this location for a tourist stay in the city - all major sites are quite accessible, and there are nice clothing shops, restaurants/cafes, and grocery stores (Pam, Carrefour) all within a few to several minutes walking. The walls are pretty thin in the building, but it was manageable as it really is a quiet residential building with families inside. Make sure to bring power converters for the outlets. We loved that there was a washing machine and everything dried in one day on the racks in the very large bathroom. There are several heating/cooling units in the apartment. If you want to be in the middle of Rome proper and see major sites, this is truly an ideal rental where you would be very comfortable - absolutely perfect for a family. We would definitely stay again if we ever return to Rome. The host will arrange a private car ride from the airport for about 10 euros more than the city cab rate and it is worth not worrying about this when you arrive.

Central to everything. We did not take the bus all week. We were able to walk to the Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and more. Owner met us at the house to check us in and give us an overview of the house (how to adjust temperature, use the stove, etc.). Owner's very friendly and helpful, including booking private transportation for us back to the airport. Highly recommend.

Located on Via Corso it is a short walk to the Trevi fountain, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, and the Spanish steps. It is also very close to the best shopping district in Rome. We were there over the Christmas holidays, which made it magical with all the lights. The apartment was nice with two queen size beds, in separate rooms, and two twin beds up in the loft. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. There is a drying rack to lay your clothes out and let them dry overnight. It was a terrific rental for a great stay.

My family and I spent a week in this wonderful apartment. It is perfectly placed for touring the city. Maria Linda and Francesco were so welcoming and helpful. There was not a thing that we needed that they didn’t help us with. The apartment was clean and spacious. Just a perfect place.

My husband and I and our four children enjoyed both the location and the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. There are also several bus stops very close to the apartment. We felt safe walking everywhere but it was nice to have buses close in case we needed a break from all the walking. The apartment itself is spacious and clean. Maria Linda and Francesco were very helpful with setting up transfers for us to and from the airport, recommending places to eat nearby and showing us around the apartment. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome.

The location cannot be beaten; comfortable walk to all the major sites. We enjoyed having a restaurant that served breakfast and dinner right next door. Close to shopping; felt safe. Definitely in the heart of the city with life and bustling city atmosphere all around.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. The apartment was very clean. I would say if you are coming from America and used to having shampoo and conditioner, be sure to bring your own, I am always prepared, this property did not offer any body wash, shampoo or conditioner. Overall a great location and experience in Rome.

I had an incredible stay with my two daughters (10 and 12), my parents (65+), and my partner. There is no better central location. Walkable to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and several beautiful piazzas. You are a manageable walk or short Uber from the Colosseum, the Vatican, and anything else you'd want to see while in town. There is a grocery that is a five minute walk (Carrefour) and plenty of restaurants and places to shop. Maria Linda and Francesco were very communicative and coordinated a van to and from the airport. The washing machine and drying racks were such a great bonus. I would not hesitate to stay in the apartment again the next time I visit Roma.
One note: The twin beds in the loft can be a bit warm at night, even with a fan, so pack light pajamas. This probably wouldn't be much of an issue outside of the hottest summer days. My girls still enjoyed hanging out in the loft.

This was a great flat - so close to everything we wanted to see (walking distance to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, Forum, and St. Peter's / Vatican). We walked everywhere! It was exactly how it looked, was so comfortable for six and even had air conditioning. The landlord was so helpful and easy to work with - highly, highly recommend.

Great apartment in a perfect location. All of the main sites are within a 20 minute walk except the vatican is 40. But we stopped for breakfast on the way to break it up. Never felt unsafe on any of our walks. And there are plenty of taxis nearby if needed. A/C was sufficient for our June stay. The bathroom was huge and the kitchen had everything had we needed it.

Very good communication before arriving. We were met at the door by Francisco and shown around the apartment. He was warm and welcoming, and had lots of suggestions for making our stay in Rome wonderful. My husband and I are traveling with my two grown children and the apartment was the perfect size, three large bedrooms, and extremely clean. Beds very comfortable with high-quality sheets and towels. Extra plus is the elevator! Location could have not been more central. Short walk to drive a fountain, Spanish steps, Colosseum Parthenon. Highly recommend this apartment!

We stayed in Rome for four days and this apartment was centrally located to Rome sites. There are restaurants, cafes and a market near by. Communication with Maria Linda was fantastic, from initial contact through check out. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Rome.

We had a great time as a family of 5 in this apartment. Amazing location, walking distance to almost every major attraction. Maria Linda was very helpful and responsive, and we would absolutely stay again. One word of simple clarification: the stairs to the loft bedroom are quite steep, so probably not appropriate for younger children. Absolutely fine for our 8 and 11 year old girls, however. All in all, a terrific stay!

Everything was amazing. The property was beautiful and located perfect in the center of rome. The only issye is the internet is slow or not working. We had to homework for school and the internet in the space was not strong enough to use a laptop. The internet connected but only had one bar. Outside the internet the location was pefect and fit our family of 6 comfotably. The children loved the loft beds.

The property is exactly as presented on the website. The 2 bedrooms are large and comfortable and the loft provides 2 more beds. The property was very clean and functional. While the property itself is great, the most outstanding feature is its location central to many of Rome’s principal sites. The hosts responded to all of our concerns both before and during our stay. We would certainly plan to stay here on our next visit to Rome.

This beautiful apartment is in the heart of Rome, in a perfect location to walk to all major attractions, cafes, and restaurants. Maria Linda and Francisco were wonderful hosts, and got back to me immediately if I had any questions. The two main bedrooms are huge, as well as the bathroom. I traveled with 4 single friends, and although we all had our own bed, the upstairs loft (2 twin beds) was a little tight for 2 people, and there was no air conditioning in the loft. Although, the main AC unit was in the kitchen at the bottom of the stairs. There was a fan upstairs but it was still a bit hot. This apartment is perfect for 2 single people or 2
Couples, but an additional bedroom would have been ideal for 4 single adults. There was a pull out couch in the living room, but the space was quite small. Overall though, I would definitely rent this apartment again if I were to travel with another couple so we could each have our own large bedrooms. The location of the apartment, and the building are beautiful. It was clean, and was in a very secure location.

Maria Linda and Francesco were great hosts! They arranged our transfer from the airport, and allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect and close to all of the major sights. Highly recommend!
